Hanna was extremely helpful with everything that we needed and even gave us cheaper options if we wanted. She gave instructions on how to use what we bought and I think it is a great place to shop for vapor or other things. Extremely happy with our purchase!

This place is awesome man. Went in there with my uncle and the gentleman that works there whose name is Danny, showed us a couple of the character pipes that he had and they had marvel characters, Star Wars characters and South Park characters. They have awesome deals by buying one pipe you get a second one half off. Cool spot if your in town for vacation. They also have awesome water pipes and a wide variety of cigars. This will be my hit spot for pipes in cigars each time I come to town. Awesome place!

Staff is very nice but prices are ridiculous. If I wasnt out of ejuice & in a hurry I would not have bought here. $77 w/tax for (3) 60 ml includes b2g1free and not a good variety, no dessert or coffee flavors. Pretty much only fruit flavors.

Definitely my new favorite smoke shop. I went in to get a new torch and a carb cap. I was able to get everything i needed for a reasonable price plus the customer service from the store employee (Darrius) was really phenomenal. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was really chill and helpful. Also i was with some friends and they wanted a throw away pipe for a trip they were taking and they had some awesome LOCAL made pipes and they even had a sale going buy one get one 1/2 off. But i didnt need 2 bowls so i looked around the store and Darrius showed me this awesome Grav Lab glass blunt... this thing is easily one of my favorite pieces now nd he still gave me half off on the bowl. Quality stuff, good prices, good people

My vape broke while on holiday , so needed a new one . Didnt read all reviews before I went here. Bought an Eleaf tc 60 but on checking prices in us I was ripped off by around $30 - warning to others dont make my mistake check prices before buying !!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM GO ELSEWHERE. I bought a 50w eleaf from this store a month ago and paid 95 which was way over priced go find out. After a week the battery kept saying no atomizer so I brought it to another ecig store and come to find out it was a fake. when the clerk went to register the product it came up that 4000 have already been registered so it was not a legit product and they charged me 45 more than the authentic product. and if the owner actually cares or reads these I hope you know what your doing is wrong and probably not appreciated by your customers

The owner was very nice and did a great job as a sales rep, how ever they are not on time when opening their shop and the item I purchased broke under 10 hours and she said It was my fault even though her employee did everything for me. I went back in for a refund or replacement and she did replace the pen and fill it for me but the new one did the same thing with in 10 hours...I threw it in the garbage and left for the airport, not worth an argument. if you are looking to buy glass they seem ok but a little over priced, DO NOT PURCHASE CHEAP PENS. they are manly marketing travelers an hoping their product lasts for the remainder of the trip. also they talk up the CBD OIL and it is not as strong as they lead on, I paid 70$ for 350mg and didnt notice anything at all. NOT A SUBSTITUTE IN ANYWAY..

I went to the Kissimmee smoke shop after being burnt out, no pun intended, on ALL the other e-smoke stores in Orlando. I was completely frustrated with purchasing batteries after batteries that would stop working within a week or a months time. As patient as he was with me, Darius walked me through nearly half the batteries until we found what we needed. He was extremely informative and I learned quite a few new things. He turned me on to my 2 new favorite juices that i cannot put down and now i am smiling and confident again that I have a whole new set up that is quality and dependable. Darius is worth the drive to enhance your e-smoking experience. Moving forward, I live 30 minutes away in Orlando and it will be the ONLY vape store I will go to in the future! Pleasure was all mine!

Overpriced. I was looking for a 18650 battery, just 1, and it was $20. I noticed they had different brands and different ratings and still she said they were all $20. i can order at least 3-4 online at that price. Dont plan on going back there.

Was just in this shop and the general man working there was very knowledgeable and helpful. The location is very easy to find as well as the way the shop is set up inside is amazing. Product prices are pretty decent. Will be going back in the future for more items.

It was an awesome experience. The man behind the counter (Darrius) was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. He knew about everything we asked and really helped us out. Definitely made a return customer of us when we were back in town.

Same as the others, rude women working. Overpriced EVERYTHING, and I mean it, 6$ for rolling papers and 19$ for one hitters...also a 10$ minimum for any card transaction. Avoid this headache if you can, it wont be open for too much longer!

Really sweet place with good glass pieces. The guy who was there was great. Very knowledgeable about the products and super friendly. Definitely my new go to spot.

Come to this shop quite a bit for new glass piece and screens friendly employees Danny real nice chill guy helped me find a new bowl to fit my piece very knowledgeable on the pieces there and really cool dude!

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs, your wallet will thank you. Way overpriced ejuices that taste like crap.

The dude said the edibles would make you feel good ... I didnt feel not a damn thing. Terrible bought four bags an neither one of them did anything. DONT FO THERE......... smh

Do NOT go here. Lady sold me a tank for $25 that lasted 2 days. Took it back and they told me sorry it worked when you left. Later found out it was a knock off KangerTech TS3.

Sells fake/copy vape coils at a high markup. I paid $20 for three nautilus coils and they were fake. Very unhappy with this.
