I had the sheer pleasure of receiving a 90 minute massage with cupping from Danielle. It was deep tissue, and she concentrated on my problem areas. I also added aromatherapy.I feel Fabulous!!!

Not impressed with the masseuse’s performance and professionalism. Facility was okay. The masseuse spent the whole hour and a half talking (which was about herself). Apparently she talks with her hands because she kept removing one or both of her hands from my body. Very disconcerting when trying to relax. In the middle of the session she left to use the restroom. Spent the rest of the session sniffing and wiping her nose from the lack one hand. Honestly felt like I got about 30 minutes of actual massage. The masseuse gets 1/2 star, the facility 1-1/2.

Javier killed it!! I did a 30 min stretch and am hour massage and I have never felt so relaxed during a stretch EVER, like I did after the stretch. I recommend it! The front fest is very kind and helpful. I personally love the deep tissue massage. Also, if you get a membership all your massages are only 45$, totally worth it, if you suffer with pain, stress, aches. God bless you

I had a facial with Mya last week, and it was wonderful. She named and explained each product she used and gave me recommendations for products to use at home. I will definitely see book with her again.

I’ve come here for many years, although the therapists change often the front desk staff is always great.As well as Jackie! She is the aesthetician at this location and she’s amazing!

Buyer beware! I received a phone call on 1/2 telling me that they had to cancel my 1/4 appointment because my monthly payment did not go through. I told them I was just about to call because our card had been hacked and cancelled on 31st and I do not have replacement yet, HOWEVER, I have already paid for more than 30 services (massages) that I have not used and the cost of my 1/4 service should have already been covered. I was told by receptionist that in order for me to schedule another appointment I would have to provide another credit card, which would necessitate my reactivating another separate credit card from another bank we no longer use just to make an appointment for a service Ive already paid for multiple times over. Once I provide them with another credit card, then, and only then, could I use up my credits that I have already paid for. WHAT? Apparently, they do not sell massages but your monthly subscription purchase is for their wellness program. That means that you arent actually purchasing massages but services or credits that can be redeemed for massages, however, you can only use them IF you pre-pay a monthly membership service charge. EVEN IF you have already paid them every month of the year save for this one and have several hundreds of dollars worth of credits on file, you cant use them unless youve paid for another month in advance. I told them I wanted to cancel my account and be refunded he cost of the massages I did not use. They REFUSED, again because they dont sell massages, but charge a monthly cost for wellness programs. So, I was given two choices: activate another credit card so they could charge me the month of January and then follow proper channels to terminate my account then I would have 60 days to use up any credits I have or cancel immediately and lose everything. These people are psychotic. I am definitely going to protest their practices through the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.

I had a couple of facials and, of course, a couplemassages. They know their products and listen to their customers. I highly recommend them.

The reason I give you one star is as follow: I told them this is my first time massage to see how much honest they are with their customer. I was going to buy an annual plan, but it was an awful experience. My appointment was at 7:45 pm but it started at 8: 10 pm.. I paid $125 for full body ( 1hour), but when she came, she adjusted her time on 45 min and she left and back 4 min later and she finished 5 minutes sooner for dress up, it means that I received only 35 min massage instead of 1 hour massage. she hardly spoke English and we didnt understand each other. She didnt massage my sole feet, finger, and hand finger. You know that how important is sole feet. also, she just spent less than 2 minutes on my head, I dont want to talk about the quality of the massage that it was terrible. it looked like you went there. Someone rubbed some oil on your body.

Go somewhere else. This isn’t the one.Overall experience was bad. Massage was a lazy once over to fill the hour. Very little attention was given to obvious sore spots, and the massage as a whole was not what I was looking for. Afterwards, they hit me with signing up for contracts and memberships. It was aggressive and weirdly forceful to get me to sign up. On top of everything, they got my name wrong. Both first and last.Not worth your time, try somewhere else. Maybe another strip center.

I never have complaints about this location. Front desk staff and therapist are always so good and welcoming. This event was more of a single incident. Therapist did not comply with massage request. At points I felt she thought I was asleep and was barely rubbing. I would cough to let just know I was awake and she would firm up again. Room was cold as she kept fan on. Bed never got really warm. Just worst massage Ive had.

I had a very pleasant experience here recently. I booked a 1hr massage with Brian. Upon arrival, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Clean restrooms. Ambient lighting in the waiting room was a nice way to get into relaxation mode. Mymassage therapist Brian was very knowledgeable about his craft and fully tailored my massage experience based on my body (tense neck and shoulders), profession(elementary school teacher) and life circumstances (one year old baby boy and 10 year old girl at home!) I was lucky to have gotten him as a masseuse today! I will definitely be returning to this location to get a full body massage!

The front desk was very friendly and helpful getting me checked in and out. The room was clean and comfortable as well. My massage was spot on and addressed all the issue I was having. Discussion of what I would like helped guide the session to be specific to my needs. Overall I had a great experience and recommend anyone that’s looking to feel better give them a try.

Relaxing. This experience was amazing. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. Hemera gave perfect pressure, perfect ambience, and peace. The welcoming staff was pleasant and calm. Austin and Cecelia were the best team! The gave me all kinds of info about my first massage and what all happened and how to move forward! The vibe was as wonderful as the massage making the experience just that much better.

I had a massage and facial her and felt incredible after! Oscar did a fantastic job at working through all of my tension. I really like that he is flexible and I can even get a 2 hour massage with him. My esthetician Jackie did took time answering all my questions and really educated on me on what my skin needs. I will continue coming back here!

Ruth is an excellent masseuse. I have been going to her for many years and at 3 different locations. She is truly interested in how I am feeling that day. Knowing all my problem spots, she works on them and makes sure they are feeling better at the end of the session. She is my “go to” Massage Envy person.

This place is absolutely amazing!! I’ll put it this way, we had a family tragedy and Nicole was able to work with my husband via phone and Cecelia was so kind and helpful to both of us in person, she definitely went above and beyond! It was not just for her job- but because she has such a kind heart! Micheal and Hoang we’re both so accommodating to us both for our couples massage AND this was our very 1st experience ever at that!!!! They both did OUTSTANDING jobs for me and my husband Ernesto. Highly recommended, try it or you’ll be missing out! ☺️

BRIAN was great however the establishment it self was not clean and not fresh as I am a accustomed to rooms were tiny . I will never visit again that location ...Massage Envy sells to anyone I will canceled my membership..I felt nasty whenI left. I am always greeted with water I rudely told there was no water....What was the fan about . Alana was the cleanest always smelled wonderful .

For my first time, it was really good. The only thing is that I woke up this morning with a very sore upper shoulder area. I think the massage was too intense or something and I have to ice the area and take a Tylenol. I loved my massage therapist with the professionalism and the technique. What I dont agree with is the CBD lotion for $30 and it comes in a small clear container that is smaller than a jello shot and it wasnt filled to the top. I declined.

The lymphatic massage portion was great but the rest of the massage was rushed and I didnt enjoy it. She also interrupted me changing twice and then was in the room changing the sheets while I continued to get dressed. It was very uncomfortable for me.

I was disappointed in the service, been to several locations and this one fell short of my expectations. We did a couples massage, The masseuse was sporadic, usually the body is split into quadrants/sections but not this time. The masseuse was all over the place. One moment on my back then on my arms then returned to my back. I didn’t feel satisfied I was mostly squeezed not massaged. Then at check out we were unable to transfer member credits from another massage envy facility that was closed down. Therefore had to pay out of pocket. It was a poor experience leading us leading to canceling the membership after having it for several years

Javier did a awesome job. I had a 90 min session and he did a stretch on me first. It was really good and made a big difference. When I left I felt good not so tight. He also explained where I had tension and he focused on those areas the most.This is my new massage envy from now on.

1) 9 oclock appointment, told to show up 15 minute early. They didnt show until 930. Ruined our timing of bachelor events for the entire day.2) attendant barely speaks English. How can we tell her what we want if she cant understand us.3) place smells like raw sewage.I dont blame the person who was here. I blame management. This is my sons special day and Message Envy has got us off on a terrible start.

Wonderful Sessions since 2016This is more of an update than an edit. I have had a membership here for 4 years and have loved the service and the professionalism. My massage experiences have been good. One of the best masseuse to me is Ms. Matilde. She is awesome and she cares about what she does. Thank you all so much for your services.

So far everyone has been great and Ive been a member for a year now. The therapists have been great, particularly Reid. He doesnt just give you a standard massage, the same one everyone else gets. He caters to your personal needs, and he makes sure you leave out of there lighter and satisfied. I definitely would recommend this place

Cecilia is always friendly when greeting you.My husband & I are picky when it comes to our massage therapists.When we came back into town, I was assigned to Michael. Very calm personality, listens to how you are feeling, great pressure - not too soft where you cant feel the massage but not so aggressive that you are in pain. Glad we switched to this location.

Ive had a couple of great massages here and recently decided to become a member to make it a more consistent thing. The process was easy and it turns out there are more perks than I thought, which is a bonus. Nicole was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that she went through the membership information with me in detail and addressed me by name throughout our conversation. If thats the standard level of service--along with a great massage--I can see this being my go-to location.

I went earlier this week. There was nothing wrong with the massage. They over charged me $60. The bill was $25, because I have a membership and I wanted to leave a $20 tip on my debit card. I was gonna put the $25 on my gift card. Instead they charged my gift card $75 and my debit card $30. 🤔 I called and the front desk girl wouldn’t just let me talk to the manager, after 5-6 min she decided to “transfer” me but has actually put me on hold. Terrible experience! I’m just waiting on hold for 20ish min now.Just got off with manager who doesn’t have time to deal with me. 🥴

Every time I come to this Massage Envy I feel so welcome! Danielle is an amazing therapist, when I left my session today I felt relieved of pain and super relaxed. The front desk is always so friendly especially Cleide and Cecilia!

We were initially upset with our initial couples massage but their Manager reached out to us and made it right. They offered us another couples massage free of charge and it was exceptional. Frank and Reid are fantastic! We highly recommend you schedule your appointment with either of them.

I was able to get right in, within an hour of calling. They greeted me immediately, knew who I was and took care of me right away, with no waiting around.Javier is awesome. He is really skilled and knows the body. He really took care of me and knew how to help my hip pain. I will come back again and again to see him. Massage therapist Matilde was amazing. I have had a few massages here and at another location, but none compare to Matildes skills. Some people just have the right energy, flow, and technique. This coming from someone who has gotten many massages through my life and know whats good and whats not. Highly recommend her

We have been coming to this place for 2 years to the date and have never been disappointed. I never stuck with just one massage therapist at first because all were GREAT! Recently I have been booking my appts with Oscar/Danielle/Bree and OMG I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have never fallen asleep until recently because thats how good they are. When we come in the front desk ladies have always been rockstars to us. Cecilia always makes sure we are taken care of and makes sure our visit is great. I 100% recommend Massage Envy Cinco Ranch to anyone needing a massage...you WONT be disappointed.

Well the front desk staff is very nice and professional. The massage was not what I expected. I came in for a prenatal massage. The lotion was very cold at first touch, the massage therapist was talking throughout my whole 60 min massage. I understand the at beginning and end the therapist talking about my history but I felt for the time I’m getting a massage this is my time to unwind and enjoy, not trying to focus on my massage and focus on what she was saying about her family history. She’s a sweet lady but it really took form the massage for me. I felt like a question the should have been asked “Do you mind if I talk during your massage?” It was not asked at all and I’m the type of person to not be rude and disrespectful to others. I will not come back to this location and I would be open to talking to management.

Overall a wonderful experience at this Cinco Ranch location! From the first phone call all the way to the me walking out of the door, Bridget Van Holland-Williams was absolutely amazing in assuring that I was fully taken care of! She got me in for a massage on the same day and was there to guide me through the entire process, answering all my questions along the way. She made sure I had plenty of water and showed me where everything in the clinic was. She made me feel so comfortable and I felt she truly wanted to make sure I enjoyed my experience there. The massage from Hong was very relaxing and she helped me feel worlds better after coming in with so much stress and pain. The other two girls at the front desk, Zoe Hall and Chelsea Degorl, were also SO incredibly helpful and nice after my massage. They made sure I had as much water as I needed and helped me gather a list of therapists that were trained specifically in what I am looking for. They all made me feel so welcome and relaxed, I cant wait to go back!

Treat yourself! I received a fabulous facial with Jackie yesterday. The front desk staff are all amazing and courteous. I love that they have a variety of skincare lines to choose from. Jackie recommended the Obagi line and I walked away feeling glowy and refreshed. Maskne is real but she handled it with ease. Already booked my next appointment. I love getting massages here as well but this time my face needed a refresh.

Had a membership for more than 6 years, therapists was wonderful, that was the only reason I was going there, but they raise my fees, management is awful. Had issues with receptionist, set up a session one day when I show up for my session they told me they could not find me in their system, it happened 3 times. When I called to talk to a manager, I was told no one was there, decided to email him and he did not email me back. I am giving one start just for my therapists that she is wonderful. Looking for a new place to have massages, hoping to find a good therapists as well.

Brian was great. I had horrible tension under my shoulder blade causing my arm to not function properly. He did a deep tissue massage and while Im really sore today, its much better today. I was able to get a same day appointment so that was even better!

Front desk girls were awesome. The massage therapist we got, they were so bad, it was the worst massage myself and my wife had every received. The two therapist we were assigned ruined the visit, waste of money, and time. So bad well never visit this location ever again.

I had an hour and a half massage with Danielle and it was amazing. I have been having some tightness and pain in my upper and lower back and she worked out all the kinks. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly and attentive. I will b back.

Maricela was great! I had an area that had gotten really tight to the point where it hurt so bad I couldn’t sleep. Maricela worked through the knots and located the main one that caused the others to tighten up. I had my 1st full night sleep in days. Maricela knows what she’s doing!

Enjoyed a deep tissue massage by JosLynn. I loved that Massage Envy reached out to me to schedule an appointment since I hadnt been in a while. Making an appointment is always on my to do list, but it never seems to get done. I appreciated the call and got in that very day. Great way to spend an hour!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! Dont go here. The massage therapists are good, depending on who you see, but management is uncooperative and just wants your money. I canceled my membership with them and had unused massages I was told I could use until my expiration date of 2.23.17. When I called to schedule, I was told I had to use it by 2.22.17. When I called to talk to a manager twice, I was told no one was there. I called again and argued over their policy not lining up with the cancellation letter I got. Even their massage therapists dont like the way new management is handling things. If the employees arent even happy, how you can expect the customers to be?

I have found a massage therapist that is outstanding. I have never had a bad experience, and never had a problem with scheduling or billing. I do not want to mention who my therapist is, because she is already so popular that its hard to get an appointment!

The employees at ME-CR are always polite and genuinely helpful when scheduling appointments.I’ve regularly requested Danielle, who has helped relieve chronic pain, and have also enjoyed relaxing massages from other therapists when I call on short notice and she’s unavailable. All in all, one of the best ME locations I’ve been to in the Katy/S. Cypress areas.

Absolutely recommend everyone to come in and treat themselves. The massages are absolutely amazing and relaxing, and the facials will leave your skin feeling soft and glowing! Plus there’s always a promotion going on so the prices are very affordable. Highly recommend this location!!! :)

The masseuse was 10 minutes late to my 60 minute massage appointment. She did apologize and I understand things may happen. It would have been appreciated though if they would have been fair and accommodated- either given me a full 60 min total massage instead of cutting it short 10 min or adjusted the price. They did neither and it didn’t seem fair.

Front office is great. Zoe is a great front manager!!!... Mr. Reid is the best if you can communicate. Seriously, I went to school for this and he is in the top 3 of all massages I have had. ( Over 100). I wish I could say the same for the other therapists. That is why it is only a 3.

Tri is an amazing massage therapist! My shoulder blades and neck were aching me uncontrollably and he managed to take out so many knots. I felt comfortable with him and he was attentive to how I replied to pressure points. Highly recommend him and would definitely be going back for another massage.

Don’t go to this location! Very disorganized, racist and unprofessional! They are not treating clients right especially if you’re not white!!!. That manager is the worst person I have encountered in my whole life! Terrible!! I just cancelled my membership with them !! Not worth it!!

The absolute best message I have ever had. If you love a firm, deep massage to get those hard knots out Javier is your guy. I have had back pain for 11 years now due to a auto role over and I told him where the pain was and he worked that area so well this is the best my back has felt in years.

The front desk staff was professional and very knowledgable. I scheduled a two hour massage and emphasized at the beginning I didnt want to spend the majority of the time on my back and neck and then rush through the rest of the massage. Unfortunately, that is exactly what occurred. Next time I will speak up earlier.

Jackie was great during my session with her. She was attentive, and responded well with answers to my question about procedure.I cant give 5 stars, however that is due to Masaage Envy itself and the manager. This location ran a special that if you had the procedure done you would get a free PCA skin item. The text had no restrictions listed. After procedure I was told I would have to pay to get the PCA skin care item however it was discounted. Just a note to manager this does not mean the item was free. Please be more clearer in advertising specials.

Brian was very professional and knew exactly how to pinpoint where i needed the most work. Its a bit of a drive for me but i will gladly drive for a good therapist! He can do up to firm pressure. I will be trying the new trigger therapy next week!

Dishonest, and they don’t know what they are doing at the front. The elephant of a woman at the front was very threatening when I was not told the correct information. Scared my 10 year old daughter. Shame on you! This was supposed to be a gift.

Just had to reschedule an appointment for the first time and they charged me a cancelation fee. We have paid for 2 person membership and never canceled and pay on time for tge last year. Javier is the best, but just ridiculous that the is the fee. We both will not be renewing.

$140 for an “hour massage” that they cut short at 50 minutes. This place is pathetic and will do anything to nickel and dime their customers. I highly discourage people from using this company as it is a complete waste of money. If I could go back in time I would definitely keep my money.

Got charged 130 dollars for services I didnt receive. Stated I was a no call no show, when i cancelled 30 minutes later with the same lady I made the appointment with for the next day. But now there is no proof of me cancelling. Very unprofessional and seems real scam type at this location. Definitely wouldnt recommend this location at all

Javier is the best! I have been going to him for years. He even gave me some tips on some stretches I could do at home for my sore neck. I will continue to go to massage envy because of Javier.

Due to a physical challenge, I’m basically a massage lifer. Massage Envy has been my go-to for years. Good service, quality staff and they are always updating their offerings. Since May of this year, however, they can’t seem to update my payment information and it’s driving me INSANE. I’d hate to think this drives me away after all these years, but if they can’t fix it and don’t care about the stress it causes me, it may unfortunately be time to find somewhere else to frequent.

Do not cough or your therapist could op not to honor your scheduled appointment. But if you cancel last minute, you better bet they will still make you pay.

First time there. Front staff was great! Massage therapist was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Don’t feel much different than I did before I went in. She kept bouncing around and never seemed to have a plan of how to work on entire body. Was very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Javier is an excellent masseuse and very professional. The entire staff is very nice. My only complaint is that they no longer provide bottles of water after your massage.

This place has zero care about their clients and obviously their reputation. Leave alone unprofessional staff (one lady therapist started massaging me with one hand once we were 30 mins into session and she thought i was asleep , checking her phone with another hand).But what made me completely furious is the fact that after i left this place in a WHEEL CHAIR due to the sharp back pain that occurred during a stretching session, and had to go to er since i could not stand or sit or walk, i have never heard back from them. NEVER. Seems like thats an every day case scenario for them.Client service is unbelievably poor and 80% of staff under qualified to perform their duties and frankly, lazy.Save your time and money and find professionals.

Brian was very attentive. He made me feel very comfortable. He adjusted the pressure when asked. He help relieve some of the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend Brian!

I will never give this company another dimension of my money. I sprained me lower back and called to make an appointment. They scheduled me when I called and said that my scheduled payment didnt go through todan and I would need to change it when I came in. I got off the phone checked my account and told them I didnt have money in my account to make the payment today. They told me I couldnt get a massage even though I have been paying every month since August now and have only used 1 massage the whole time. On top of that they charged me for a cancelation fee for an appointment that was booked for less than 5 mins. This place is setup to do nothing but take your money. Ill never recommend this place to anyone!

This place lies and I agree they are after your money. They tell you one thing then reference something else. Dont sign up for anything , its a ripoff. They charge you monthly and if you call to make an appointment and your payment fails they cancel your appointment and call you to get payment disregarding the fact that you have been paying monthly. I called to cancel the membership and was given an incorrect email address. The message bounced to me for a week then finally failed. Never will I ever patronize this or any other Meaasge Envy after this place and its customer disservice group.****Update****After sending an email to this location to ask that any and all wellness subscriptions be cancelled, I received a call in June stating that a service that was supposed to have expired in March continues and has not been cancelled! Allen returns the call and tells me he remembers talking to me, but since I did not come in person, This wellness service continues to accrue on my card. After requesting for a second time to cancel whatever is on file for me, I was told if I cancel, I will lose the seven credited messages I have on file. I have also received return denials for both emails sent to this establishment as per the spelled out email address given by Allen. I am absolutely completely done with this Message Envy. Nothing but lies!!!!!Beware!!!!.
