First time coming here, and the best first thing we see is the friendly staff and manager immediately helping me with my shopping. There were someplaces in the past that werent very attentive, helpful, or open to answering questions about their products. These guys made me feel right at home and very welcoming. Prices are fair. They were inclined to let us try some samples. After that I was impressed. Good job, guys. Ill be coming back really soon.👌

Normally I dont really expect to get amazing customer service at a smoke shop because well, its a smoke shop. But Aries was so sweet and so helpful, she took her time explaining everything and getting to know me so she could know exactly what it was I was searching for and what would best suit me. Product wise, they have a huge selection to choose from here with really cool well priced bundles. Will be coming back more often.

This place is the best! wide open atmosphere, while still having a huge selection. picked up a Oz of flower here on the low and it wasnt half bad. Check em out!

I asked for a rechargeable vape. The black lady pointed me towards the brand I wanted, so I paid for it, and the other lady behind the counter asked if Id like her to open it to test it out. I said yes. Upon opening the package, and before I put it to my lips I noticed it was not rechargeable. And since it was already open they wouldnt let me return it for a rechargeable one I asked for. The black lady went on to say they had audio recording to prove that she was right and did tell me what I wanted to hear-that it was rechargeable. Very unhappy with how I was treated. All I asked for was a rechargeable Hyde. The criteria was laid out very clearly. Terrible service, and the fact she felt the need to tell me she was right and I was wrong rubbed me the wrong way as Im sure it would anyone else.

On vacation to Disney, stopped in this store not even expecting the warm welcome we had! KOKO was AMAZING!!! Super sweet, knowledgeable and overall made this experience easy and fun! 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back.

This is the best smoke shop Ive been to by far, not just in Florida. Great staff, very attentive and sweet people. The product there is very reliable and high quality. It is also very clean and its a big smoke shop which is awesome, meaning it is more likely than other locations to have the product youre looking for. I would recommend stopping in whether you live in the area or are just visiting town.

A very decent local Smoke Shop,.. found out that if they might not have an item that your looking for. They have a sister store/shop they could call and check if they carry it there. Also, theyre staff are very knowledgeable,.. and have been known to let you Flavor sample the E-juice. Which is something most Smoke Shop dont do. So Thank you.!! 👍

The very nice blonde girl (she told me her name but luckily her advice was so good that I dont remember it) They didnt have a 10 mm bowl piece but she helped me create one with various glass pieces in the shop and it worked awesome. Great shop have been coming here for about a month

I stopped into this shop On March 24, 2021. Anna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I bought some flower and was offered samples of flower and cart flavors. I bought a few pieces with my flower for my week long vacation in Orlando. Anna also added a Gram of Blacklight Moonrock at no charge with my $100+ purchase. I was very happy with all of the products that I purchased and would visit this store on a regular basis if I lived in the area. I do intend to place orders with them in the future as they do ship anywhere in the US.

Came to buy some coils and pods for the RPM 2s vape device. However, I was sold the wrong coils for the pods since they didn’t fit, and when the employee asked the manager by phone if they could do a refund (which was the only and obvious solution), they said no. This all happened during the 3 minutes that I was on the store, same day of purchase. It turned out they are selling incorrect coils for the rpm2 that wont fit. Wth??? So basically they kept the 50 dollars I spent, and left me with useless products, without a refund. Its so sad the fact I used to buy tons of vaping products on this store, and always had no problem. Today’s experience made me realize that they just stole from me, and don’t care at all about their customers, just the money, even if the problem was the store’s fault. I appreciate the employee that tried to help, and I also feel sorry for her since the management had to put her in such difficult situation making her deny a refund. Not cool, Mega Smoke Shop. They just lost a client. For now on, im going to stick ordering online from somewhere else.

Had a really awkward vibe in this place. Everything was overpriced from the original product itself and not to mention, they claim to have THC and they just sell straight up delta 8. The older woman like she was breathing down on your neck so it was kind of unsettling.I left with a bad taste in my mouth.

They told me they would sell me 1 oz kratom for 5.99 because I was getting it from another store where I live for 5.99 so when I finished the package of Kratom I went back for more and told me that the person that sold me it for 5.99 was wrong to do that and that the price was 15.00 and wouldnt sell it to me for the 5.99 cause it was the wrong price and told me that they were just trying to make me happy that day. So what does that tell you? They were just trying to get me to keep coming there. I rather give no stars less then 1 cause its not worth going there.

From the outside I thought I was going to be walking through Pandoras box if a smokers imaginations apparel paraphernalia different variety of products but it just happened to be just one long line of a showcase and some various products against the wall that seem to be basic and standard across all smoke shops
