Absolutely loved the artwork and boutique additions to the vapes, etc. it really added the effect that they care. Especially thankful for Bri, sorry if the name is spelled wrong but she was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind while listening to exactly what I needed. Hope to visit again.

This is the friendliest Vape shop I have ever been in. The customer service is above par. I’m not real knowledgeable about vaping but there was one pod device that I wanted to try and have been searching for everywhere but could only find it on the Internet. I went into this place to check out the other systems they had and they had exactly what I was looking for. They could tell I wasn’t super knowledgeable about anything and really educated me. They didn’t treat me like I was ignorant but were very welcoming of my many questions. This will definitely be my Vape shop from here on out.

I have never had an experience like I just had. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years, never have I had an experience like this at any store, let alone by the owner. She yelled and screamed at me because I was trying to return a device, that was covered under warranty, that had a manufacturer defect. She told me I wasn’t allowed to because it still fires but a key feature wasn’t working. I have the exact same device and it works perfectly fine. Do not shop here! They don’t honor their warranty and now we are out $90.

Everyone who works here is always kind and helps with any questions about the products I might have. Very good selection as well.

I absolutely love this location. The staff is friendly and the pieces are beautiful with a cheaper price tag than some other places around the area. I come extremely often but to hang out with the staff. Thats how amazing this place is. Everyone should visit here! :)

BUYERS BEWARE - they only warranty out anything if you open it in the shop and try it in front of them. I work 30 seconds away so I went they’re out of convenience because even then their prices are high and I get this disposable everywhere. Well I didn’t hit it for 2 hours but when I did it was burnt. I’m never going to hit it again, they could’ve broken it open in front of me. Or just believed there’s no way I would’ve used 5000 puffs in 2 hours. Just not happy they weren’t nice about it. I just warned them, maybe they got a bad batch but if the same thing happens to every customer that gets a Escobar mega be careful.

This location is fantastic. Easily the best vape shop in town. They have the best selection of typical pod style devices, along with the one of the last remaining collections of more advanced devices. Their juice selection is great, keep all relevant coils in stock, and they have a massive selection of disposables if that’s your thing. The staff? Phenomenal. Easily the most knowledgeable staff of any store in the DFW area.

Havent vaped in a few years, but after the conversations I had with Emily and Danny I felt like I hadnt stopped. These two were super knowledgeable about every question I had and then some! Amazing experience all together, they were fun and really nice throughout the entire visit! Prices were a little above online prices but with the knowledge of those two and warranties offered it made it well worth the price difference!

The owner is amazing. I’m a veteran that suffers with depression and physical pain everyday of my life. She opened her arms to me and invited me into her store to escape the pain life throws at me. Forever grateful to have met her.

Every time I go in, the employees are super sweet and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products, flavors, and help find what your looking for. They also just put some cool exotic sodas in which Im super excited about. I love this shop.

They are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Theres a nice selection of vapes and juices to choose from and a clearance section. And the back of the store has some really awesome pipes and things. My boyfriend and i drive from euless just to get our juices here.

Wow, What a great place! They had everything I was looking for and more. I went in to get juice but I walked away with a new device and a new home shop. The people are very friendly and helpful. They have the lowest prices I have seen in the area by far. Also, the quality of their house juice is fantastic. They explained that its made the same way as premiums are but in their own offsite lab so no huge markup! They had a wide selection of juice and I was overwhelmed but they helped me narrow it down by asking what Ive had previously, even though it wasnt sold at the store they knew exactly what it was and gave some great recommendations. I wish I wouldve found this place sooner, because I wouldve saved a lot of money!

This place is awesome! Every employee is extremely helpful and they actually take their time with you and don’t try to rush you out! Made a regular out of me and I recommend them to everyone! Prices are unbeatable as well!!

Awesome place. They are always very helpful. Had issues with a coil I bought there not being the right size because the manufacturer had release a new version of the tank and they helped me solve it. Love going to this place.

First visit was great. Was planning on just looking around but I ended up buying a few things, and Im super happy with what I bought. They have a great selection and the guy who was working there was super helpful.

Walked in just because I wanted to try something new and Im glad that I did. The girl at the counter was very cheerful and jumped up the moment I walked into the door. Helped me find the oil best suited for my tastes (which is now my 2nd favorite flavor) and had a wonderful surprise when the price was actually a few dollars cheaper than my normal store plus a bigger bottle. Worth the stop and most definitely worth a 2nd 3rd and 4th trip.

Amazing prices and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They do not try and sell you the most expensive and crazy products. They listen and respond in kind. I hardly review any stores or apps, but this place is more than deserving of a 5 * review. Keep it up Ultra Violet.
