I came in pretty late tonight, and the guy working was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with what I was purchasing, as well as Confirming pricing for each item. Finding amazing customer service is so rare Nowadays.. I came in looking for my usual torch pen and the worker recommended this. I was really surprised how knowledgeable she was of all the products and how much effort she went through to make sure I was getting a product that suits my needs. Customer service was great, prices were even better! Can’t recommend this shop enough.

Lala was very helpful as soon as I walked through the door. I went in with the idea of needing just a pod for my device and some new juice. But Lala realized the juice that I wanted wasn’t compatible with the device I had. So she showed me the juices that were compatible with what I wanted & also helped me pick out a new device that I had been putting off on getting for a while. She was even concerned with the rain that started coming down and offered for me to shelter in place to see if the rain would let up. Which it did let up. Very grateful for the opportunity to find a new shop that have everything I’d need and even better customer service that treated you like a friend and not a customer.

Absolutely great customer service ! I came in last night looking to buy a new vape and try some new vape juice. Everything in their displays were organized within their prices so it made it so much easier to know what to choose from and I didnt have to keep asking the prices for everything. I was helped by Ali, she showed me how to work my vape, showed me how to pour the liquid in my device without leakage and it was fully charged before i left the store so I left set and ready to go ! Please let the ankle monitor speak loud and clear on the girl that works here. Extremely rude loud mouth very unprofessional the older gentleman that owns the shop I hope you read this. The shop is dead all day but some how gets robbed all the time? Its a whole scam with the girl that works inside. She lets them people in with backpacks and take the product its so obvious. All the 5 star recommendations on here are all her friends and family memebers that she brings up to the shop. Sat a watched this whole dump show for a few days because I blog about vape shops. This is not one you want to come too. The owner of this shop is getting screwed left and right.

This place is fantabulous I come in here all the time and the people are very welcoming. An idea for this place is that the owner should use the empty back room for a vape bar set up stools and have people come refill their vapes for like $5 or smoke and chill.
