A very good place for message. The place is clean and tidy. The music is relaxing. I had massage with Vicky, she is super nice and professional, she helped me relief my pain in the back and neck. Recommend this place, will come back again!

I have been going to Four Seasons Massage in Katy for several months now and I really love this place. It has what you would expect from a quality massage spa, including soft and relaxing music, a calm and quiet atmosphere, impeccably clean rooms, and most of all a staff that is very professional, friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking. They set a high standard for meeting customer expectations, and they have consistently surpassed mine. Kudos to them for the culture they have created. My experience was nothing short of amazing! My mom took me here as a birthday gift and I enjoyed every moment. From the time we walked in we were greeted promptly and taken back for our massages in no time. I choose the Thai massage (first timer) and let me tell you I will be back. I’ve gone to Four Seasons Massage a few times and referred friends and family as well. The foyer is welcoming with guava candy, water and a friendly smiling hostess’s. There are at least 6 rooms lining a dimly lit walkway. The rooms themselves are clean, at a comfortable temperature and calming. The last I went, my husband joined me. Mia was his masseuse. Nancy was mine. Both were very pleasant. Nancy is very attentive to the body’s response and adapts. I like deep tissue massage and Nancy delivers.For 90 mins massage, better to book a morning appointment. They get busy in the afternoon.

This palace is clean and friendly. Vickie gave me the massage. The whole hour includes head and food massage. Very enjoyable. But the only downside is they don’t have a shower. Had to leave with oil all over the body.

Went in for a Deep Tissue / Hot stone massage for an hour. Vicki was awesome!! Vicki walked on my back, I suffer from a Sciatic nerve in my lower back. After my massage, I felt very relaxed & wonderful. Will be returning monthly. Thanks Vicki!!

Shady massage place. They took upfront money the front desk with additional charges for credit card and tip also upfrontand offer additional services thats not needed. Felt very uncomfortable and got scared. Not a good massage. Please be aware not sure how they are getting good reviews.

I went in for a massage and the first half of it was nice but the second half was a nightmare. People kept entering the room while I had my massage. The masseuse left the room for 15 minutes and made me wait. I felt really uncomfortable that people kept entering in and out. I also heard laughter when they came in which was very disturbing. During the second half they even changed my masseuse and that was awful. I never heard of a masseuse changing places like that or having people enter in and out. Very unprofessional. Also at the end they kept asking for a bigger tip which made me decide not to come here again.

The place is perfect, and Mia and David are incredible, very professional and really took the time to do an excellent massage.

It’s amazing it’s a 30 minute treatment worth every penny my ears feel open and clear and, she even put this treatment in my ear which helped with some redness that I had in one ear …

You know how you get a runny nose after a really good massage? This was the first place that ever did that for me! The place is decorated so well and the spa music is so comforting. The rooms are equipped for a single or couples massage. I highly recommend the aroma therapy and the hot towel addition. They ask if the pressure is to your liking and cover everything in an hour full body Swedish massage.They were able to accommodate an ASAP same day couples massage. Will definitely be back!

I started coming to this place in June and have since gone almost every week. I have to say it is one of the best massage shops in the Houston Area. I think by now every massage therapist there has worked on me: Amy, Lucy, Vicki, Jane, Grace, Alice and Hanna. They are all exceptional at what they do, very professional and sweet. I very highly recommend this place if you are in, or near Katy (or worth the drive if you are a little farther away).

I’ve been playing basketball a lot recently, for the first time I’m years so I was as hell. I booked an appointment to relieve the tension in the muscles. When I walked in the lady was very friendly, I filled out the forms, she walked me to my room and after getting comfortable she came back in to deliver the massage. She focused on my back which was pretty sore. Upon leaving my back felt better, still a bit sore but that’s normal. My experience was cool, she even gave me some Chinese cookies with my water because I was hungry. All in all, enjoyable for me.

From start to finish, Bella is welcoming and amazing!! The beautiful rooms and atmosphere are private, relaxing, and serene. If you’re looking for VIP treatment this is the place you’re looking for. ♥️

The worst massage I’ve ever had ! I would describe it more as torture . It was so ruff & elbows from hell into part of my spine ! I explained I was going in for therapy on my ribs & back that day @ needed to concentrate on those areas only . She didn’t listen & really hurt me .Every company should embrace both positive and negative reviews, as they provide valuable feedback and insights into the customers experiences. One of the best massages I have ever had honestly. Amy was wonderful and all of their girls are licensed massage therapists. Very clean and brand new decor, they completely remodeled the inside. They reopened two weeks ago and I’m so glad they did.

This place is extremely shady and made me feel uncomfortable. My massage therapist was very handsy in the lower region. The biggest sigh of relief was when a man randomly walked in and asked for a massage. She stopped mine and told me she’d be back in 15 min. As soon as she walked out I got my clothes and ran out of there. Forget the $70 and the fact that I’ve NEVER had someone stop my massage to go give someone else a massage- if that was the case. I just got out of there with the quickness.

They almost always have availability, even when I have just walked in without an appointment, which is a plus as sometimes I feel like a massage and don’t want to have to wait! They are so friendly.

Very sketchy place… tried to lock my brother inside first when he arrived they asked to confirm to see if he was alone then told him to be quiet because her hubs was in the back my brother did not feel comfortable so he abruptly pushed the door open and left out before she was able to trap him in. Once he made it out they kept calling him asking him were he was. DO NOT GO HERE!

The ladies chatted most of the time, my nether regions was kinda violated. She bonked me on accident in head a few times, no biggie, but wasnt relaxed at all..not sure what I thought it would be like never having one but may never have another. Also who leaves during a massage? Apparently they do..only 2 people so they had to run front desk and do 2 massages at once which they werent really set up to do.

This was my first time here, my go to place was closed so i had no other choice , anywayze i was hopeful like the other reviewer said that you have to tip them because that is how they earn their money, like my go to place i always tip them $10 or sometimes more, so i gave them the benefit of the doubt, but from what i have experienced was not so good, since it was my first time here i gave the lady $10 but then she saw me counting my cash and she was telling me to give her $20 instead! massage was okay, heres the catch while she was giving me the massage she kept complaining om how tired she was and she shouldve been home sleeping instead of doing the massage, and hour of whining...she even told me next time come in early i told her i cant come in early because i got off work at 730p and the sign outside says 10a to 10p, same info in google... i will never again go back to this place!
