I have now had two cupping therapy sessions from Lisa. The first time was for 30 minutes, though she went a little longer. I felt relief right away, especially on my shoulder where I’d strained it paddling. I felt so amazing for several days following the treatment. I booked a second session for one hour today so Lisa could do a whole body session. Again, I felt instant relief. Tension that I’d been carrying around all day was completely gone. Not your traditional cupping and no cupping marks after. I have a lot of scar tissue from my past surgeries, which decreased my neck range of motion. After the first session, I noticed a huge difference. I am definitely a fan. I now have my wife and daughter come on a weekly basis. Great experience, i look forward each week.
