Ive been buying vapes from here for months now and I love them. The price is great there are many different flavors and they last.

My boyfriend was just in the store, and said he really liked the store, and the staff was very helpful. He spoke with Joey who helped him get exactly what he needed, and some pointers on their awesome THCA because hes never had it before.

I was having not the best day. I walked into smoke rings and felt the energy the second I walked in. Shelton approached me right away and assisted me in my purchase. Man knows his stuff. Will defintley stop by. Shelton and Smoke Rings is the real deal.

Sold me a broken item and refused to accept the return. I will not spend my money here anymore, and I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.Edit: They have still yet to resolve my issue. Dont let their comment fool you. They dont care about their customers. Dont waste youre money on broken products.

This has to be the best smoke shop in TN, no contest. Theyre queer friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and theyre always having sales and willing to cut deals within reason. Their selection is the most expansive in the area, with multiple glass cases.I picked up a stunning piece of glass wand a beautiful purple crushed opal bowl, and they gave me a 30 percent discount.This is also the only place ive found in TN that sells genuine Delta 9 gummies (The TN law regulates thc content by package weight, so they put alot of gummies in one bottle. 25 5mg gummies) and for an amazing price of only 25 bucks, which is even cheaper than legal thc states.If youre in the area and you smoke, are curious about smoking, I cant recommend it enough.

Great selection for hemp products, customer service is pretty much always bad though. Idk what I do almost every time I come here to get bland, weird interactions at this place.

Typically my go to smoke store and I love it here but I called to ask if they had an atomizer for a puffco peak and on the phone the lady told me they just got some in stock. So I arrive about 30 minutes after my phone call endef and the lady who was assisting me told me whoever I was on the phone with lied to me about the product being in stock. I typically wouldnt be upset if I just showed up and they didnt have what I was looking for but since I called in advance; was told they have it and was lied too I wasted a 15 minute drive for absolutely nothing. Its okay to not have a product in stock but to lie about it and have me drive down here and waste my time just to be told I was lied to by a store employee is just unacceptable

First impressions: extremely clean, precise position and attention to display. (Even though inside the displays you could see dirt and hair) the staff was very informative, friendly, laid back and personable. The Saleswoman I talked to was very good. Not only showed me all the options but helped picked one I felt good about. She wasnt the manager but definitely should have been. She was the only one yo ask if I needed ghelp

If youre desperate and are a rookie smoker this is the shop for you if you have expectations and expect quality Glass in a warranty for your pipe that will definitely break within three days I suggest finding another shop Ive had nothing but bad experiences in this shop.In August I bought 3 nectar collectors within one week they say if theyre glass breaks they have a program to replace it not necessarily they just sell you another one for only 20% off so I took advantage of that and the second one broke later that night I went back the third day again 3 days 3 pipes nectar collectors to be exact well the third one lasted me 2 days, lets just gave $71 to the owner I called and complained and they laughed but anyways if youre looking for a smoke shop use this as an absolute last resort theres tons of better smoke shops in Knoxville with quality Glass theres this place off Kingston Pike turn off the wall there amazing I went there a day or two after this terrible experience and paid the same amount and Ive had this in working order with no cracks or breaks ever since this shop to take a note out of their book, if youre reading this I still have pictures on my phone and receipts and would be more than happy to accept some type of a partial refund for your faulty low quality glass.

Great selection and price! The staff are friendly and helpful each time that Ive visited the store.This was my review two years ago, now I feel much stronger about the place.I’ve had the same rig for two years and they have the cheapest prices on devices and accessories, period. Other shops are often twice as much on the devices.On top of the prices and the selection, the employees are very nice and helpful! Kiera is awesome, and I’ve not came across anyone in anything but a good mood.I have been in the store alot, and more so lately.I highly suggest this store to anyone I know, so I would definitely suggest it to anyone reading this

I come here about once a week. They have a great selection and the cheapest prices, but honestly hour? It can be kinda frustrating having so many employees on your back when youre just trying to browse. As someone with bad eyes, the words on a lot of the packagea can be a bit time consuming to read, and feeling like I have employees hovering over me or pushing recommendations down my throat can be extremely intimidating and it often leaves me with a pick I didnt really want.

They have a large variety. I guess its due to the college students. But usually if you looking for anything to do with kratom vape or whatever else they got its pretty decent.

Best vape and glass shop around! I recently moved from Michigan to Alcoa and was so happy when I found out about Smoke Rings being 20 mins away. I always shopped at Wild Side in MI which is, from my understanding, the parent company. The staff is always super friendly and eager to help. Huge selection of vapes and glass. 10/10 highly recommend stopping in and checking them out!

It’s a nice store with everything you need….But the name brand glass is knock offs bought off DH Gate which is how they do BOGO’s on everything (including elf bars and other vapes.)You might be saving some money now but at what cost in the long run?

Horrible! Talks about people in front of customers. Makes racial comments, Talks openly about former employees. Very unprofessional. There was a br racial guy in there when I came in before, he was my favorite. They said hes no longer there. He answered all my questions while other employees just sat in the back. He seemed to be doing all the work. Not sure why they said hes no longer there, but, I wont be back.

The shop recently renovated thier interior and they increased thier counter space and display. The staff is always so kind. Last time I went in, Daphne helped me with my purchase. Even as a new employee, Daphne was knowledgeable of the stores products and sales. In addition to wearing a stylish outfit, Daphne was very kind, personable, and a pleasure to speak with. I can tell the management is great because of how great the employees always are. My thanks goes out to the Smoke Rings staff for always making me feel welcome in the shop. Yall rock!

They give everyone deals on quality glass. This is the place to get glass in knoxville, great customer service, and overall good experience every time. The guy who ran the place went so far as to show me how unbreakable some glass was by slamming it on the wood pillar in there.. It did NOT break.

Really bummed because this was one of the only places in town to buy authentic vapes. Spent $25 on an esco bar on Thursday and it’s already out. I don’t understand how these businesses keep business because it’s shady practice. I had been a customer for 4 years. Walked in to smoke rings once and left feeling like a regular customer. Came in on sale day and even though they were super busy Chloe found time to help me, I LOVE to smoke larger papers and while most stores may only carry a king size or slightly larger option smoke rings carried a massive variety of options! I spent $64 dollars on nectar collectors and the both broke on first use but I did buy a nice rig from there and it has worked wonderful and also use them for same day use detox

Sold me an item that they had taken parts out of. It didnt work and they wouldnt let me return or exchange it. Also they put some of the 5 star reviews up themselves. Ive seen a guy run out of the store when someone told him his car was being booted and the employee said its not his problem. Parking is bad and you might get booted or sold a broken expensive item. This place is a shame.

The employees have no idea what they’re talking about. They’re not knowledgeable about any sort of glass at all. Pretty annoying. Called the store to see if they had something before I came 2 hrs away, a girl said they for sure had it. I get there and some young kid tells me they don’t sell them. Luckily the girl walked in as I was leaving and told me they indeed did have the piece I was looking for.

I recently shopped here and paid $16 for a puffbar plus, which is supposed to last much longer than a usual disposable vape. 4 hour after I got it, it died. I took a maximum of 25 hits. I called and informed the employee of my situation and he told me he can’t do anything about it because I left the store before I hit it. No employee has ever told me to check to see if it works before I leave the store. Waste of money, cheap products, and awful customer service. Will NOT be back.

Been there 2 times nothing but trouble. Bought glass the last time and the function on it just doesn’t work. There’s no airflow like it’s clogged but it’s brand new. Makes no sense.

This truly is the superior Knoxville shop for kratom, smoking accessories, etc. They are so incredibly kind! They are the only shop with quality kratom products approved by Reddit users. There are several smoke shops in west Knoxville, near my house. But, I drove downtown to Smoke Rings, because of the amount of wonderful reviews I found online. And not just on their own site, on every other smoke shop’s page. Every shop that I looked up had several reviews saying Smoke Rings was so much better than the said shop. All the other shops had consistent complaints regarding price and horrible employees. At first, I tried the near by shops (which were much nicer to me than to other reviewers), but was unsatisfied with the quality of my purchases. I thought I would have to go online to find something worth buying. Smoke Rings is actually comparable to online prices (which other shops said would be impossible for a retail shop). A big thanks to the wonderful ladies that helped me find exactly what I wanted! Smoke Rings proves that a smoke shop can be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and well priced, without having to be a “cookie cutter” stereotype! Sorry for the long novel of a review, but I am so happy to find this place!

Worst customer experience ever. Signed a wall in their shop because they encourage you to and after I did, days later I received threatening messages via Facebook telling me I could never come back to their shop because i didnt sign it where I was suppose to. Ive spent well over 1000$ in this shop and this is how they treat customers?

Helpful and upfront staff that are knowledgeable of their products. Prices are reasonable. Its on Cumberland Ave, the strip, which is a cool atmosphere as well as this shop.

We visited from out of town and from past experience with smoke/vape shops no everyone knows their stuff. The service my husband and I received was OUTSTANDING the girls amswéred all our questions, helped us with everything and was very informative. I would definitely recommend paying them a visit and will be going back next time I come thru.

Sold me the wrong size piece, went in to have it switched and he didnt have my piece available. Would not give me a refund, instead told me i could use store credit even though i litterally bought it 10 mins before returning it. Dont Get FOOLED!

The pizza has gotten better. I love the pretzel pizza but I swers these kids refuse to answer the phone. If you dont call it in first you will sit in line at the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. Its a huge waste of time & gas because they dont appreciate the customer enough to pick up the phone. Im rwadrto switch to be perfectly honest. I can go to Dominos for the gas & time wasted at the drive thru. Also if you try to exit on to Clinton hwy youre very likely to take the bottom out of your car unless youre driving a pick up or SUV.

With all glass, you get what you pay for. Obviously $5 china glass will be more fragile than $300 Simba or Grav Labs glass. Smoke rings has the best selection in Knoxville by far. They are also the only shop I have found that offers specific adapter such as a 10mm to 15mm downstem, etc. Off the Wall in West Knox has the most relaxed employees out of the shops, however Smoke Ringss employees are the most knowledgeable. Smoke Rings strictly limits terminology to Water Pipe and Dry Pipe. If you say Bong they threaten to kick you out. Although professional, we no longer live in 1990, and the speech limitations seem unnecessary. Smoke Rings has a 420 sale where it is BOGO420. Buy one bong and get another for $4.20. This is a steal and should be taken advantage of! They also have 420 raffles where you can win even more Glass! Overall, best shop in Knox. They need a rewards program!

If you park in smoke rings parking lot you will not get booted if you come in to purchase items. People that get booted do not go to smoke rings for anything, They go to chipolte , brenz, ect. The city is the one that enforces the parking situation so we have no say in getting boots removed, they have signs posted all around the parking lot saying where you can and can not park. This very unfriendly business took advantage of a bad parking situation next door, contracting a company called Boot Man Inc. to put iron boots around my car tires when I parked in their lot-- and forced me to pay $75 before they would take the boots off to allow me to leave. I was in the adjacent FedEx business for 5 minutes. This is their way of making a buck, so business must be very poor. Dont patronize.
