I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience I had at your establishment on Fathers Day. I had taken my brother-in-law and uncle to your location for a foot massage, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable time. However, I regret to inform you that our visit proved to be a waste of both money and time.The main issue we encountered was the quality of service provided. Despite paying for a foot massage, we were only treated to foot rubbing by two gentlemen and one lady. This fell far short of our expectations, as we were hoping for a more comprehensive and professional massage experience. Consequently, we felt let down and dissatisfied with the service received.As a result of this disappointing encounter, I am hesitant to return to your establishment in the future. I believe it is essential for any business to consistently deliver on the expectations of its customers. Unfortunately, on this occasion, our experience fell well below the standards we anticipated.I kindly request that you take this feedback into consideration, as it may assist you in improving the quality of service provided at your establishment. What an amazing experience!! A few of us came for 60 min foot massages after the last day of school and it made for the perfect ending! Such a pleasant atmosphere, amazing technique, and so professional! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had Tony and Tom for a foot massage. First, when we scheduled the massage to see if they had anything same day they said they could work us in at 8:30 pm. These folks have ALWAYS been so accommodating when scheduling. Professional and you leave feeling very relaxed.

I am particular about where I get my massages and this is the best place so far. The staff gave me real deep-tissue massages unlike other places, with any amount of pressure I request upon arrival, the front desk would ask me how I would like my massageon that particular day.This is definitely a consistent good spot I go to often.

Just received a couples 60 min. massage here, and I was a little disappointed. My massage started at 2:06, ended at 3:00. My feet never got rubbed. They were literally touched for 2 seconds each with no exaggeration. Fine. I can get over all that. My biggest complaint is the two sweet ladies that did a good massage talked over us THE WHOLE TIME during our massage. I couldn’t even relax and enjoy it like I wanted to because of the constant conversation the whole 54 minutes. 😒 It just ruined the whole massage for me.

I was just there for a couple massage . The ladies were too chatty among themselves and it was distracting. Then the lady I got sat on my back and used too much knee and elbow. By the time she used her hands on my back all she did was circular motions! No kneading or pressure on my back pinched nerves. Not the birthday massage I planned! 🥹

Love the signature foot massage and chair massage! They find the knots in your muscles and work them right out. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, kind staff and very clean. Can’t wait to go back again!

Great experience in a very classy and relaxing atmosphere. Joanna was my masseuse and it was a deep tissue massage. She worked out knots in my shoulders. I recommend this place to everyone.

I went in there and had a message, I told her to slow down because she was hurting my back and she told me I had tightening in my back. I told her more than 3 times to slow down and when I went home to take a shower I had bruises on my back. I called them for the supervisor and she was very rude, she told me I had something wrong with my health and asked for my doctors number and told me to send her the picture of my bruises and she never replied back to my messages. This will be the last time I will ever go there!

I went yesterday for a massage. I asked for Tom. I realized after my massage, it wasn’t Tom though the girl assured me it was. Then she said they only had one guy there now. I asked for only upper body. I tried to redirect him during the massage, but obviously he spoke VERY little English and did not comprehend even my gestures. I left a 5.00 tip and last night the lady that owns it called me on the phone asking if I meant to leave $5.00 or $15.00 even though I totaled it on the receipt. How utterly RUDE. This place is very unprofessional.

I usually love this place, but I will not go back. It was torture. I was almost in tears, and gritted my teeth the whole hour. I kept telling him he was hurting me, but he didn’t listen. I should have just walked out. I will not go back.

My first visits was a foot and then a chair massage..it was wonderful! A week later I enjoyed a one hour full body massage..this is my second visit and I can’t wait to go back!!

Ive been a loyal patron of this establishment for well over a year now. I make it a point to visit every two weeks, or at the very least, once a month, for both full-body and occasional chair massages. The cleanliness of the premises is truly impeccable, setting a standard of hygiene thats very reassuring. Moreover, the front desk staff consistently provides helpful and friendly assistance, making each visit a pleasant experience.However, the true gems of this place are the massage therapists themselves. Without exception, every therapist Ive had the pleasure of working with has been consistently outstanding. Ive been impressed by their ability to not only provide an exceptional massage but also their willingness to accommodate my specific needs. When I communicate any discomfort or issues, they go above and beyond, using their unique techniques to alleviate my back pain effectively.I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking top-notch massage services. It has become an integral part of my overall wellness routine, contributing significantly to my sense of well-being. This place has earned my complete trust and satisfaction.

I love everything about this place, the front desk is so accomodating when I was 45 mins late on Friday, he fit me in with the person I requested although on some days they are busy, I recommend planning ahead and make appointments. Kudos to the staff!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Excellent experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I got a one hour foot massage and enjoyed every second of it. The masseuse was great, clearly knew exactly what he was doing.The pricing was reasonable, the facility appeared clean and well kept and the staff was great - what else would you want. Highly recommended!

I have been here tens of times. I recently went to enjoy a one hour foot massage. I couldn’t call it a massage. She did not apply any pressure. There was no technique. I asked three times if she could use firmer pressure or change her technique, and she didn’t. I removed the eye mask to let her know I was not enjoying it. Normally when I have come here, I leave in bliss. When I let the manager or owner know I was not satisfied, he did not care. I asked if I could try another person because I feel like I wasted my money, and he said no. I used the phrase “she just touched me, no massage.” He shrugged his shoulders. The one star is for out of the number ours times I had been a repeat customer and he didn’t listen to me, told me everything I needed know about the establishment. I have recommended numerous friends and raved about it, but the one time of the owner discrediting my bad experience solidified I would not return. If he would have been empathetic, shown any compassion and validated me being a repeat customer, I would have forgotten about the bad experience. He did not care that was highly dissatisfied.

I usually have a wonderful experience with their 60 min foot massage, but this time seemed very different. I had an appointment with some friends for a 30 min session (we were all between work appointments). At the end, we were offered chair massages. Since we ended up having a little extra time, we asked to get 20 min chair massages, and after the employees went out and talked about it, they came back in and told us they were too busy and didnt have time (which was very odd, since THEY were the ones who had upsold the option to us). My friends felt like we just werent worth their time when we said we only had 20 min, and were left feeling underwhelmed by the experience. I will be back in the future for my usual hours, when Im able, but I probably wont recommend going if you have less time than that 🤷‍♀️.

Was disappointed when I went for my appointment to find they gave my time away for a walk in and expected me to take another therapist or wait 25 minutes. Sorry. I made an appointment for a reason! I did not wait. I left.

I’ve been here several times and I usually love this place. However, today it did not live up to its standards. I went in with my partner for a one hour chair massage at 4:00 p.m. The individual that massaged me honestly did not seem to know what they were doing. Never once did they ask if I wanted lighter or more pressure. Also, they seemed to hyper focus on my left shoulder without really hitting any knots. I really wish when booking appointments that the receptionist would ask the client whether they would prefer light, medium, or hard pressure so that the massage therapist have an idea of what their client might like.

I called last minute and they were able to get me in within the hour! I only got my upper body massage which is called a chair massage and cost $50 for 30 minutes. Pretty reasonable and well worth the money. I sit at a desk 10 hours per day so my upper body stays knotted up. He worked on all of that. I was sore as hell for 2 days but it was fantastic! Definitely recommend and will be going back on a regular basis!!

Very clean place, I came in to do my foot and I ended up getting a chair massage for my back. Money well spend to fix my lower back pain and foot aching. I think I will be back again by the end of the week.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Called in for a last minute appointment and they were able to take me in the evening for a chair massage. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and the massage therapist was very good. Will definitely be going back.

I just had an absolutely amazing experience here! We did the 1 hour foot massage package and it was so relaxing. The place smells great and has such a nice atmosphere, the staff are friendly and professional. The experience was one happy surprise after another— my head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet were all attended to! The hot rocks and reflexology therapies used towards the end were an AMAZING touch. Will definitely be back here, thank you so much!

I have been going to Feet Retreat for years. The service has been excellent each time. Cindy does a wonderful job with deep tissue massage. I come out of there like a new person each time. I highly recommend Feet Retreat!

4.5 stars. The location is a bit obscure. I called to make a last minute reservation. The inside was clean and quiet. The foot was massage was good but a bit pricier than what I expected at $70 for 60 minutes. They do a head and neck massage first while your feet soak just as described on website. I would come back if in this area and recommend.

This was my fifth time here but for some reason this time I only received a 50 minute massage even though I paid for an hour. Very disappointing and management has not gotten back to me after being told they will.

My husband and I are regulars to Feet Retreat and have always been provided excellent massages in a clean, welcoming environment. I enjoy the foot massage for 90 minutes which is very relaxing and my husband typically has the full body for 2 hours. We have also had couples massages here (full body) which are always relaxing. The masseuses will accommodate requests on strength and deep tissue- I typically want medium levels however I have had deep tissue here and they can provide it well.

This place is clean, relaxing and smells amazing. I had a 90 min deep tissue. I get massages pretty often. This was less deep tissue and more mild pressure mostly. My two complaints would be that I have never had a massage therapist NOT ask me about what is hurting or if I have any physical ailments until this massage and that more time was spent on the back than on the front of my legs or feet. I would have preferred additional time. However, this is a value for your money.

My son and I both received gift cards for Christmas. The cards stated one hour foot massage - $50.00 (which is what a one hour foot massage cost). My son and went yesterday and was told the rates had increased to $65.00. Our gift cards were not honored-if we wanted an hour , had to pay extra. The one star reflects poor customer service/business.

The first time I scheduled a couples massage for an hour a day in advance. They recommended the 90 minute because you get a price break. At the last second we opted to do only an hour and they were very kind considering the change. We went back a second time and I saw Cindy. SHE WAS AMAZING AT DEEP TISSUE! I will always ask for her.

I had the one hour Signature Foot Massage, and 15 minute chair massage done by Tom today. Both were excellent! The foot massage was very relaxing, and the chair massage really worked my neck and back muscles. Tom was very professional and the place was spotless! I will definitely be going back!

I went here four times and first time it was wonderful but they work on body only with you face down; so it is not a full body massage for any of the options. Other two times were just 15 mins chair massage and last time I had full back massage, the masseuse was pressing at very wrong points on my back and spine and when I told him that it doesn’t feel right to my back, he said ok and kept doing it. Next day my spine started hurting and it’s been 8 days now. Also not full body massage, doesn’t make you feel fully relaxed. Please avoid going here.

The best massage for the price on a consistent basis in Knoxville. Ive never left disappointed. You have to try at least once for foot massage and once for full body to get your own reference.

I had an entirely avoidable bad experience here and wont return. The lady who provided the massage was good enough that I had halfway considered going back before the billing nightmare started. Heres the Readers Digest version of what happened:- I called for an appointment for a foot massage - and ONLY a foot massage. I simply wanted to try the service for $30 - which was their lowest price point. The receptionist up-sold me on a longer session that cost more but was actually a better overall value. I was to pay $60.- After the massage I was charged $90; $30 more than we had agreed to. The guy at the desk asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I told him to add $18 based on the $90 they charged me - so I was billed $108. I own this mistake that Ill never make again. I should have rectified the error on the spot, but I needed to leave and told myself Id call the next day to get the $30 refunded. Before I could call them, a guy called and told me he was going to refund that $30. But instead of refunding me, he promptly CHARGED ME AGAIN - this time for an additional $60. So were now up to $168 for what should have been $60 + tip.- Later that day, an unidentified woman called, apologizing profusely for the guy charging me TWICE. She refunded me $90, which leaves me having paid $78.What should have been a relaxing experience turned out to be anything but, given the hassle factor; too much time wasted with people playing fast and loose with my credit card. I wont even detail the up-selling tactic by the massage therapist once I was in her chair.

Great, calming experience, I have already returned multiple times and have enjoyed every massage. I like the chair massage best because of the leverage they can get for that deep pressure on my shoulders and upper back, but love the relaxation from the table massage. Highly recommend!!!!

Went for a foot massage tonight... I needed to relax to get rid of a migraine. I told the massage technician about the headache... By the end of the hour massage, about 80% of the headache was gone, my muscles in my neck and shoulders had eased up, and my feet feel great. My husband did a 1 hour full body and also had great results. We both felt that it is much cleaner than some of the other massage places we have used previously and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I highly recommend this place and plan to return soon.

I would leave 6 Stars if I could! This place is amazing. They are beyond nice, perfectly on time/time efficient, and so great. Ive had several massages from them with zero complaints.

The foot massage was great! Very good experience over all but only thing I didn’t like was the phone ringing at the front desk could still be heard all the way in the back where I was getting the foot massage so that was the only inconvenience. Overall, great place and would recommend it to others!

Overpriced and subpar. I was traveling from out of state and expected a similar experience to what I get other places, a simple quick reflexology session paired with a 20 to 30 minute clothed body massage, and I was very disappointed. The price point is a third higher than I play elsewhere and the massage was just meh.

Im an avid massage enthusiast and this place is calming and relaxing. The spa is very high class and very well laid out. The customer service is very nice and the massage from Cindy took all my stress away.
