C3 Wellness Spa Solivita

I used this facility for Physical Therapy back in 2022 to rehab my left shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. It was fabulous. That’s why I’m back now to use them again to rehab my right shoulder after a complete shoulder replacement in April. The therapists are all excellent. This is the ONLY place where you will have your therapist work only with you for the entire hour. No other place I know of is like that. That’s a huge bonus! All the therapists are outstanding. I’ve also recently added acupuncture and therapeutic massage to my routine. It’s all wonderful. All of the staff here is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They take a variety of insurances, too. I highly recommend this facility, snd both locations are equally good.

While visiting my parents in Solivita I purchased 4 massages as gifts. The customer service was amazing & the massage from Brandon was Awesome. However I was billed for a 5th massage & I didn’t request it. I called the main location & spoke with a lady & inquired as to why I was billed five times. She advised me that one of the charges was sent to the insurance company & the manager would have to refund me. She also stated that one of the people I purchased a massage for gave a $10 tip on my card. I expressed how that was illegal & asked that the manager give me a call back. This call was made on 11/28 & I haven’t heard from the manager/owner nor have I been refunded. I held off on making a negative review because this could’ve been an easy fix. But no worries we won’t be back & I am contacting Chase tomorrow.

Not the best experience- it’s impossible to book online with a gift certificate or Groupon. I purchased two Groupons and had to put in my credit card, which is usual everywhere to hold your appointment. Reputable spas actually charge the card after the service- or if you don’t show up. When I tried to use the Groupon when I arrived they refused. They said they had already charged my card and refused to refund me and accept the Groupon. That is not the way spa service works.I booked another massage so as to not lose the money I spent on the Groupon . The therapist was 15 minutes late because of traffic. It was another 5 minutes before I was in the room. My total massage lasted 35 minutes. In real spas you get the full 50 minutes unless you’re the one that was late.One other thing that was “icky “ for lack of a better word. There is a sign over the toilet in the public restroom that says “No paper in the toilet.” Seriously? What do you do with toilet paper?I found the whole operation less than professional.

Another great experience and great massage at C3 Wellness Spa. Juliza is an excellent masseuse.

Today, I got my first massage at the Solivita Spa.Very professional staff, clean and friendly atmosphere. Joe Collmar is excellent with massaging. Dr. Felix is great with acupuncture would highly recommend them both.M. Roldan

I had my 3rd back wax appointment with Elizabeth (Liz on the list) on Nov 3. She is by far the best esthetician that I have had. She is very diligent and patient and has the ability to make the whole process relaxing. C3 Wellness and Liz has become by go to place for this service.

My experience was very unpleasant, because I did not give them a credit card to put on file. If you don’t have a credit card, don’t waste your time the policy is to force clients to leave a card on file so it can be charged in case an appointment is canceled the same day or you’re 15 minutes late.Response:I don’t understand your reply. I went there with insurance and no copayment was required. Why would you need a credit card from me? I also think is unfair that you are conducting business based on the premise of “ Peter pays for Paul”. Due to your past customer experiences.

The spa is lovely, peaceful and well-run. My massage was outstanding. Would highly recommend the place.

Totally disappointed with Randy Ortiz, discharged me without discussing it, not right. The Therapist were very helpful when I went, never missed a session. Mr Ortiz should get retrained on how to deal with Patience who are in pain and in need of help.

I received therapeutic massage from Juliza Husbands-Chrinnery.twice at C3 Wellness Spa. It was quite comforting and relieved the tightness in my back and legs. She’s quite professional and pleasant to soak with. I recommend her to anyon seeking muscular relief

I just had a deep tissue massage with Mary Bensen. She was very professional, listened to my needs and was able to work all stress areas out of my body. The office staff was excellent too. They gave me a lot of information about their different modalities. I will be going back soon!

Such a difficult process to book a massage with a gift card. Makes t lengthy on the phone, impossible at the poorly designed website!The person that provided the massage, was excellent and provided interesting conversation and very professional massage. I would definitively use that massage technician again.

I’ve now had massages from Millie and Mary. Both were very professional and personable and catered to my specialty needs. I am a quadriplegic and they have gone out of their way to assist me. I am a true believer in Riviera Spa! I am now a weekly customer. Thanks so much Millie and Mary!

An amazing experience me and my mom both had acupuncture done by Hannah and massages by Eva and A.K.A. the only Red head for now . What an amazing positive relaxing facility very beautiful state of the art amazing staff very welcoming and very informative very knowledgeable I’m so grateful that I found this place. Thank you for reminding me of what self care feels like. My therapist was very detailed and knew exactly where to find all my tension.After my facial I was so relaxed I forgot to get dressed after the service.From their sanitation practices, customer service to my massage and facial services, this spa exceeded every expectation! I can’t wait to revisit!

Love them so much! It’s a great spa and I’m so happy they’re open in poinciana, I used to have to drive quite a bit for a massage. Got a facial as well and went into the salt booth for my allergies and I couldn’t be happier. Def. recommend!

I had a hot stone massage. It was amazing. The masseuse asked what kind of pressure I liked before she started. It was a relaxing, clean atmosphere. Cant wait to go back.
