I had the best massage of my life by Camille! She is amazing. My shoulder has been hurting and she worked it all out. She used the correct pressure all around and is very professional! I have found my new massage therapist Ive been searching for!

The space and environment is relaxing and clean. Mary is a wonderful message therapist. Very caring in her technique when doing my prenatal message. I felt relaxed and mentally refreshed. Seriously considering a membership and Ive never felt the need to have one prior.

Charrisse Did a phenomenal job. I had 7 weeks of intense stress built up in my shoulders and back. I haven’t felt this good in years. Best massage I’ve ever received. Not to mention how kind and compassionate Charrisse was. Will definitely be back!

AMAZING - this was the best massage i’ve ever gotten, Eden was so thorough and really took her time workout out my knots - never felt rushed - she was so sweet and patient when I would ask her to go over certain areas on my back - truly this girl deserves a raise - if I was rich and famous I would seriously hire her on the spot as a masseus - I swear she’s studied this because she knows her stuff! Said she’s been doing it for years and you can definitely tell. I was considering gatekeeping her name - she’s just that good. Someone give this girl a raise! She’s so good! Morena is amazing! Very clean and professional! She knows how to listen to the body that takes it directly to the spot. She gives you that calming/relaxing effect on the body that leave you wanting to come back and get another massage! You should definately book an appointment with her!

Cody is the best!!! This was my first time at the location and attempting to find a parking space was horrible. Its located in a busy town center and its best to just go straight to the garage to park. I went for a massage under my daughters account to relieve stress and was completely satisfied by my massage therapist. I had Cody and his hands were absolutely wonderful. He greeted me asked why I was there, I told him and he listened to what I said and followed thru exactly. I recently discovered I have a meniscus tear in my right knee and I asked him to avoid that area completely and he did just that. He was attentive and relieved all my stress. His hands felt like heaven. Of all the massages Ive had over the years his was the best. Only because of Cody will be the reason Im going back to this location. Already looking to book Cody again. Besides the parking issues the only other negative I experience is with the young lady at the front desk. Although she was nice she didnt pay attention to what she was doing. I asked for Aromatherapy and when my massage was finished she told me the price and I paid for it with cash and she gave me change. I didnt think to get a receipt so I left. Not 15 minutes later I get a call from her stating I didnt pay. Im like what are you talking about I paid you cash; she responds oh Im sorry you are right. Other than that I was satisfied.

I could sing their praises! Diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I have been a member for over two years. Every licensed massage therapist is professional and talented. Ricky, Janie and Cody are high on my list.

I love Elements Massage! Easy on-line appointment booking, front desk is always friendly and helpful. Cody, the massage therapist, was extremely skilled and I left feeling very relaxed with no more neck pain.

I was recommended to this place by a friend. So glad I listened. Amy, my masseuse, was amazing! She listened to all my concerns and asked questions to make sure all she needed to know. Then she designed and catered her massage to my needs. She’s a pro in deep tissue massage but of course I wasn’t ready for one so she applied whatever pressure my muscles were ok with. I walked out feeling much lighter and pumped to be back here again. Honestly wasn’t expecting a 5-star experience from a “franchise” type business but they exceeded expectations. The place will be a bit pricey for me once they raise their prices in April but I’m hoping the long term benefit of remaining consistent with massages will eventually outweigh the cost. Also, if Amy is not available, I’ve also heard great things about Tanya.

Amazing experience! What a team! Yolanda who provided me with the service could not have possibly been more detailed and careful. It was my first massage ever and she explained every step while at the same time respecting my calm moment. As a hospitality worker you usually pay attention to every detail and I must say from the desk to every aspect my expectations exceeded and I’m happy to say this team is great and I hope they keep it up always! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

I go to Max! Hes the best massage therapist I have ever been to in Houston! Has great technique and will make adjustments as you need. I personally prefer very deep tissue and mobility help and he has such a vast skill set and knowledge! Highly recommend! Only caveat is he has pretty hairy arms which might bother some people 😅 truthfully

The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The Front Desk is accommodating and kind, as are the rest of the staff. I have been a member now for about 6 years (I feel transformed when I leave here) and have always been treated with professionalism and care from all staff members.

The person who gave the massage was not good in comparison to any of the other massages I got. I was hoping he would get my knots out and relieve the tension on my traps but unfortunately it felt more like a 1 hour chill session.

Disappointed with the service. I went there for the first time for a 1 hr massage (scheduled at 12.15pm) and I was out of the place by 1pm. The massage hardly lasted 40 min, and it was sold as 1 hr... and it is not cheap. Definitely not what i paid for...besides, the massage itself was pretty average, nothing outstanding vs other places i have tried (and i have been in many). I feel very disappointed, Im not planning on coming back.

The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and professional! I love that members get a new perk each month. It makes me feel like a valued customer.The policies are simple and there are no fees and ridiculous rules that the other massage chains enforce.

REVIEW in response to reply from Elements below:There are so many innacuracies referring to your response - I feel I must answer them point by point.1. Notification of increase 90, 60, 30 days prior:We were never informed of any rate increases for if we were, I would not have included this in the review. If it were sent via e-mail and ended up in a Spam/Trash folder is the only way I can see how this may have been miscommunicated. But again, this really isnt the main point of this negative review.2. We hung up on you:This again is completely false. My husband became angry when he was told that it was a Glitch in the System and that although an admitted error on the end of Elements Massage, that we would not be refunded. He specifically told the person he spoke to on the phone to have the manager call him back but the call never came.3. Elements only did 3 auto drafts (charges): This again is untrue. There are two auto-drafts for 69.00 on (2/10/2022 and 3/16/2022) and another two on (4/15/2022 and 8/1/2022). Happy to share my bank statement.4. We dont mind making things right...:We gave you the chance to make things right when we called you and although it was admitted we were mis-informed due to a system glitch, we still were not refunded at that time.I would not have written this review if it was made right then and our call returned. I see that the amount was reversed on the day you wrote this response - so thank you for making things right but must say I feel it was due my original review.Original Message:I had a membership to Elements Massage in Katy (La Centerra) and I cancelled (because they increased the rates without informing first). I did not have a massage each month, so there were some untaken on my account. In June I booked my husband in to use one of the paid for but not taken massages. Whilst at Elements we asked for confirmation on how many massages were left and were told there were two. The one he was about to have plus one more. We were told we had to use the remaining massage before the end of July.Fast forward to July, I book the second massage for my husband and reiterated on the phone I wanted to use the last unused massage on my account. After confirming my details as well as my husbands, I was told this was fine. After his massage the person behind the desk told him that he would be charged as in actuality I did not have any free massages left. My husband reminded them of the conversation we already had about this, and she replied OK she then asked if he wanted to leave the therapist a tip. Which he did.Soon after we saw a charge put through to our account from Elements.We called them and inquired about the charge and someone called Daniella told us that Elements gave us a member rate as I had no free massages left. We referred them to conversation from the day before. We told them it was their mistake for misinforming us and that they needed to refund the money. They said the needed to look into the details and would call us back.Upon calling back they informed us that when we came in initially in June, there was a ‘glitch’ in the system this let to an error in the number of massages left on my account. As they had misinformed us, they gave us the members (better) rate. We again pointed out that it was THEIR mistake and that we would not have booked a massage had we known we would be charged for it.We insisted that they refund us the charges. Danielle said she needed to speak to the manager and would call back. We asked her to have the manager call us directly to and she said she would give her manager a call.We never heard back from anyone and they did not remove the charge.

Front desk is extremely friendly and very professional. I personally like their monthly pass, if you are into regular monthly treatments. My therapist is Max and I chose him seeing all the amazing google reviews about him . He is great if you want a medical massage ( for chronic pain issues which I had). He is an expert in trigger point massage, cupping and hot stone . My back pain was so severe, my doctor had prescribed me muscle relaxants. When nothing helped medically, I decided to try Max as a last resort. Oh boy, he did wonders to my back and I am back in the gym doing my dead lifts again 😃 I am sure he will be equally good if you are looking for a relaxing massage. He knows how to do it right on an individual basis I would say!

I have not had one pleasant experience with this location. My “home location” is Richmond and as most know when you get a membership you are told that you can use your credits across all locations. I added my parents to my account to give them access to my credits and it was not as easy as they make it out to be. My mom went to the cinco location for a massage and was told that I had no membership. After being turned around and going home I called and was told that the receptionist did see my account but my mom did not have access and I needed to call my home location. I called them and was told that she in fact is linked to my account that they needed to clock further into the account. Fast forward to this weekend my parents went for a couples massage at the cinco location and after being told several times that they are to use my account they STILL charged my mom for the visit and she was only aware after looking at her statement (her card was on file due to needing a card to schedule online). I called and spoke with the owner Marcela who was NOT pleasant by any means. I expressed my concerns and she shortly after began putting blame on my parents stating that they should have said I was from the Richmond location. After explaining my concerns of not being told about needing to state and locations she began to get defensive and hung up on me. I called back and she stated the “call dropped”. She then proceeded to tell me that maybe next time my parents could use a different location. What type of “owner” turns business to others. Needless to say the front desk staff are a mere reflection of their boss. Hoping she finds herself in some training seminars before she ruins her business by sending them elsewhere. Only positive is that she refunded my parents their money.

Booked 2 massages for myself and mom. Rebekah was great. Loved the massage. However I did mention head massage as I had severe headache which was not covered and the massage was finished 10 minutes earlier. My moms experience was okay.

It is over 2 years that I am a customer of the Elements Massage and part of their great membership program. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for having a relaxing, peaceful, and deep tissue massage at an affordable price. I cannot believe the service I get is offered at such a low price for members. Not only that, the place is immaculate and give you a sense of peace and relaxation the moment you enter the room. Furthermore, anytime I had pain in any part of my body, my massage therapist, Dawn, removed the pains from my body. Dawn is the best massage therapist I have experienced so far among all centers that I have ever tried. She is # 1 and our go-to therapist for the entire family. I cannot recommend Elements Massage at LaCenterra high enough. Give it a try, and you will become a returning customer.

First time having a professional massage and everyone made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions and made me feel in control of my massage session. I was so pleased and relaxed afterwards that I signed up for the membership. Yolanda was absolutely amazing!!

I signed up for the wellness program and have incorporated regular message into my fitness program the past four months. Elements Massage in Katy is a nice location. The facility is well-maintained and spotless. The front office staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I cant rave enough about Kristopher and his ability to relieve whatever physical issues I am facing each week. He always answers my questions or has suggestions of his own. I have used Rebekah and Cody for back pain/tension relief/headache. They are very professional, made me feel comfortable and relieve my pain. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my massages so far. I would highly recommend them both!

I love this place! Introductory offer for new clients is $49 for a 55 minute massage. Rebekah Palaian is phenomenal! She was able to tell so much about what Ive done, which side of my body is dominant, explain why I was having pain where, and give me tips to help in between massages. The entire staff was pleasant -- no pressure to sign up for a membership at all, they just gave me a brochure to review. Rates are very competitive, and I was so pleased with Rebekah that I did sign up for a membership (BONUS: your spouse can use membership too, missed massages carry over, and you can cancel at any time/no contract) Rebekah gave me the best massage Ive had to date, and Im really looking forward to coming back every month...I highly recommend her. Ive had memberships at Massage Envy and Massage Heights in the past, but this place is WAY better in my opinion. Im sure the other therapists are great too, but Rebekah was awesome for sports/deep tissue massage, which is what I wanted -- great for athletes.

I come in once a month and I usually go to Josh or Kathryn. These two are by far my favorite! Professional, nice, and they know what they are doing. I get the Swedish massage and/or the hot stones. They focus on what you need work on and apply just the right amount of pressure. I leave VERY relaxed and never dissapointed in the service. Love this place

My wife and I were on the monthly massage plan, this is nothing but a scam.The therapists are great.The company, is worthless.On several occasions we had appointments that were booked mysteriously go missing, yet my card was still charged. Then they refused to refund my card and then they require a 30 day notice to cancel the rebill. Since this was the 3rd time this happened we decided to move on regardless of what it costs, they can shove off.So I had to pay for another session I wasnt going to use.I can only think, if they treat customers this way how do they treat their employees.Go anywhere but Elements Massage unless you want to pay for nothing.

Inviting and relaxing environment. The massage therapists are well trained and professional. They focus on techniques that promote healing and I always feel so much better afterwards.

Booked a couples massage for my wife and I anniversary celebration. On Aug 21, 2021, the day of our anniversary and appointment, I received a call from La Centera location requesting a rescheduling of our appointment for another day because they did not have enough massage therapist. We had planned well in advance and told them that it was part of our anniversary celebration. Poor planning in their behalf. Not having enough therapist is uncalled for specially when it was booked well in advance. We ended up cancelling and decided to go someplace else. NOT TO HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE.

Erica’s skills with deep tissue massage are top notch! I have sciatic problems and she listens to me about my problem areas and masterfully addresses the problems. I highly recommend her!

Rather disappointed in Elements massage. My boyfriend and I came here for a 90 minute couples massage. For starters the rooms were freezing. My therapist was Cody. He asked once how the pressure was and I told him that he could go deeper, which it did not seem like he did. I am assuming that he did not read the paper that we filled out, because he did not massage my feet, scalp, glutes, or even my lower back. My boyfriend had Amy (I think that was her name) and she did an amazing job. Pressure was on point, she was extremely friendly,made sure that he was relaxed and that she was getting all the problem areas. I can honestly say that I will not be going back and will stick with massage heights.

I love the easy and convenient membership—you can easily change appointments, gift sessions to others, no hassle. The place is extremely clean. The therapists are very competent and effective.

People do not pay attention to details. People up front look like they’re bored at their job. Went in for prenatal massage and they scheduled me with a person that’s not certified for it. Wasted an hour of commute and I still need to come back tomorrow. They should pay me for my time and gas.

My husband and I booked a 90 mins massage. We started 10:10am and we were done by 11:20. However If the massage were great then We would call it even. But No. Not worth the $198 we paid for.

I had a 90 minute massage from Josh on Saturday before our wedding Sunday, and I took my husband today for a 90 min post wedding massage. He had Max. We both feel so amazing.

Very easy to schedule appointments, and we especially appreciate the weekly emails with therapists open appointment slots. My therapist does a fantastic job at every visit... I never want my visit to end!

My boyfriend went in for a sports massage because he had hurt his knee working out. The girl who worked on him didnt speak English very well and was pissed off to be there. She hurt him worse than when he went in. I told him to call and complain and they refused to give a refund. Dont waste your time and money!

Had a great experience with Cody. He really helped me with pain in my upper back from muscle spasms. Hes not chatty, either, which I LOVED.

Ask for Kris. He is fantastic. If he is unavailable Dawn is amazing too. I have had some problems with pain in my right shoulder and Kris is able to work it out. Elements is more professional than other establishments.

I can’t say enough good things about Max. I’ve gone elsewhere for a $350 massage and it didn’t have anything on Max. If he leaves I’m going with him 🏃🏼‍♀️do yourself a favor and add on Himalayan salt. It’ll change your life.
