Melt Spa and Massage

Had a great couples massage with Roxanne today. Our normal room is towards the back, and it was set up so that my wife and I could talk to one another. But as usual - the massage was great and I didnt spend any time talking with my wife. Roxanne found all of the muscles to work, and did an amazing job. Will be back again in 6 weeks for our next appointment.

I had THE best massage here at Melt Spa with Jennifer. She was absolutely amazing. So professional and found knots I didn’t even know were there. I was completely relaxed and felt great the whole rest of day. I will continue to come back and see Jennifer! 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed my 60-minute Swedish massage with Annette at the spa. She was exceptional, identifying my problem areas and effectively working out stubborn knots. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Whenever Im in town, I will definitely return and request Annette for future massages.The spas atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with soothing décor that instantly puts you at ease. The scent of lavender and lemongrass upon entering creates a calming ambiance, reminiscent of a warm embrace from a loved one. The front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.Melt has become one of my favorite spas, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

I went there for the first time and got a deep tissue massage. It was absolutely wonderful. I felt completely relaxed. It had been years since I had my last massage and Cara did a great job

We had a couples massage here today, and while the massage itself was good, I was very disappointed that it was in fact not a couples massage. They put us in separate rooms with an adjoining door claiming it was a couples massage. We were feet to feet so basically couldn’t be farther from each other. We couldn’t see each other or talk and were in completely different rooms. This is definitely not the place to go for a couple’s massage.

Jennifer is very skilled and pays attention to your needs! Definitely worth the hour drive! Thank you for your hard work, it was as if she planned each minute to incorporate into full body greatness! Wow!

I had such a pleasant experience at Melt Spa and Massage. Love the aesthetics here.Ask for Molly if you ever need to get Hydrafacial done. She’s been super great.It was my first ever Hydrafacial and I loved it!I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Ive been to Melt several times and its always good but todays deep tissue massage and facial was perfect! I may be joining their membership soon!

Wow is all I can say! I walked out there feeling like a new person and all my stress gone! I only got a facial and the shoulder , arm , hand and neck massage that comes with it and I feel so much less tension in my upper body! Will be coming back!! I highly, highly recommend this place. As someone who alternates between Massages & Facials, I love the flexibility of my monthly membership at Melt. Not only is the staff all so kind, but the facility itself is super clean, and services are appropriately priced.For facials, I highly recommend Molly (she’s amazing and knowledgeable) and Jennifer for massages (perfect combination of relaxing and healing).

I had my first massage here and from the front desk to the massage area, it was a great experience. Each staff member that I met was wonderful. Everything is so clean and absolutely peaceful. Renee, at the front desk is very sweet and friendly. I had a deep tissue massage and it was perfect. They even sent me home with a gift bag since they noticed my birthday is a few days away. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend!

Melt Spa is fantastic! Vanessa is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! They have definitely gained a repeat customer/member from me. All the staff are very nice and welcoming. If you are looking for a Euphoric experience, I highly recommend Melt Spa and Ms Vanessa for a 90 min massage. This is my second massage, a few days after the first massage my range of motion and flexibility has greatly improved. I wake up without pain and stiffness as I live with moderate pain and tension in the neck and shoulders and have noticed at great improvement in my sleep and overall pain level. Worth every penny and more!!! Thank you

Fantastic venue and staff. Jessica has been taking care of my pregnant wife which has made an excellent improvement to her low back and she got me loosened up and ready for an ultra endurance race. Roxanna took care of me post race with a deep tissue sports massage that really helped cut recovery time. Absolutely recommended Melt! Best massage in DFW!

The ambiance was great and I felt immediately welcomed. The snacks and drinks are a nice touch. I booked online which was SUPER easy and I got in fast. I booked a deep tissue massage with scalp massage and hand mask add ons. Overall Vanessa did great. However I don’t feel the “add ons” were worth it at all. The hand wrap / hot towel was nice but it wasn’t what I expected. Perhaps I didn’t read the website thoroughly enough but it wasn’t at all what I envisioned and wasn’t “unique”. While I enjoyed it I’ve gotten the same type services in “regular” massages without an extra add on fee. Definitely not worth the extra cost if I return in the future. The get a 4 because Vanessa was great and the atmosphere was nice.

I love Melt! This is my go to place and I wish I could go more often! Recently had an amazing massage, Deb relieved a lot of pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. And the overall massage was extremely relaxing while also being very productive for my muscles. She is most definitely top notch!

Everything was exceptional: the price point, the customer service at the front desk, and the service itself. Moriah did an amazing job explaining everything.They also offer a teacher discount! I will definitely be returning.

This was a Christmas gift and I was so excited. The massage was amazing until…. The person working on me had started to feel light headed. I was telling him to sit or hold the bed and don’t move just breathe. I couldn’t do much else considering I was not fully clothed. So I was basically told by him to get dressed, he left the room never to be seen again. I go to find an employee to make sure he was ok, he didn’t tell anyone he felt ill. So my massage was incomplete and he went MIA on me. So I am then put in another room for my facial. By this time I am stressed out and while the facial was good, I was done and really just wanted to leave. I go to the front, and the woman that checked me out asked if I would like to add a gratuity which I left cash for the facial in the room. The other woman who I told that their employee is sick please make sure he is ok is at the front counter telling the woman checking me that everything was taken care of ( 3 times ). Not sure how this was supposed to end but I know I shouldn’t have been stressed out when I left. My service was incomplete and I left feeling upset. Not what I expected, especially since it was a gift. Not happy about my experience.

My facial with Molly was awesome! Five stars for sure! She’s fun, professional, and gives a great service! My massage was fine, or so I thought until the next morning. I explained where my tension was, and asked for medium pressure. Rudy is a nice guy and great for someone needing firm pressure. It seems hard for him to dial it down, even when asked to do so. I have had intense neck pain now for two days, unable to do much of anything. I did call to report this as I’ve never experienced this from prior massages in my life.

My wife and I had a very relaxing experience with our couples massage. My wife is 6 months pregnant and they were very accommodating, she very much enjoyed her prenatal massage. The atmosphere is great and the staff did a great job. It is a little pricey compared to similar establishments but well worth it.

My husband & I (mid 60s) have never had massages, so after telling our daughter & son-in-law this we were surprised when a gift certificate from Melt Spa & Massage showed up in our in-box! Our daughter, who lives in West Virginia, did a lot of research and found the reviews here to be excellent. Our birthdays gift certificate was for a couples massage and it was easy to book our appointment and make it work with our schedule. The facility was beautifully decorated, smelled amazing, and was very comfy. The staff, starting at the front desk, was very pleasant, helpful, polite. No one tried up-selling or pressuring for more services or memberships, etc. Our masseuses were Rudy & Rebecca and both did amazing jobs. I knew I carried a lot of tension but didnt realize how much and once Rudy finished with me I felt so much better. He was very good at working out all of my knots and tension. My husband was really impressed with what a good job Rebecca did and said hed highly recommend her. They have a very nice selection of services. I cant believe we waited so long but will definitely be regular customers!

Had a terrible massage here today. Giving 2 stars only because the facility seemed nice and clean. This was a prenatal massage. I am 25 weeks pregnant and my back has been hurting so much. I was very much looking forward to this massage but it was a huge disappointment. It basically felt like the therapist was just petting me and rubbing oil around. There was no pressure or firmness behind it at all. When I asked her to go harder, she said she couldn’t because it could “induce labor.” There is no evidence or research that supports this. I believe there *could* be specific pressure points (like near the ankles) to avoid but. otherwise, giving a firm massage will not put me into labor. My husband rubs my back every night with much more firmness and I have been just fine. I also verified with all of my friends/family that have had prenatal massages and this was not their experience—their therapist used much more pressure. It was frustrating that the therapist didn’t listen to what I want and insisted that she knew what was best for me and my body, especially when I spent over $100 for this massage. I know my body and I know how much pressure I can take. It seems like this place has good reviews for other services, I would just highly recommend avoiding this place for a prenatal “massage.”

I was having extreme pain in my back and finally decided to see if a massage would help. I called and was able to get in quickly with Moriah. She was very thorough when asking questions about my pain and the location. The massage was awesome, and I finally have relief after a week of excruciating pain! The girls at the front were friendly as well. And even though I didnt have any, the snacks and drinks are a bonus! Highly recommend!

Nicolle was amazing! She is an expert at what she does. My husband booked my appointment and didn’t realize he booked an intense muscle massage. Nicolle walked me through everything and knew exactly what was causing my pain. I could only describe it as a mix of massage and chiropractics. She kept it light hearted and was very professional. She even recommended stretches to do at home. It was a great experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Everyone made me feel welcome and supported in every way. Shout out to front desk staff for great service meeting our needs - even ones we didnt know we had. Jasmine was my MT and she was amazing. Its clear that she has worked hard to be great at her craft. Best massage experience Ive ever had. The facility is lovely and felt like a place to come and totally spoil yourself.Update: over a year later I am still going here. They are consistently wonderful.

Me and my husband had a couples massage and it was amazing!!! Our therapists were Rachel and Debra, they did such a wonderful job!!! Would definitely recommend this place, it was so cute inside and everyone was so lovely. 10/10 recommend

The facility is beautiful and clean. They did an amazing job with the ambiance and atmosphere. Melissa at the front desk was courteous and the owners took time to speak with every customer who walked out the door to check on their experience. Definitely the most personable and welcoming people Ive had the pleasure of meeting. Brittany and Brandi did a great job with our massages. They made sure we were comfortable and satisfied the whole time and at no point did them make us feel as if they were rushing us. Without a doubt one of the best massages Ive ever had and I already cant wait to go back!

My prenatal massage with Moriah was great, and she was super sweet! But the front desk interaction was possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and almost left me in tears and walking out the door before my massage.I signed up for a 60 min prenatal massage, and got stuck behind a train which put me arriving 10 min late to my appt. I called the spa around 25 minutes ahead of my appt and let them know. Once I got there, the front desk lady told me my appt would now only be 30 minutes but I’d be charged the full hour because it’s my fault for running late. So I asked if I could just do the 30 min prenatal instead. She said I was trying to take advantage of the masseuse by only paying for a 30 minute massage and stepped into the hallway to call the manager on me.I take full responsibility of running late in 5 o’clock traffic (even though I left 45 min in advance and wasn’t anticipating on a train) but in no way was I taking advantage of only paying for a 30 min massage if that’s what they downgraded me to. The front desk lady was incredibly rude by talking down to me and assuming the worst instead of trying to talk it out. I wish I didn’t have such a horrible experience because the massage was phenomenal. But there’s no way I can support going into a business that talks down to new clients

I went to the spa for the first time ever to get a facial. Since I had never had one before, I just got a basic package. Jazz was the special lady who gave me the facial and all I can say is... WOW, I wish I had done this years ago. Her touch is gently and soothing and I felt like I was in heaven. Even though I only had a facial, my whole body felt like it was getting a massage. It is the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time and I intend to go back on a monthly basis. If you want to treat yourself to a delightful experience I recommend this spa above any others in the area, if not the world.

Moriah is a MUST! I’ve been a patron of Melt for a while but now as a signature member, I’m grateful.Front desk is great. Scheduling is easy.Massages speak for themselves.Facials are fantastic.And I treat myself to an add-on as a VIP (to be honest, all signatures members get one 😉)Do it. You won’t regret it. Love this place! I was able to get in same day, which was a miracle, and Roxanne did an incredible job. My neck had been sore for a few days and she really got in there and worked it out. The place was clean, quiet, and the staff was just lovely. As a first time customer I got a decent discount, but honestly their prices arent that bad to begin with. They have a membership that looks super reasonable so Ill probably be checking that out.Anyway, this is a great place and Id really recommend giving them a call to book an appointment.

I really wanted to enjoy this massage, but unfortunately I did not. I’m giving one star based on the lovely ambiance of the waiting area, and the nice ladies in the front. The therapist talked the entire massage, and the conversation was awkward. I’ve never had a therapist talk to me during a massage other than to ask me if I’m ok or to give me instructions to switch positions. Even when I gave short answers to cut the conversation, he would come up with another weird question to ask. I also asked for medium pressure, and it seems that he got more intense with the pressure the longer the massage went especially in the neck area. I was a little sore the next day in the neck. Not sure I’ll be back.

First the front desk girls are great. This was my first time at Melt Spa and they were professional and attentive. Helpful with answering all of my endless questions and getting me booked.I had my signature facial with microdermabrasion with Xyrene and she was fabulous and professional. She explained everything she was doing and was great to talk to. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I felt amazing; my face looked fabulous. I highly recommend Xyrene!I had a massage with Annette and she was professional and great. She made it very relaxing. I would highly recommend Annette.Great spa and amazing treatment all around and I am happy to find such a welcoming place and support my local small business community.

This was my first time visiting Melt, and I wanted to treat myself to a Swedish massage for my birthday. Deb was my masseuse, and she was thorough and attentive, focusing more on my problem areas as I requested. She used an appropriate amount of pressure and checked in with me a few times throughout the session to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you, Deb, for your amazing service! I will be moving to another city in the metroplex soon, but I plan to return to Melt for regular massages!

The place was nice. Its just missing a few things that other massage places offer. Usually the aroma in the Air is so soothing but I dont recall smelling anything in particular. The bed was cold, nothing was warm. My nose got stuffed up laying on my stomach and I think it was because nothing fresh was in the air. I couldnt fully relax bc I could hardly breathe. They didnt offer a warm neck pillow; I know you want to be different but offer something Better!!!

I booked an appointment for me and my fiancee and we were quite nervous since it was our first time getting massages. The staff couldnt had been any friendlier. Kourtney was very sweet and kind enough to explain me all the process. Tonja was also nice and friendly with my fiancee. The place was very clean and overall a very relaxing experience. I cant wait to book another appointment!

My first Melt experience was wonderful!! The atmosphere is inviting, comfortable, clean and professional. Location is perfect, right on Heritage Trace. The staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I got a Swedish massage and a facial and recommend both. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. 👍🏻👏🏼❤️

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the minute you walk in the door you feel pampered. Chocolate and tea in the cutest lobby I have ever seen, not to mention Joanna the spa director is the most down to earth “make it your experience” kind of person. My masseuse was Amber, and she was the best. She was gentle, but worked all my sore muscles that were really bothering me. The price is great, and they have so many promotional days that really are intended to enhance the client experience. I HIGHLY recommend this place, you will not regret going with a local spa rather than a chain massage place. Check them out!

Melt Spa is great! The reception area is very pretty with grey and silver sparkles and cozy furniture. Jo Anna at the front knew who I was when I walked through the door as a new client! She was so sweet and helpful in explains costs, options, etc. Brandy was my massage therapist. Not only was she super friendly but she took the time to do a mini-consult with me to find what I needed and didnt want. I have lower back pain at times and she was great with being gentle in that area, but then changed her technique with my upper back and shoulders to a deeper massage at my request. She was great! Rian, the new owner, was at the front when I checked out and we chatted for a little bit about the spa, etc. She seems to really want to provide wellness opportunities for the community and gain long-time customers at the same time. Overall, absolutely recommend!

The second I walked into this place I was hit in the face with a super strong perfume smell. I went for a massage and migraine treatment. Strong fragrance smells give people headaches, so Im not sure why they would expose their customers to such. Anyway, I was hoping once I got into the treatment room that it wouldnt be so strong, but unfortunately it was. Like literally smelled like someone dumped/sprayed a whole bottle of perfume in the room!My treatment was great and would have been so much more enjoyable if there was relaxing music playing but it was quiet, which was very odd to me. Also, my massage therapist talked the whole time. She was really nice, but I couldnt relax...especially with all the topics she was bringing up.I was really excited about the migraine service they offered and how close they were to my house, but I wont be going back.

My Wife & I, absolutely love pampering ourselves at Melt Spa & Massage. From the facility to the staff - they are welcoming. We became members from the first day / massage we received at Melt Spa! If you are stressed and want to relax - I would Highly Recommend you pay Melt Spa & Massage a visit. You will not regret it! Ive referred all my loved ones to Melt Spa and their experiences have been as pleasant as ours have been. They have an expert Therapist on staff for all and any of your needs. Love it!

I had a hydra facial with Molly and it was outstanding. Every part of the experience was fantastic. Molly was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and skilled. It was relaxing and my skin feels great. Each staff member I encounters was delightful!

The facility is very nice and welcoming! Clean and organized! Today I went in for a Swedish massage and unfortunately I was not very happy at all. I actually didn’t even get my feet massaged 🤔 I’m not sure if that’s a protocol or what, but I’ve had several massages and have never not gotten my feet massage. Also, I had a male therapist which was not disclosed to me during the time of booking my appointment. It was a very uncomfortable feeling when he ran his forearms across my back and I could feel his coarse arms hairs 😫 he was very fast and rapid with his movements. Maybe I’m not sure what to expect during a Swedish massage service. But nothing about my 60 minutes was relaxing! I did let the front desk know when checking out. She offered to leave a note in my file about my complaint..

I got a massage from Tony Ruiz today, who is one of Melts new therapists. It was easily the best massage I have ever had. He was very professional and employed excellent technique. I will definitely be making more appointments with him in the future.

Ive been going to melt for a few months now. Moriah is fabulous! Rudy works out knots like a champ. Ive had several therapists and every one has been great. The facials are really good too. Highly recommend!

I had a FABULOUS experience at Melt Spa & Massage. I will defiantly be going back. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The owner is one of the sweetest people I have ever met! I got a HydroFacial for the first time today with Mecca. Mecca massaged my scalp, hands, and arms on top of the facial. She did a wonderful job and I left with a beautiful glow to my skin.

Mecca is a true professional and is definitely talented in her craft. She provided a tranquil environment that put me at ease. Mecca explained every step during the process prior to the services to ensure I had a clear understanding of what was to come. In addition your receptionist is personable professional and very friendly. She engaged and brief conversation during checkout and seem to be truly interested in My overall experience. It was probably one of my most memorable and favorite visits ever. I will definitely return in the near future and spread the word to friends and family.

I enjoyed my first time at Melt spa for a massage and facial. I left very relaxed. The only hiccup was the acid product used during my facial burned a lot more than Ive ever experienced and Ive had a little bit of skin peel off my lip line and jaw line but luckily its all fine. I had not had my skin peel before with basic facials in the past at two other businesses.

I had a Hydra-facial and it was perfection. It was so relaxing and I was treated with care. I loved every minute of it and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Amber was great. She listened and was knowledgeable with what my back pain might have been. Price is fair for $49 first time visit but I couldnt afford the membership. Dianna at the front was great and very sympathetic.

I have been here a couple times now once healthy and once post-op with a broken leg. Of course it goes without saying the first experience was phenomenal! So much so that I went back with a serious injury and was concerned to say the least. They went above and beyond and tailored the massage to my needs! Will continue to support this amazing business ran by amazing people!

I’ve been to MELT spa several times and have enjoyed every massage and facial. I went after a car accident with some bad whiplash and Mr.Lou gave me the best massage and helped release so much tension and soreness. He definitely knew what he was doing! The customer service is amazing and I steal a couple chocolates every time I go in ;). I love this place!

I really enjoy visiting this spa. It stands out compared to others I have visited. The full hour facial is my favorite and Mecca is amazing, she adds a hand and foot massage which no other place that I visited does, and it is an awesome bonus. On top of that, she is very knowledgable and professional.The facility is clean, relaxing, and well managed. I have never had issues with scheduling or working with any of the staff. I have already recommended this place to all my friends.

Tony is absolutely the best masseuse I have ever had. I am a fitness instructor whose body gets beat up. Every time I walk out of Tonys room, I feel better! If youre looking for the best massage, Tony is the guy.

Prior to COVID, I would get a massage once or twice a month depending on stress/need. I have been to multiple massage places all over DFW, looking for the right one to call “home”. Today I found Melt. It was my first visit to Melt and last visit to any other massage place. For the first time ever, I subscribed to a monthly membership. My massage therapist Moriah was simply amazing! I highly urge you to visit and you will know why they are simply the best.

Brandy was a delight! She really took care of me and relieved my back and shoulder pain. I felt so relaxed and pain free after the deep tissue massage. I have chronic back pain and was pain free afterwards. I highly recommend Brandy. Thank you Melt Spa & Massage!

On the paper I circled to work on my lower back and feet. She asked me in person where would I like to work on and I told her my lower back and feet. She worked a lot on my left shoulder and now I have more pain on my shoulder. I didnt feel it yesterday. Today I woke up with more pain.😥😭Im back to give them 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. After I posted my complains one of the lady called me yesterday and left me a message to go back for a 30 minutes massage to work on my lower back and feet. Thats was nice of them. Thank you! 😊I also like to give them 5 🌟 for nice and clean place.

Roxanne was terrific. Not that last experience was bad, but she was better. Ive now had two massages here and both were great. The staff is terrific and the atmosphere very relaxing.

This spa is about as good as it gets with quality of massages. I have had MANY in my lifetime but Jessica was hands down one of the BEST of my life. I have never felt more relaxed or loose in my life. I mean... best massage ever! Laila was equally as great. If you’re looking for a TRUE DEEP TISSUE Laila is your girl! She knows what she’s doing. You really cannot go wrong here. Everyone is amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend 😊

He is exceptionally professional and the atmosphere at Melt is wonderful. My full body, deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed to start my weekend off right! Ill be back for sure.

I liked that friendliness of the staff. Cute atmosphere. Loved that during the massage the lights were turned down so dark and the therapist didn’t talk during massage and let me relax!! It was a great massage!

I called before I purchased it to get the details about the massage and the additional scalp massage I was adding, so I really had high expectations based on what they told me over the phone and other people’s reviews but my husband did not have a good experience, he did not get the full hour that I paid for and the “scalp massage” was nothing like they described it over the phone. I’m very disappointed.

Had a deep tissue massage by Tony. It was great! Very helpful and educational. Felt great and really worked on areas that have been bothering me for a while! Best part is if you are a member it costs nothing to join and NO CONTRACT!!!
