So glad I found this place ( had a terrible experience at a wax studio not too far away) .The Christian music in the background made me feel so welcomed. Lauren does a fantastic job ( never been bruised😀) . They use hard wax and underarms only takes about 5 minutes. Conveniently located in the loop. It’s also competitively priced which is a huge plus nowadays !

I highly recommend Nature’s Wax and Spa. I go see Kathrine regularly for sugaring hair removal and every time it is a good experience. She does great and makes me feel at ease while I’m there. It is easy to make an appointment online as well. I am treated kindly by staff every time I go. I have been going for over 8 months now and recommend it to anyone who asks. Prices are also very fair!

Just moved here from TX and I was super nervous to try a new place and a new person to wax my eyebrows. I’ve been waxing with the same lady in TX for years.. but Katherine was super nice and very professional. I really enjoyed this place and will be going back!! Also, this was my first time using hard wax and I loved it for my eyebrows and upper lip.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. For my first visit and first time facial Patricia did an amazing job. She explained the process and made me feel very comfortable.

Have been going here for last minute wax as they always have later availability. Lauren has been great and is as pain free as waxing can be. I also went in for a massage and facial combo with Patricia and wow! she did an amazing job. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The massage was more geared towards lymphatic drainage, which I loved, and was not an extra charge like most places. Definitely recommend this location for beauty services.

I cannot review my experience at nature wax and spa highly enough. After having had a not-so-pleasant Brazilian wax at another local salon prior to my first visit at nature wax and spa, I was a bit nervous. Luckily, I was treated to a genuinely fabulous experience, which is hard to come by when youre talking about brazilian sugaring ! The atmosphere was lovely, and katerin who performed the sugar waxing was at the tentive, thorough, and extremely professional. The sugar they use (or perhaps just the technique?) was *far* less painful than other experiences I have come to endure as necessary evils. I definitely become a regular at this spa, and would highly recommend that others do the same!

I already been going here for a few months now, normally doing my underarm wax and I already did it with 2 different ladies and I can say that they are 100% capable to do the job. They made me feel confortable and asked me if everything was going okay before continue and they are super nice. My first time doing wax after too long was here and I let her know that and she explained and asked me everything before continuing which made me feel more confident. Always keep good communication with them so they know how you feel. I also did my eyebrow wax and tint, which I was not that confident but after her explained me everything and did it I was felling great!!! These people work amazing and I am looking to do different procedures with them!

I loved my first experience at this place. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the second time around. I thought this could be my go to but not anymore. As I got there for my appointment this morning, no one was there and doors were locked. When I got inside 10min later, the person doing my wax asked if she could use sugar instead (not what I booked but I am easy going so I said ok). Then she proceeded to say my leg hair was not long enough and started to *sigh* because she had to actually heat up the other wax (which is the one I prefer anyways). She then brought the wax and started on my legs and kept telling me there were some hairs left. Which I was ok with, I just wish she would at least TRY to wax the front AND back of the leg. She moved to do my Brazilian and I told her I WAS PREGNANT BEFOREHAND, but she kept applying pressure to my pelvis because she still wanted to use the sugar wax??? even though we had the other wax in the room. It was horrifying how painful the whole process was, my legs, Brazilian and underarms. Horrifying because I am Brazilian myself and we love a good wax lol but Ive NEVER experienced such a lack of customer service, technique or lack of care AT ALL. She kept sighing through the whole thing as if I was bothering her and I was just trying to be as easy going as possible, never complained once because it was already awkward enough. I left with ONLY the front of my legs waxed because she didnt even ATTEMPT to wax the back, just complained about it and said the hairs wouldnt come out, I WISH she at least tried. My Brazilian looks ok but NEVER AGAIN at this place, it was painful and the lack of care after I SAID I WAS PREGNANT, putting pressure on my pelvis. I wish I had more balls to have refused to pay for this service. My underarms were left with some long hairs, not sure why. Just a horrendous experience overall. I do not know if this person was new (which seemed like it because of the lack of technique when pulling the wax). Beware if you book with Provider: Mairim R. ESPECIALLY if you are pregnant and need someone who is more careful. If you really want to go to this place then ask for Provider: Katherine S. she is the true MVP. Im just traumatized to go back due to how horrified I am about this lady pressing on my pelvis :(

I love that it’s full of white flowers. 🥹💜 They offer a healthy hot detox tea as you wait for your appointment. The music is so soothing to the heart. This place radiates peace. It radiates light, and love. I came in today for a deep tissue massage. My masseuse was amazing. Words can’t fully describe how I feel after this massage. As a server, we tend to carry heavy plates and there’s a constant walking back and forth. My shoulders were feeling so heavy, and with a strong tension due to working so hard. I came with the pain, and I am leaving feeling like an absolute light feather. 🪶 I highly recommend their full body deep tissue massage. 💆🏻‍♀️ it is so relaxing, and the masseuse has such a peaceful hand; yet she gets in those knots and she releases them all. I’m so grateful I made time for myself to come get this massage today. I got points towards my visit today, and I was also notified that for Mother’s Day, there is a special running for the massages. In the area for a short stay before our cruise to Mexico. I highly recommend this spa. I was nervous before the bikini wax as I have had terrible experiences in the past but the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The wax quality is unlike any other wax I’ve used before. We called and were able to get in within 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a professional grade wax I recommend this spa! First thing I noticed waking in was the cleanliness and cute decor. The lady did it way too fast for my first time and didn’t really give me any aftercare advice. I ended up developing a breakout because the wax had burned me. Could’ve been done way better but I’m glad they use vegan products at least along with the place looking pretty clean.

This is my second time going to Nature’s Wax & Spa. My first time was amazing thanks to Katherine, but sadly this time wasn’t the best. I made an appointment to get a facial done and I was assigned with Kiara A. I’m truly so upset with how she rushed the session and didn’t do a good job removing my black heads and much more. I did tell the Rep about it and she discounted the service, but now I dont think I would ever go back. I would recommend anyone who goes there to ask for Katherine.

Everything was SUPER clean and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind. I did not catch her name, but overall she gave me helpful information on other services. I went in for a Brazilian wax and underarm wax, which Gina did. She was also super kind and gentle. She also builds conversation with you to not make you fee uncomfortable. My experience overall went much better than my first time I ever went to get waxed elsewhere.

Today I went in for a full Brazilian wax. I went yesterday for my first Brazilian wax at another location and it was a horrible experience for my first time ever. I couldnt finish, with that said my cousin recommended Natures wax and spa to me and Im so happy she did. I was greeted at the door by Hilario, he also assured me that my experience would be amazing via phone. The talented woman that waxed me name is Andrea. She was so professional and made me feel at ease the entire time. I was able to go through a full wax and I wish I went to her the first time. She also did an amazing job on my eyebrows.

I went today for the first time and loved how clean and friendly the environment was. I was nervous to try sugar waxing at a new place but Katherine definitely did an amazing job and was very kind and professional.

It was my first time here and I got the acne facial service from Maria. She was fantastic! Definitely worth the money! It had been a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away since I had a facial and this was amazing! Especially when she massages your shoulders and neck for a bit. If you do get the acne facial, just remember you will come out a little splotchy because of the extractions being done to clear your pores but thats normal and it goes away. I highly recommend this place and Maria! And dont forget to tip. 😀👍

Alejandra was the absolute best! It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian and going to Natures Wax and Spa; She was super calming, gentle and efficient. I was in and out in a flash which is always a plus in my book. Im really happy with the service and results.

Today I had the most outstanding service with Jessie. I had a Brazilian front done and was very nervous. She made me feel very comfortable at all times and was very gental with me at all times. I went to get 2 different wax services, and from the moment I walked through the door I was received with a warm welcome from the front desk staff. I didnt have to wait long before I was called in. Nay was my technician, and when I say she gave me the best costumer care, I am not exaggerating. I have always been treated great and have always have competent professionals providing the services I need, but with all due respect, Nay exceeded all my expectations. She was very professional, did not speak too much, nor did she speak too little (for my taste). It was like she knew when to speak, and what to say. Also, the techniques used by her on my skin (with wax), were so good I was able to feel relaxed (the remaining time) after she began the process. One thing I absolutely appreciated is that she didnt have anything negative to say about the people she works with, or the products used at the facility. She also did not insist I take her number nor insisted to make sure I learned her name, giving me the impression she did care about me as a costumer rather than being there for money. I LOVED IT! Thank you Natures Wax & Spa! You made a great choice hiring Nay. I appreciate it!

Oh my goodness I LOVE Gabby!!!! i came in July for my first Brazilian wax and felt very awkward / nervous but Gabby makes the whole process so easy, painless (which was SHOCKING!!) and laughable! i always come back to her and ONLY her!! i recommend her to everyone, her hands are like an angel she’s so gentle and so funny!! we always have conversations like she’s one of my best friends and I look forward to my waxes to talk to my favorite girl!! if you’re nervous, or feel any sort of awkward I so highly recommend you call and make an appointment with Gabby! As someone who’s not the most comfy with my body she makes me feel very relaxed and not judged at all!! Truly the kindest person and I’m gonna look into getting a facial by her too cause she’s so enjoyable!!

I love this place and the staff so much that I even started taking my 15 yr old daughter to do her under arms and her eye brows. They are very friendly and professional, flexible with the appointments, specially on weekends and last minute walk-ins. The Spa is clean and has a very calming atmosphere... Plus, they have specials and they are bilingual!!Very much Recommended.Always a great experience!!!!

This is my 3rd time I seen Alejandra for my wax and I am very pleased with her level of service. During the session, she makes sure she leaves the area super clean and hairless. You definitely get what you pay for. She is also fast and gentle while doing her job. She deserves more then 5 stars. 3 waxes down many more to come.

I went here this week to get a waxing service done due to my normal place being closed. The atmosphere looked very clean and modern. I didn’t wait long before I went to start my service. The Esthetician was very nice and made chit chat with me. I noticed that she was kind of rushing though. She would put the wax on and let it sit for literally 3-5 seconds and then pull the strip off. How could you possibly pull off any hair when the wax is still soft ? But I let her do her thing. When I went home I noticed that the area still had fine hair. It feels like a result I could have gotten at home. I definitely wasn’t pleased because I feel like I wasted my money. I give three stars because the staff was very nice but the work was not worth the money.

I love this place! They have a wax made of Aloe Vera that doesn’t irritate your skin and is less painful than traditional waxing. The girls are very nice and friendly but my favorite is Jessi. She’s very professional and knows her stuff! I have also done facials with her and she’s great!

Ive been going to Jessi for my Brazilian for over 6 months now and I love her. She made me feel very comfortable my first time and explained everything to me. She has great hands so the pain is tolerable and I get very few ingrown hairs with her technique! I also used Katherine once when she was out of the office and found she was great as well. I buy the 4 for 3 wax packages and its a really great deal. And best of all no more shaving & baby smooth skin for weeeeeks!!

Alejandra is amazing, I started the fat reduction treatments with her and started seeing results instantly. Not only does she focus on working with the machine but she also massages to contour your body and get better results. I’ve recommended a couple friends and they’ve all loved the results as well. Definitely recommend you ask for her.

I have been getting waxed at Nature Wax and Spa for a couple of months, and I am in love. They are always kind whenever i come in, the ladies at the front always greet me and make me feel welcome. The other ladies that I have been getting waxed from are super sweet- like Katherine. The reason I keep on coming back though is Alejandra. She is wonderful. I have such a good time with her that I almost enjoy the pain of getting waxed. She always is so upbeat and bright. Thank you Alejandra!

My appointment was for 4pm the receptionist asked if i had booked online because she said my appointment was for 4:30pm i advised her that no I actually called in to make an appointment. so first problem was i seen 30 mins later than as I checked out I was advised of the after care cream was $37 but online it stated cream was included. I tried paying with my Care credit card because while booking the appointment over the phone the receptionist advised me they accepted that form of payment which is why I booked the appointment so when the card was taken to be charged and didnt go through I was then advised Care credit was taken . I was extremely frustrated because then I had to pay 140 of a service out of pocket and also had to pay for the after care cream that was stated on the website it was included. I was refunded for paying the cream but no one never got back to me about the situation even after requesting a call back . The person who provided the services Johanna was amazing She was sweet and so kind !

Nature’s Wax and Spa is amazing and very clean. This is my first time waxing and I had an enjoyable. Alejandra is the person that did my bikini wax and she is extremely funny and nice, she would interact with you throughout the whole process of you getting wax. If it your first time getting a bikini wax I would recommend you to Alejandra, even if it’s not your first time still ask for her she is amazing!

Maria is my go to person for everything. I purchased a fat reduction package (8 treatments) after doing the consultation with her where she explained to me the whole process. I also purchased the waist trainer and started off on the first hook. I finally finished all 8 treatments today and theres a significant difference in the amount of belly fat I have. I took before and after pictures to see my progress. Before, my stomach was kind of lumpy and bulgy. Now its flat and Im at the last hook of my waist trainer.Ive also had my underarms waxed here twice so far and I love it. They recently introduced laser hair removal so Im going to look into getting that done next.

Hi my name is Sol. I give spa 110 the girls are great always friendly and give me helpful tips. The treatment do work I currently doing the one trim my waist and the results are amazing. I recommended them to anyone that want thinner waist line. Everyone at work and in my personal life has notice results. I especially want thank Maria being so nice and accommodating being full time student and full time job not easy schedule but she always find way fit me in with no problem.

Very bad experience of deep pore cleansing. They didn’t clean the black beads which I asked her to do and said everything is cleaned. And the steam machine was not working at all. Their service not even worth any penny. Also they initially charged $80 instead of $70. Only if you ask explicitly that the rate mentioned in the website, then they give you the right amount otherwise they just give some random number and this happened to me second time now.

I always have my services with Gaby, she is excellent, gentle and respectful. Ive had facials, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, lip waxing and brow waxing and tinting. I find the prices ok, the staff is very nice and they are punctual with appointments! Love the place

I’m not sure what happened after they changed locations, but I went to the new location for the first time today and am less than pleased. I was so excited to get my eyebrows done for the first time since quarantine. I don’t remember the lady’s name that did my brows, I think Andrea? But I absolutely hate them. I cried the whole drive home because they are THAT bad. I also paid extra for an eyebrow tint, because I thought I could trust this place to do a good job, but it doesn’t even look like she tinted my eyebrows at all. She waxed way too much off of my brows and I’m so upset. I’ve been working so hard to grow them back after someone else did the same thing at another salon and she just went and screwed it all up.I called to try to talk to a manager because I’m not one to complain to the person that did the work, and they “don’t know when one will be in”I will never be returning here.

I’ve been to Nature’s Wax three times now in a matter of a few weeks and I can’t say enough! Alejandra is BEYOND amazing! The first time I went in was for a Brazilian bikini and I was so nervous. She made sure I was calm and told me what she was doing before she did it. She was so gentle and fast! The second time was for a microdermabrasion with Alejandra and wow! I’ve never had one done and now I’m hooked! My skin has never looked better! I just left after my second Brazilian with her and I won’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend her!

I am so pleased with the services provided in this business. I went in for my eyebrows & came out feeling beautiful. My skin is extremely sensitive to other waxes so when I learned that their wax was completely natural I got excited especially when I saw that my skin didnt burn or bleed like it usually does when I used to get them done elsewhere. I’m new to this Brazilian thing but this wasn’t the experience I was expecting. Katherine, who did my wax, was so sweet but I think the language barrier prevented her from really guiding me through what is obviously a nerve wracking first experience. She brought me back, greeted me, and then said she was going to get the wax. Not knowing procedure or what was going on, I wasn’t gonna strip down without someone telling me to, so that was awkward when she came back.The waxing itself was not as bad as I expected. Katherine was as gentle as she could be and used a fan to cool the wax so that it wouldn’t burn.It was surprising to me how unhygienic everything seemed. I would assume that they reuse the vats of wax from customer to customer. I’m pretty sure there was only one applicator used so there was some major double dipping going on. The floor seemed sticky under my socks. The paper on the bed barely covered it so I had to kind of hop onto it to avoid my bits touching the bed without the paper. Then when I flipped around and I was face down to the bed, I realized it was covered in hair up by the pillow, which was gross.After all of this, I didn’t really check the work that was done before leaving. There’s still long hair in the crease of my leg. I would think this would be considered the “bikini” area which would be covered with a Brazilian. There’s also still a decent amount of hair still in the back that I expected would have been gone.I definitely could’ve had a more traumatic first experience, but I’m not sure I’ll be back. I picked this place because of the good reviews and decent pricing. I’d rather spend more to not have to still shave afterword.Edit: I’m adding a third start to this review due to the quality of the wax. I have extremely sensitive skin and there was no irritation at all. My skin has stayed much smoother than expected and there was no redness.

I chose this place due to the reviews I read on google but after experiencing it for myself I have to say I was disappointed with the outcome of my service. I have had plenty of wax’s in my past and I’ve never received one as bad as this one. I payed $75 plus tip for a stomach, lower back and buttocks wax for no reason because the lady who waxed me left big patches of hair all around, I ended up having to shave them and now all my hair is going to grow out at completely different rates.
