Leah, my massage therapist is such a sweet, kind woman that I am able to totally relax without feeling any negative self consciousness at all during my massage.She visits with me if I initiate visiting, but if I just feel like I want to be quiet and rest, she is very quiet.She is also so aware as she works on me, she can feel where I am tight and she focuses on the tight areas.She relieves my pain and then relaxes my body afterward.I not only leave they’re able to walk straight up and comfortable, but I always feel emotionally lifted also. Because she is such a caring, sweet, friendly individual, and visits with me if I want to visit.She has a very caring spirit, and a great sense of humor.But the best part is, she knows when to use it and when to be quiet and just let me rest.She really cares about her patients and she seems to feel honored to be able to help you rather than it being a job.I feel blessed to have found her as my massage therapist.

Im grateful my day turned out to be amazing!!Today, I had both a 45 minute facial and a 90 minute massage, and it was an incredible afternoon of pampering thanks to Jessie and Leah. I promise if you want a top notch professional with over twenty years of experience doing facials, then ask for Jessie. And, thank you Leah for the head to toe deep tissue massage. Learning that you have been in your profession for 17 years was remarkable.After today, I will be making regular appointments with both of you ladies. I normally dont post, but I had to share that I could tell I was with experienced professionals who made my appointment so memorable. I had a facial done today as I was given a gift certificate from a friend for my Birthday. I scheduled the only appointment that was available for today and it was with Jesse. I had never been to Massage Envy before and it was a wonderful experience! Jesse truly made my birthday today! I just had to let everyone know that Jesse my Esthetician is absolutely incredible!! I have never had someone work on me with such precision and grace ,and I will never go to anyone else again. She takes her time, never rushes me , and in fact actually gave me extra time because her elderly client ahead of me took extra time from her. I have been a member here for quite some time. Generally my service is pretty good. I have an unpredictable work schedule and dont usually schedule too far in advance. This hasnt been a huge issue in the past. However, this past year- all they seem to want to do is push their facials. I dont have a massage envy membership for facials, I have a massage envy membership for massages. I get texts regularly of availability and for the day and they only allow facials or DUAL appointments. So I have EIGHTEEN credits lined up and Im trapped because if I cancel, I lose my credits- but Ill never get to use them unless I want to also use them for a facial- which I dont. I have a hard enough time getting in for a massage and Im forced to use 2 credits and be there longer for a service I dont even want. When I ask why I cant just have a massage and why they do that, their response is We are trying to get our estheticians business. At the expense of the consumers. Its a pretty poor business model and taking advantage of your customers who have a lot of credits and cant leave Hotel California for fear of losing their already accumulated credits that have been paid for. Pretty sure Audible went under a law suit for their dont use it, you lose it credit policy. May want to watch out on this one Massage Envy.Edited to Add: I noticed my $65 a month membership went up to $75 in the course of a few months, there is an option to Freeze my account so that my account isnt deducted anymore but I cant use my credits while on freeze. Over $1200 paid into this company that I cant use. Further investigation shows there has been a class action lawsuit filed against the company, I have emailed the company in charge of it to get more information. I am also waiting to hear back from Massage Envy customer service as Managers have no power to do anything but apologize and understand my frustration- that helps. I too took conflict resolution.
If you’re looking for an amazing esthetician look no further Jesse by far exceeds all levels of expectation. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. I expressed my concerns and she was able to cater my chemical peel to my specific needs while also discussing a plan for future services that best suite my skin care desires. Absolutely the best facial I’ve ever had and I left feeling like I have a better grasp on how I need to take care of my skin at home at a reasonable price point as well! She’s kept the conversation to a minimum during the service itself, which was appreciated as it allowed me the opportunity to relax. I usually just see whomever is available at whatever location, not anymore. Jesse just gained a repeat client! She’s amazing! 10/10 recommend! Ps. The girls are the front we’re the sweetest and provided great customer service as well!
I had already canceled my membership when I went to this location to use the last few massages on my account when I was fortunate enough to get John as my therapist. He is absolutely phenomenal at what he does and is clearly passionate about being a massage therapist. His deep tissue is among the best I’ve ever had. So much so that I came back again this evening and after this massage decided to renew my membership just so I can continue to work with him. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some suggestions on stretches and pressure points I can do on my own in between massages. I’m super grateful I found him because he’s worth every penny of the membership.
I had an hour session with Mint. She was perfect! Firm pressure as asked and focused on the areas we discussed. Felt like I was in heaven. My only complaint is the 60 minute massage was actually 50 minutes. But honestly I didn’t care that much, as I didn’t feel she missed any areas. She did a great job.They do ask if you want to sign up for a monthly subscription, but I didn’t feel pressured when I simply stated “no, thank you.”Masks required, as they should be.
Thank you Jessie for another wonderful facial today. Went in with dull skin and came out glowing from my customized facial. Jessie takes an individualized approach when it comes to skincare. I am always pleased. The receptionist was also very helpful and professional.
While they have wonderful massage therapist and a good atmosphere, I will not be returning to massage envy. I was looking online for pricing so I could buy my mom a massage for her birthday and I saw $55 for an hour. So when I went in to buy the gift card, the lady at the desk told me it was $95 (not including tip!!!) When I asked why the price was so different she told me “well that pricing is just what’s online, but that’s not our pricing for this store” which didn’t make any sense to me, because why wouldn’t it be the same as what you charge in your store? Then after that they delayed the time my mom had to get her massage because they said they didn’t have my card on file when I had just purchased it yesterday and in the end charged me $95 for only about 35-40 minutes, not even the full hour I paid for.
Parkwood Massage Envy is truly the best. The front-line staff is great, the massage therapists and Jesse are amazing.
If you want the best facial schedule an appointment with Jessie! She gave me the best facial that I have ever had! Jessie has great experience and is very knowlegeable! She only uses the best products! My skin feels great!

This was my first time getting a massage. I was terrified. I walked in and the receptionist was very polite, friendly, and helpful. The facility was serene, very clean and relaxing. Leah was my massage therapist. She applied perfect pressure and I have NEVER been so relaxed. I felt great for days after. I HIGHLY recommend Massage Envy, I cannot wait to go back!! 👍🏻💆🏻
Jessie is the great esthetician. Look at her skin! You know that you are in good hands. I left the room with glow and moist skin. She recommended the products that match my skin. Cant wait for my monthly appointment!
It was great to start off with. Never had a bad experience due to the therapists or anything like that.My problem is I had to cancel an appointment, my 2 year old woke up with a fever. I called as soon as they opened. Told them I cant bring my sick child to daycare. They didnt care I still got charged. Manager was supposed to call me back, never did. I was always on time with my membership and always bought extra products. I will be canceling my membership and joining Dareds in South Arlington membership.Tiffany Frithiof

I have been here for some great massages, but it my GO TO for all my skin care needs. I have had several esthetician’s over the years and Raven is by far my favorite. She knows exactly what my skin needs, does great work, and has some amazing recommendations that are working! She is very knowledgeable in what she does and the products and helps explain to me what I need and how everything works for my skin. Cannot highly recommend her enough!
This specific location is one of the best Ive been to across multiple states. Naomi knows her stuff, takes the best care of you, and will always make things right. For my specific needs, I see Melody, who is the most knowledgeable, most effective therapist Ive seen in years. There is no other place to go but this location - they are simply the best!
This place is a scam! Signed up at $65 per month for a year. On the 13th month charged $70. On the 14th month charged $75. I call and ask if this $5 increase will continue monthly and why there is no communication on the increases. She claims they sent emails. Of course, I have already searched email including junk/spam. Nothing. The girl urges me to freeze my account for $20/month. I ask a few questions regarding this freeze, since M.E. wants to hold strong to their contracts cancellation policy.She has to put me on hold twice to ask her manager for the answers. I then realize I need to speak to the manager myself. The manager Lyly gets on the phone with an attitude already, because she has been bothered to answer her own untrained staffs questions. She basically called me a liar, and that I DID receive emails from them. She had no inclination to help at all. Why not ask to verify my email address on file? Thats what should of happen. So I ask for a area director or district managers contact info, so I can speak with them. She REFUSES, and tells me she will escalate my issue herself. I tell her she can do that, but I STILL want the contact info. She responds that she can hang up on me because I am yelling. I wasnt yelling. I ask a 3rd time, and she spouts off an email address rapidly so I cannot hear it. Lylys attitude is unacceptable. If a paying customer requests info, give it to them.Unfortunately, this will most likely fall on deaf ears, because they all know each other. When I went in to freeze my acct, Lyly made sure to let me know, I already called the DM about you. Of course you did. You dont want the DM fielding a true complaint about your poor attitude and lack of management skills. M.E. needs to train staff better, since management doesnt want to be bothered by intelligent questions regarding a memberships.
Do not get a facial at this location. I have had several facials with different spa companies and love them. I had two facials at this location and they were both horrible. The first girl only rubbed some cleanser and lotion on my face and while doing so wore big bulky latex gloves which felt horrible. They also recommended products for my face which made my skin breakout. When I researched the product it was not even for what the esthetician’s said I needed it for. The esthetician’s appear untrained. I will not be getting a facial at this location again.
I went here for a deep tissue massage for my lower back pain. I dont chronic lower back pain, but I am a nurse and stand for long periods of time, and move a lot oh heavy patients.the therapist was sweet and the overall massage was relaxing (as any of them are), but she didnt resolve my issue at all. I went in for pain of 10/10, and the pain remained a 10/10 after leaving. I spoke to the assistant manager, and all she would do is let me pay for another introductory session, but would not reimburse me for the session, or honor a complimentary massage. I cant pay $100 in week to get rid of the thing I came in for them to resolve. Terrible customer service and will not use another massage envy again.

Jesse is amazing very talented. Jesse gives greats skin recommendations for your facials or chemical peels and every time I leave with my skin glowing. All you do is relax and enjoy the transformation of your skin feeling beautiful.
If i could give this place zero stars i would. As with my previous review I couldnt make my previous appt because my childwoke up sick and couldnt go to daycare. Now back in June i had a mommy makeover and booked a facial and didnt know about their 6 week surgery policy. This was with the Massage Envy down on 7th street Montgomery Plaza. They didnt charge me or take anyway of my credits fro my membership. Even though I have a doctors note the one on Parkwood said they could only do 50%. Told them they just lost a customer and its ashame because i love my massage therapist at the Hulen location. Her name is Cynthia shes awesome! As for my membership they didnt seem to care to lose a customer and i wont be paying what services i didnt receive.
Ashley was so fabulous! I have never had a better nor more relaxing facial and I highly recommend Massage Envy and Ashley!
Always a good experience with Massage Envy. They have your comfort in mind throughout the experience. They also listen...which is important when you have problem area that need work.Another point is that they are consistent across all Massage Envy’s. I do contract work and have always had the same experience across the board. Enjoy!

Don’t get the membership. My financial situation changed and I can’t afford the monthly anymore and have been getting the run around for three weeks now. Still have yet to cancel. Constantly told the manager will call me back, three weeks and multiple calls later and I’m wondering if she even exists. Called today AGAIN to cancel and was told the manager would call me back as soon as she was done with a client. Called back just now and the manager has left. I love being pushed off just so they can get an extra months payment from me.
I don’t think I’ll be back. My first massage was great so I scheduled a second and wanted to add the enhanced muscle therapy. I filled out the forms indicating where I am hurting and I feel it was completely ignored. The therapist spent at least 25 minutes working on my arms (biceps and lower arms) and my back and neck which were hurting are stiffer than before I went in. The therapist also did not do the enhanced muscle therapy but they tried to charge me for it at the end. They did try to push the monthly package on me but I paid $$$ for a massage and expected to get the muscle therapy that wasn’t even done. They told me that it could take several times before I feel better. I get that, but I shouldn’t leave feeling worse than when I went in.

Well lets just say that I didnt even make it in to the place. I was in need of a massage and I called the tarrent location because it was near my house. Just so you know I was coming from Dallas and was driving home to Watauga. After we set a appointment ( 9pm) she asked me if I had a credit/debit card I can put on my account. I said, sure I have a card but I cant give it to you because i was on the highway and couldnt reach to my wallet. I told her I could call back when I get home or get to a good stopping point. She said, well we need a card to hold your place or give it to a paying costumer. She couldnt hold it for me because someone else could call and reserve it and she was unsure if I was going to come in.I understand that but I was in need of a bad massage because I was in bad pain due to work. Im also a massage therapist and I would have never told my client that I couldnt hold his/her place because they didnt have a payment form.She also knew I was in pain because she had asked a few question on how I know of this place and location and why did I need a massage.Wish I could have had a massage but oh well...Thats massage envy for you. My office does not give you a hard time just because you cant place a payment form over the phone.

This place is the worst. Its a chain and its very apparent that the only thing they care about is getting your $ every month. I have attempted to change this store to my home location twice now. Filled out paperwork, made multiple phone calls and it was supposed to be done. But lo and behold, its not. Two times! And its still a fail. Then my longtime therapist left without so much as a word from him or the company. Not even an apology was offered when I found out. Are you kidding me?! I thought going somewhere once or twice a month meant something and I thought I had developed a rapport with these people. Apparently that meant nothing. There are a plethora of massage places to go to with higher quality customer service and therapists that wont leave you high and dry. Im done with massage envy. The price was good but the poor service is not worth it any longer!
1st time and from the moment I walked in it was a pleasure.The front desk staff helped me with my questions and explained the process.Led to the waiting room and within 5 minutes my masseuse ushered me into the room.Walked out 50 minutes later totally having enjoyed the massage.Really would love to make this a regular thing!

My schedule changed and my husband and I had to cancel our membership. We had 1 service a piece left on our contract and though we paid for it they will not let us us it because she says it is after the 60 days. I nor my husband was not told about the 60 days. Now they refuse to give us the service we paid for. Total rip off in my opinion.
