Great place I found near me. Stocked selection of hookah & vape products. Friendly, helpful & informative staff. They even have a small walk-in humidor with a solid selection of cigars, as well.

I’ve been a customer since they opened and was consistent on getting 2 large bags of Cherokee tobacco and 5 boxes of papers about every 2 weeks. The lady behind the counter was always a pleasure to deal with until today. I bought 5 boxes of papers and they put them in a bag got home and realized they were the 100s size and brought them back to swap for the regular ones and this girl was persistent that they would not swap them out and once I went out the door they were mine and she couldn’t do anything for me due to policy. I told her to call the owner as she did and he had no problem exchanging them out. But apparently she didn’t like that she was over ridden by the owner and caught an attitude and started throwing stuff around and getting all flustered over nothing!!! So needless to say I won’t be back and it’s a shame because I believe the owner was reasonable but the employee was not.

In town for business and found this place close to my Hotel. Im here a few times a month and will definitely be back when I come here for meetings. They have a nice Humidor with a really good selection of sticks. The guy that helped was very professionalAs well. Will be my go to from now on when Im in town.

Ive been a regular customer for almost a year. Isaiah is very friendly and knowledgeable! The only downfall is they tend to run out of the particular flower I like!

Trash. Went in yesterday. Specifically asked a guy if the product was what I was looking for which was a gravity bong. He said it was and I paid 299.99. Got home and it is not a bong at all. Its a damn hookah and I cannot return it. If he would have told me I would have never spent that. Now Im stuck and out 299.99$ was a loyal customer. Never again. If I didnt specifically ask I would not be so upset.

My First time coming in this Store and I Get Scammed. Never again will I Come Here. Took the Money out of My Account Said it Declined on their End so I’m Out of Money and Product. I Don’t Trust whatever happened to Me tonight. Everyone be careful Paying for Product unless with Cash!!!

The dude that is always there was rude as Hell as well. We were literally looking around and the whole time he was over our shoulder. We couldn’t even have a conversation about what we were wanting without him putting his nose in it. Makes me not want to go back

Each one is different no two looks like. They have everything you could want. They sell tobacco products vape products and everything in between. The staff is fast friendly and knowledgeable on everything sold. They have a rewards account giving you 5%back on total purchase. They are always there to assist you in any way. Grateful for Tamara! Came down to TN with my family from NH. The vape pen I purchased before the trip ended up having a faulty charger, which of course I didnt realize til we got down here. Tamara took my pen & tested a new charger before selling it to me. Im very relieved to be able to charge my vape now! Thank you!

I wanted to leave this review really just as a shout out to this smoke shop. You looking for something specific, they have it. They also have whatever youre looking priced to beat ANY other smoke shop in the the area. They are without a doubt my favorite smoke shop in knoxville. Whether you have a lot of money to buy the best or are looking for something both practical, high quality and affordable theyve got you covered. The employees are relaxed but attentive and helpful.

Ive been here twice, the first time we werent sure what we needed and the agent helping us was confusing more than anything so we went elsewhere.I decided to give them another shot, this time we showed up knowing what we wanted in terms of a vape and that part went well, the new agent was great and helped my partner find what she needed.Now, Ive been a cigar and pipe smoker for over 20 years. (I just needed a small pouch of pipe tobacco to get me through until my shipment came in. When I tried to talk pipe tobacco to another lady behind the counter, she didnt seem to know about the products. She was showing me the different brands instead of the different types of tobacco. I tried to explain it to her but she really didnt want to take the time to understand, in fact she left me to go help another customer.Im a level eight reviewer, and I seldom leave bad reviews, I will say there are better vape stores around town and it was probably my bad for not going to a real cigar/pipe shop to pick up what I needed.

Im a regular but came in today for a vape and some wax. Didnt get the wax because the young lady working just hovered over me while I looked at the products. Kind of weird and creepy. Probably wont be back. Decent vape selection though.

I would give it a five but after one night we have our credit with them and we was able to use our credit for anything but after Friday night they told us that we couldn’t use our credit on swisher I was disappointed because all the other time we was able to do so! Because my husband and I are one of their faithful customers! The guy asked for our number to see what did we have any credit and which we did and turn around and told us we wasn’t able to use it for that! What was the purpose of asking? Not good service

Edit new reviewI still stand by my original post but I can not leave the same 5 stars. They are very good to sell you items but do not stand by them. I took a clearly defective and unsafe product back to the store. They did not offer any solution for it but were glad to make another sale. Im not disappointed with the employees but more so because Im pretty sure the owner was aware of the issue but said nothing. If you choose to sell a brand you need to stand by it. After being out the money I spent on the defective item Ill prob just find a new shop. Again the staff was friendly and not rude at all but at the end of the day I am there for the product.First reviewVery clean set up and possibly the largest selection I have seen in Knoxville, friendly staff.

Passed by this local several times on the way to get Moms cigarettes at Weigels, since I dont smoke myself. Then Mom visited this local & informed me to start going here for her cigarettes since its close to home. They also currently sell Seneca Blue 100s for $3.83 a pack which Mom loves since were on a fixed income. They do have a loyalty rewards programme, but you have to use your phone to scan the QR codes displayed at the cash register and then go to their specific site on MailChimp to sign up. But, anything that keeps Mom off my arse and saves her money is a good thing.

Love this place. Go in for a vape, and come out with some awesome thing I never knew I needed before I went in. Great selection of water pipes. And way cheaper than most of the west Knox stores near me. Worth the drive.

The humidor leaks where the cigars are kept. Cigar prices are comparable but the cigar case is locked and they stand over you while you look. Theft may have been a problem but I think adding a camera would solve this issue. Also matches should be offered with a cigar purchase (industry standard) . Also a clear zip lock bag would be nice to keep your sticks fresh.

Its a great shop with a wide variety to choose from. Customer service was great but a lil pushy with sales. I felt rushed but in the end I was able to choose something I liked.

If you need something they have it. Also great prices but iont think Ill be shopping there again. They follow you around while youre looking around like a child who just heard you open candy. Made me feel uncomfortable n unwelcome.
