After walking my daughter all over Orlando, in the wrong shoes, I was in so much pain, I was afraid we couldn’t do much for the end of the trip. The pain was radiating from my lower back, down my thigh and starting to make my knee hurt.I last minute booked a 1 hour with Kiki when I woke up, desperately hoping she could helpme feel better.I can honestly say, it was one of the best massages I have ever had in my life. I’ve been getting massages for about 15 years.She climbed all over me and twisted me up like a pretzel, but I needed it. She found every point of pain and applied appropriate pressure.Best 1 hour I could have spent. I’m so relieved that now I can try to enjoy the rest of my vacation with my daughter.

The entire experience was amazing from start to finish! I were so relaxed . and my hair so shining and smooth . The spa using quality products and essential oil . Highly recommend the scalp treatment and body scrub!

My husband and I were on vacation and decided last minute that we wanted a couples massage and a facial. Staff was very accommodating and worked us in within the hour. Our massage therapists were absolutely wonderful and incredibly skilled in their work. The technician that performed my facial listened to my concerns about my skin and helped me pick the perfect facial for my needs and when finished my skin was glowing. The spa was all in all a 12/10 the staff makes you feel at home and more comfortable then I can even begin to explain! The massage was wonderfull! I could not have asked for more! They are so very kind,genuine, and funny that I would recommend this to anyone! If your looking for your first spa ever or even a place to come regularly! My girlfriend and I were in the area on our vacation and decided to get a 1 hr couples massage. We called to schedule and they took us in the next day at our convenience! Very clean place. The ladies are very sweet and professional. Definitely would recommend their services:)

This is my second visit, first one was amazing and the lady was very professional she knows what she was doing and that’s why I came back. We have a couple massage yesterday, the lady that do the massage on my husband was great but mine she doesn’t know what she was doing just hurting me with her elbow and kneading my back like a loaf of bread just focusing on my left side she even brings a chair and just sitting in there. Then the cupin wasn’t correct you can notice the difference between mines and my husband I asked her to remove it cause it was falling out. Is not a bad place but needs to make sure that everyone knows what they are doing and another thing please work on that smell is awful.

Me and my best friend had an amazing experience in the couples message they took very good care of us and the vibes in the building along with the decorations we’re soothing. I will be returning in the future.❤️🔥they gave us free face masks while we waited for our masseuses they were nice. It hits different when someone else is putting it on your face.

My fiancé and I was on vacation and the first massage spa was racist and rude. This was a part of my birthday surprise and I was highly disappointed. We called ReiKi Massage Spa to see if we could schedule an appointment and they immediately told us to come in. Beautiful and clean spa, they were very professional. If i could give them more than 5 stars I would. Completely satisfied and as this was my fiancé first time getting a massage he rated them 11/10!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. My appointment was at 7pm. I didnt get called back till 7:30pm. I asked for a female and a man came in. I said no I want a female. I had to use my google translate app to communicate with these people. Nobody speaks English. Finally after another 20min a female comes in the room. So now its 50 min past my appointment time. I had to ask her to use lotion or oil because she wasnt planning on it. The massage was semi ok. I wonder if these people are licensed massage therapists. At the end the lady is standing over me watching me sign my receipt and got upset with the amount of tip I left. So you speak English enough to fuss about how much I tip but cant understand anything else? These people are rude, and unprofessional. I plan on calling the manager tomorrow and submitting a complaint.

First time I went with my husband for a couples massage and it was actually really good. We decided to return a second time. We called for an appointment and the receptionist was pretty rude and had lack of phone etiquette. We called back to notify we were running 10 minutes late due to an accident that had caused traffic on 192. The same receptionist was upset with us and even began raising her voice telling us they have a walk-in that is waiting. I ended up cancelling the appointment right there due to the rudeness and we went to another location as a walk in. Third time was a year later we decided to give them another chance because our first experience was great. But this time I went with my husband to pay for his massage only due to a back problem he was having at the time. I handed the front desk lady the money which would have given me $35 in change. She took the money and went ahead and took my husband back. I was waiting for approximately 5 minutes and nobody ever returned with change. So I walked to the back where I guess they hang out on downtime and requested the front desk lady to hand me the change. She appeared confused and directed me to my husbands room and spoke to his therapist. The therapist was angry and I explained that I never told the front desk lady that the remaining change would be the tip. This was an assumption made by them. So the therapist proceeds to turn to my husband and GIVES HIM THE MONEY. Ma’am this is my money. Even my husband said “no, give it to her”. So the therapist disrespectfully placed the money in my hand. I explained to her that tips are given AFTER a service is given and not before unless there was a mutual agreement, which there was not. Not only was this unprofessional but she also attempted to make me feel less of a woman by handing my husband the money as if I don’t have my own. Won’t be returning. Green reflexology down the street is a much more pleasant experience and customer service. Thanks but never again.

Walked in for a massage with my mom and sister. When we arrived they asked if we had an appointment, and took us right away even though we didnt. We were asked to pay first which was weird to me. And there was a sign outlining what was considered bad or good service based on how much you tipped. How can you decide how much you want to tip before youve even had the service.We all had a 60min massages which were great to the point that we wanted to adjust our original tip. However, they had no cash to give us change and one masseuse was all too eager to take the whole $10.Overall the massages were good but how they do their payment process leaves much to be desired.

Very good massage, close attention to detail. Good pressure. Clean rooms. Well priced. I would definitely get another massage.A bit chilly, especially during the body scrub. I would not get the body scrub again. She had great technique but it was essentially water with a sprinkle of scrub. Need way more scrub, maybe even in exfoliation towel.

This was the best place, 1 hour massage along with foot massage, myself and husband walked out with total relief and relaxation. Will continue to visit this place. The staff are friendly and targeted all tension area of the body. Great massage will recommend to others.

My first experience was great ; I’m a mom am; I work out so I had a lot of stress and tension .. my massage was with Lisa she did an amazing job; I also added the hot stone to my massage! I haven’t had a massage in years but today I wanted to treat myself while my daughter was in school and Lisa did an amazing job !!!

I come in all the time with my husband, but this time I brought in my son. This place is so good they always know how to take care of us. I wanted my son to have the experience as well.We both got massage and facial.I got a hydro facial and my son had a deep clean to take care of his acne. My skin was so radiant when it was done. My sons pimples seemed to be reduced.The massage always seems to take away my stress and pain.I highly recommend this place.

We just had a couples massage and our masseuse Ivy and Zoe were amazing! They worked on muscles in our body that others have never done! She was able to get out a lot of my tension and I feel a lot better now. Hot stones were amazing! Highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!

We have done our massage at this place one day ago. We both had very bad shooting shoulder and back pain after their massage. Upfront they charged their fees and at the end the lady was waiting with receipt to add tips. If the service is good people are willing to pay the tips. It was told as full body massage but they did only neck and back of my wife. We feel like we bought pain with our money. We don’t recommend this place to any person

Just had a couples massage with Zoe and Ivy and it was amazing! They helped me to be able to fully relax and were able to get muscles that no other massage place has gotten before. They also did some stretching which felt awesome. As a mother of 4 this was very much needed and I will definitely be going back again.

Just had a couples massage with Zoe and Lisa and wow! We are from out of state and typically book with super fancy spa places. This just became my new favorite massage spot and we will make it a point to visit here from now on. The place is clean and the therapists are very strong and skilled.

My massage session wasnt a good experience. A few things had to do with me but, a lot had to do with the spa. First, your photos that you have up on your reviews do not match the scenery you provide. Second, please stop multi tasking on your customer. The messus shouldnt be the receptionist also, very hard to relax when you leave in the middle of the massage. Third, Asking for the tip before the session is not very professional. Your work will reflect a great tip, not demanding it. Hopefully you will fix this small issue and continue your business.

Would’ve never thought to check out this place, but after reading the reviews I thought it was worth giving this place a try. WOW! Just WOW! Hands down one of the best (probably the best) massages I’ve ever had. Kiki left me feeling brand new and she seemed to know my problems areas without me even having to tell her. I loved how she even incorporated a little stretching (Thai-like) towards the end. I forsee myself becoming a regular customer and bypassing other fancy spas for a real massage here.

We had an AMAZING experience at ReiKi! There were 4 of us and they were able to squeeze us in despite making a last minute reservation. Everyone was so welcoming and so nice! We had a 60 minute deep tissue massage. All four of us had an awesome experience and we can wait to come back!

Honestly weve had couples massage before at different places and this was not the best experience. The people were very friendly. I still tipped well. It may have just been an off day for them...but im not feeling great about the $200 I spent for what we got. Firstly get in the room and 2 women come in to massage us. She was doing perfectly on me! But then she kept leaving during my massage. And suddenly a man came to massage me. So I definitely feel my services kept getting interrupted..and immedietly he and the other masseuse started talking and giggling to eachother.. was hard for me to focus on the massage and relax..& this man has a hard pressure that hurt me a lot. I would ask him to go lighter multiple times. He focused really on my upper back. Idk why. I thought it was a whole body massage. Didnt touch my feet even once and a foot massage I was most excited for. Not to mention they rub you with a rough towel most of the massage not even oil. We flipped over for the last 5 minutes and they said finished and ran out lol. Like I said they were nice people but I feel so sore today..I probably wont go back.

Decided to go here for my birthday instead of a massage chain and it did not disappoint! Kiki did amazing work! I am a dancer , educator and fitness instructor: She knew exactly where my knots and shoulder problems were! I felt revitalized afterwards and she checks in to make sure it feels good.I should’ve gotten the 1 1/2 hr sesión! There was some Thai like stretches at the end too. Definitely recommend to get your moneys worth. You do have to pay beforehand and if with card 2$ charge.

I have noticed that the majority of massage therapists are doing pretty much the same thing but here the technique is unique and always makes sure that the pressure is right. Came to Orlando for an event but since I’m staying for a couple days so I think why not try spa for the first time. This is my first time ever trying facial spa and it was really good. My face feel much more hydrated! The ladies here have full smiles on their face which makes me feel very welcome. If I could come here again, I would but sadly I have to take a trip back home. I do recommend this place! If I ever come back to Orlando again, I will come to this place.

This was the best spa experience I have ever had. The place was very clean and comfortable.I had a reservation and got in right away. No waiting at all.I had a 1 hour massage. It was so relaxing. Asked for deep tissue and my masseuse applied heavy pressure for the entire time. I came out feeling very relaxed.My wife got a 30 minute massage and a 60 minute facial. She was so happy with the the service we booked our next service before we left.Go to this spa. You will not be disappointed.

The ladies where really nice and the rooms were very clean. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. My cousin had only ever gone to get a massage once before and was still a little nervous but Kiki made her feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend it even for people who are new to it.

My wife and I came here tonight for a last minute appointment. Zoey and Ivy were fantastic and just what we needed. They ushered us into a special lighted room for a couples massage like we were regulars despite this being our first visit. Zoey’s firm pressure relaxed me right to sleep while she smoothed out all of my knots. I have an old back injury that she handled deftly. Meanwhile, Ivy took my wife’s request to “ please work on my shoulder pain” with the gusto of a Masterchef tenderising chicken. We will definitely be back here to see these pros again and again.

Enjoyed my day at Reiki. We was vacationing from NC and found this place online. They were able to take my husband, daughter and myself in for a massage and facial. My daughter stated she slept so good that night after receiving services. The reason I gave 4 stars was my facial experience needed some help in that area. I would consider going back again for a massage.

You guys should request for kiki!!!!!! 2 thumbs up for her every time i go get my massage! She’s been helping me with my stress, muscle pain, and etc.The first time i went there i’ve been suffering from pinched nerve from my neck down to my shoulder! I even went to urgent care and got 2 shots for pain but that didnt help. But after her massage it was just gone and i was so amazed and thankful. So I previously have been too many massage parlors and I had seen this one so I decided to give it a try and the other spas are about the same age but when you walk inside it looks like a house with no lights and some smell and when you lay on the beds you can tell they have a lot of mileage on them here you can say the exact opposite it actually looks like a spa and with really good smell the beds feel really comfortable and a bit of a side note that the massage Threapist actually speak English compared to other spas where they barely speak it and the massage was very good quality 100% recommend and cheap price

Ivy and Zoey are both experts at blending the techniques of deep tissue massage, sports medicine style attention to detail, and pressure point reflexology that are what makes Asian style massage so much more effective than other traditional styles. I have been receiving massages for many years. Sometimes I request a recommendation and other times I know what I want. A recommendation was requested this time based on how I was feeling. A deep tissue massage with hot stones and a healing oil for inflamed muscles was recommended. My therapist was a male. I forgot to get his name over the excitement of such an invigorating and relaxing experience. He was kind, thorough, professional and used the appropriate amount of pressure in the key areas needed. I would highly recommend this place and intend on utilizing their services in the future. They have excellent communication and care about your experience and your needs before, during and after the service.

Surrounding area is run down but don’t let that deter you! No frills or “spa” drills—straight to the point which I appreciated. No sales pitch, no forced add ons, and no forced chit chat! Massage is deep, which I love bc I have a lot of knots. Facial is fantastic as well. Almost fell asleep which NEVER happens to me. Will be coming back to this hidden gem. Thank you, Kiki!My feedback to management: Please add another towel or sheet for covering (I was getting cold towards the end). Consider a white noise machine for the room as well (I could sometimes hear the chatting of other staff members).

The shopping center on the outside looks a little run down but oh man, let me tell you.They are reasonably priced and a lady named Mary worked out months of stress. She was adept and she listened if I redirected her which wasn’t needed very often at all. It was truly one of the best massages of my life.

This massage parlor is off the chain! OMG!! ONE of the BEST massages I have had. I was surprised. I found them on line. When I put in best massages in Orlando. On my girls trip with my friends, and it was one of my friends birthdays. She wanted a good massage for birthday. Reiki came up in my search. When we pulled up in our uber its in a strip mall about 30 minutes from our resort. It wasnt fabulous looking at all. So my hopes werent up. But they took care of six of us. Massages, facials and extra foot massage. Oh My they stretched, pulled, hot stoned, worked our bodies we all where like, Wow when they finished. I mean they worked on this stiff, stressed body! So glad we went on second day we where in Orlando. I felt like a million dollars rest of my vacation! And the prices are great too! Thanks Again! If in Orlando area check this place out!!!🤗🤗🤗😁

Worst massage ever. I’m super skinny and they were using their elbows the whole time on my spine and anywhere he could find bone. My whole back hurts and super sore right now. They don’t do massage, they do more elbow and stretching the skin out. For me a massage is more hands on.

I was looking for a walk-in massage and was pleasantly surprised by how AMAZING and thorough it was. I got a 60-minute deep tissue but she did throw in some stretching and reflexology into my treatment. I feel so relaxed and brand new! Definitely returning and highly recommend!

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage. Kiki is amazing. She is really strong so she can really get into the deep knots. I will definitely be back.

The massage was very good and relaxing however they do have a mandatory tip amount if you get a 60min or more massage. That would not be a problem if they say it up front but instead when we headed out after massage they stoped us at the door to make us pay it. It was so embarrassing! Honestly just put you have a mandatory tip and dont put clients on that situation specially when there are more people around and we had giving tip already. Some people may pay it without an issue but others may not have it and its just not professional.

Just for the simple fact that someone hung up the phone on me mid conversation, i would not recommend anyone to go here. also when they answered the phone she said “hello?”so i couldn’t even tell if it was a business or not. i was calling to ask about a prenatal massage and she said “no thank you” and just hung up. very rude and unprofessional.

Went today to Reiki Massage for a massage due to lower back muscle pain and back muscle pain in general. Everyone was very nice here and my back feels so much better already. Will definitely be back again. Would highly recommend.

I recently just got a massage there, it was very relaxing but, they told us to take our clothes off which was okay but during the massage they exposed my body a lot, and as a women it was very uncomfortable, the towel did not cover my privacy very well and we just seemed very uncomfortable and our privacy was limited…

Place was nice they did an amazing job with our massages but the only thing I didnt like was we paid once when got in the place left a nice tip on as well after the massage was over and we was leaving the lady asked for more of a tip cause supposedly we didnt tip enough.

I had a massage service here; the service was awesome and the price was fair. I was really relaxed. I ended up having several massages there and my back pain was relieved. I’m definitely going back and I strongly recommend this place.

Found a Groupon for $44 for 50 mins massage. Called them and ask if it would be the same price if i just come in and she said yes. When I got there, they tried to upsell the massage to 60 mins for $55. I said Ill do the massage for $44 as as I was getting my massage a girl came in and ask me if I wanted full body massage, i said yes and she said it would be $55. Great massage just needed better communication on what I am gettng upfront. I did leave her a $20 tip.

Not coming back, massage was ok. Paid $80 and at the end the lady got mad because I was supposed to give her $10 and up for tip. That’s very uncomfortable.

I called and spoke XiXi about the massages i was interested. I then decided to take my son inlaw and daughter. My daughter said she had her massage with Richard and it was amazing my son inlaw had his massage with Xixi and he loved it. I had mines with Angela and I couldnt be more happy with the service. They are just lovely and attentive and treated us like family. I definately recommend this place. Cant wait to go back.

Had a couples massage and the 2 ladies we had were pretty good. The room was a little cold so I would suggest maybe a sheet instead of towel but other than that I would go back. They do facials as well!

Went in for a massage and the guy giving me my massage was applying so much pressure I wanted to scream! I didn’t say anything because I had not gotten a massage in years so I thought maybe I forgot how it felt. Well it was not relaxing at all I was in pain the whole time and still 2 days later my back hurts so bad, my legs are so sore I can barely walk. To top it off after paying and leaving a tip the lady up front DEMANDED I leave a higher tip. Got a massage there on Wednesday and they extorted a higher than normal tip from me. The massage therapist also broke my sternum and cartilage that attaches my ribs to my sternum by being extremely rough

We had an appointment at 12:00, got stuck in traffic and was 4 minutes late! Got told we could not be seen. HORRIBLE. Considering we drove over 30 minutes:) Definitely don’t suggest this place at all, don’t even bother.
