This place is amazing. They have a large variety of disposable vapes, as well as juice. I was helped by the owners daughter, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She talked me into a brand I’d never tried and I’m thrilled with it.

I went in not sure what exactly I was looking for, wanting to replace cigarettes with a vape. The man I spoke to was apparently the owner, did not catch his name unfortunately. He was extremely helpful, also shared some of his personal information as to why he stopped smoking cigarettes, so I felt he understood. The things I had googled and thought I was looking for he did not have, but I really didnt know what I was looking for lol, he found me a non disposable vape and juice that is working great for me plus gave me an excellent deal. I highly recommend this place, the owner is very knowledgeable, the place was clean and did have a lot of different products. Thank you for your excellent customer service!! Update, went back in today to talk about different vape salts and products, spoke with the owners daughter, sorry forgot her name but she was also very informative awesome customer service as well, bought a new vape was given a great deal, so again thank you, will be back, and prayers for your fur baby 🙏❤️

Kirby has anything for vaps, cbd and kratom, you need always open, and best prices in town. Sells new devices carries nic-salts, regular juice, and coils.

Not a bad little shop at all.. the clerk was very informative and explained some things to me that I needed to know! I went to get a battery that was more compact than the one I had, while they did carry the product, it was out of stock.. I did get a back-up battery and it seems to be $ well spent!

This is the only vape shop I go to now. I have only gotten one defective vape and they replaced it for me. The family who runs it are all incredibly kind and helpful.

Its a great family owned business with vape juice cheaper than anybody. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Its the only place I go. They will even make you what ever flavor you like.

Love all of their locations! Staff is always very friendly. Prices are fair, actually probably the best out of any of the other vape stores in the area. And they have a very wide selection of products. And sometimes they really do have monkeys in the store.. Highly recommend to anybody visiting for their first time.

This is a great place. I stopped in due to an issue I was having with my device. I was impressed with the service and courtesy of the staff. Especially considering I did not buy my device from them. I found a shop that I will frequent going forward. They have great flavors and a superior staff.

The younger man working was friendly and we bought our product and quickly left this store after stoping by many times while coming through the area it looked as if the place had just been robbed, trash everywhere. Empty boxes left all over the shelves, just a total wreck like someone was living in there.. I hope this place can become back to what it used to be.

Just went here for the first time to start my journey to quit smoking cigarettes. They were both so helpful and encouraging! The place was clean and sleek. I will be back to get more pods! Definitely recommend this vape shop.

Been going there for several years now. Service has always been consistently great! Theyve always made sure I was 100% happy with my visit before I leave. Never have I felt rushed to leave the store or treated as a inconvenience. Highly reccomend a visit. 10 stars.

I came in about 30 minutes before closing (didn’t plan to, but I got a flat tire so had to handle that first). The owner was there and he was the nicest guy! He got me setup super fast! I started vaping a couple years ago but when I got pregnant, I stopped but after having my daughter ended up going back to smoking. I picked up the Smok RPM40 and they guy got me all setup for not a bad price. Sure it’s cheaper online but I want the personal experience of going into a shop to get my stuff and to have the convenience, which is worth the extra money. Plus it supports local shops, which I’m all about. I’ll deffinitly be back here to get all my juices and hardware at.

Absolutely the best vape shop anywhere! Everyone is very polite, and will do anything they can to ensure each of their customers leave knitting they purchased the right product to fit their own needs, and budget. Ill never shop anywhere else for any of my supplies!

I spent $90 on a Smok kit that lasted 7 days before it broke. The staff I spoke to all told me they would talk to the manager and call me back, that never happened. I read Smoks warranty info and it said that you must buy from an authorized dealer or your 6 month manufacturers warranty is void. Just guessing , but maybe thats I never received a return call. Not only did they not mention any of that ahead of time, but when they refused to even call back after it lasted exactly a week, they lost my business. I believe they are the cheapest in town, and friendly, but from my observation they dont follow FDA regulations and they dont stand behind what they sell. Buy items there at your own risk, if it doesnt work, it seems unlikely that they will care.

Great Staff, trying vaping to quit smoking. They were very helpful in helping me pick out a vape and one of their own flavors. I feel that I learned a lot from them and answered all my questions. Never once looked at me like I was bothering them by asking so much. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend going there for anyone trying to kick smoking.

I could not give a stronger compliments for a business. I have been to nearly every vapor store in the city often just to test which stores I would trust giving business to. Monkey is reliably the most respectful, trustworthy, friendly, and reliable of all I have been too. They have saved me money by suggesting cheaper and better Alternatives, they straight customers with cheap starter kits with just as much dignity as expensive custom mods. The workers all know what they were doing, the owner has even personally fixed Hardware problems for no other reason than he is a nice guy. I live in Karns comma over a 30-minute drive away and within 1 mile of a local vape shop there. I happily drive from there to Fountain City anytime I need anything dealing with vaporizers and will continue to do so. If you do not get the same impression from monkey as I do, an clinically depressed and bipolar introvert, than you cant be helped.

Really depends on who you get. My husband has been using this location for 3 years. There are only a couple that really take the time to care for the customers. Other than that it’s a rush you out, hurry and buy type of place. I don’t believe the faulty products is their fault since they do not make them but have taken on the choice to not only sell the products but to upsell more than it should be on some. My husband hates ordering offline but wanted to try since he wasn’t to fond of going to get a personal feel just to get treated like his presence doesn’t matter or even mayerits a hello. So we go to the box he currently had, it was a little one that only lasted a week before duct tape was in its life. We go to the website for the product to see we could of bought that same item for $30 instead of the $80 we paid. We also learned the screw things that I guess would filter the oil stuff to the vapor was packs for the same price as one in the store. He still goes up there every now and again to see the guys or guy cause the other one doesn’t come to this location any more. If he is in then he will stop and purchase something (it’s not their fault the other employees just don’t give a damn) so this last time he bought a new box it was not that much more than the price on the site but he said he would of even over paid just to be able to have the personal feel. He likes the interaction between a person, someone to ask questions too and see how they like something before getting one. I believe if they started hiring people that qualify for a job instead of friends or girl friends the customer service would be better. Not everyone is a good employee and can lose you some really good customers. I refuse to go in any longer so when he asks me to grab anything personally I go online. A girl dressed as pickachu is not someone I want to take advise from when putting a substance in my body. Sorry dress up is not for me. If I have to get something I drive the extra little bit to Knoxville and hit up a different smoke shop. I would rather see the cute little monkeys than have a girl that wants to be remembered for dressing like pickachu at work to show the man she’s a big girl now....

Awesome place,i choose these guys over the internet every time...very knowledgeable,will help you find your favorite juices,and did i mention....they make their own? And,can make custom flavors as well!!!! Between Darren at Halls,to Timmy and Anthony,as well as Lacy and Bronson in fountain city,beside the bowling alley,you cant go wrong..i dont even go to any other vape shops,try them and i promise you will not go anywhere else anymore,any flavor you want,they have,and if u do want something other then their own flavor line,which is well over 150 flavors,they have you on that too...again try them,and you wont go to another shop again

My absolute favorite place to buy vape supplies. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, especially Darren. I cant recommend them highly enough! Give them a try and you will not shop anywhere else.

Used to be a great store and had been going there since they first opened. but with the staff that is there now don’t even waste your time customer service went right out the door when the girl took over, so I started going to the Clinton hwy store across from the Harley shop excellent customer service and very knowledgeable like the maynardville hwy store used to be.

The lady that was sitting down with the black shirt hair was very rude , I don’t kno if she had a bad day or what but she was rude to my friends and I .I asked if they could fix my vape or atleast look at it and tell me what was wrong with it and she said nope you didn’t but it from here so we can’t fix it ??She didn’t even ask me if I bought it from there so how would she know ? And the other man was nice and was going to do it but he was over ruled by the lady sitting down .. just think she could’ve been nice about it

I always go to the store on Maynardville Pike in Halls. Ive gone to so many of the other vaporizer stores in Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Solway, Clinton, and Oliver Springs. Monkey Vapors is, by far, THE cheapest place Ive been to for vaporizer liquid. Its unbelieveable what Im paying now rather than what Id pay at any other store. The owner is a nice. polite, honest, chatty guy. I enjoy speaking with him when I go into the store. Ill never go to another store in the area again. Monkey Vapors has my loyal business.

This place is horrible. They bring real monkeys into store that are aggressive to customers. They sit around smoking THC while customers are in store. Place needs cleaned up.
