Going down I-75 at 10pm, realized I was out of juice....no way a place would be open that time of night so my wife jumped on Google and found Planet Vapor closes at 11pm. Called and spoke with a very nice girl, she gave us the address, we turned around and headed that way. We were very pleased with the variety & prices. House Juice is GREAT. We will make our way back for sure. Went in for one bottle, walked out with 6. See you soon.

Bought two Blast disposable vapes at the Knoxville location, neither one worked after the first couple puffs. The refund policy here is not good, they were willing to give me 20% off my next purchase, but no refund even though their products were defective right out of the box. They were really nice in person and on the phone though.

Went in and got set up with a great starter kit. Very knowledgeable staff and they are very chill. Will definitely come back when i need to upgrade my tank and mod. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a Kind Pen - Breezy to use with a 510 cartridge. I showed the manager Mark a picture of the cartridge and he recommended the Breezy. When I returned home I found that the cartridge did not fit into the Breezys chamber. I brought it back to exchange it for a different unit that would work with the cartridge. The employee who was working was not allowed to process a refund, that the manager would have to do this. So I left the Breezy with him, along with my receipt. Today I spoke with Mark and he informed me that their policy was only to do an exchange for a defective unit and that they do not allow refunds of any type. No exceptions. So now they have both my Breezy and my money. Mark just chuckled at my outrage and directed me to the fine print on the receipt to justify his handling of this.

Awesome people Awesome store!!!! Right across from where Naples was at on kingston pike. Theyve got all kinda juice and all kinds of mods n pods on hand. They even price match anywhere which is bomb!! I love this place. Definitely earned our business!!!

This place is the best vape store ever! I walked in there and the manager lady she was extremely cool and collective. If I had the money the day I went in there I would have bought a new bottle of juice

Paid $4.99 each for 5 coils which is $24.95. They burned out pretty quick so I went to a national chain vape shop and paid $9.99 for a sealed 5 pack of coils in the box. I am a new vaper so I was unaware that vape shops arent supposed to sell individual coils. I way overpaid for the single coils and the sealed 5 pack coils have lasted 10 times longer. I contacted the manufacturer of the coils and they said to never buy coils individually and only buy sealed in the box. They said the individual ones are usually clones and not legitimate and vape shops are not supposed to break open sealed packs. At the end of May of this year all vaping products will have to be licensed through the FDA so this should weed out alot of these shops selling products in an illegitimate fashion. True story so dont over pay for individual coils and make sure they are in the box with the anti counterfeiting label.
