Bamboo Spa & Massage

Great location, very good prices (60 min for $60 basic). I was charged prior to the massage (?). Im not familiar with this practice. I had made my appointment with my preference over the phone with a lady who sent confirmation and map however, upon arriving, I felt like I was starting all over, and language was a barrier.The room was warm and welcoming however, no hooks, hangers for my clothes. My masseuse, Lou, was great, checking in with me on pressure levels. He emphasized my upper back, neck and shoulders (as requested) but also worked on arms, hands and legs, facial work and head too AND INCLUDED hot stones! Wow. Ambiance could be improved with plants, water sounds (fountain) aroma therapy too. Maybe as the business develops.

Got a couples massage with hot stones. We were happy with our massages although it was a bit strange that we didnt get the same massage. My partner (who is musclee gym guy) mentioned that his massage therapist was able to get deep into his muscles- his massage therapist was this sweet, tiny woman- so dont let that fool you.

Massage was ok. Room was cold and they ask for a tip? If your service deserves a tip you’ll get a tip. Uncomfortable at the end. Not satisfied. Never coming again.

I found this spa on Groupon and called for an appointment to get a deep tissue, hot rock & body scrub massage. They told me to come in and they would honor the discounted price of $45 (normally $90). I must say, I had no idea what I was in for but she massaged her little heart out and she even asked if I would be okay with her walking on my back. I thought why not because I was so tight and had knots that were bothering me. Hands down the best massage Ive ever had. The hot rocks were amazing and the body scrub was wonderful! Well worth $90 and I will be going back for sure!!

Scheduled a massage from a Groupon gift I received for Christmas. Appointment was for 12:00 noon on Sunday. When I arrived it was closed.Called their number and woman said they had an emergency and could I come back at 2: 00.When I returned the girl could not access the Groupon app I had to call family member to redeem Groupon snd send picture. Then halfway through massage she received a phone call. Which she answered. Massage was going well until then. She also received two more calls which see quicklyanswered. And continued theMassage. Never had this kind ofCustomer service while having a massage before.Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone else.Sorry for that because the massage was okay.

Scheduled a facial and a pedicure for myself as a spa day. They were extremely flexible in rescheduling after I came down with the flu! When I finally made it in, the entire staff made me feel welcomed and at home. The childcare area is clean and spacious; plenty to do for every age group, and they took care of my tiny 6 week old!The rooms were very clean and the services amazing. It really was a very relaxing experience and Ill definitely be back!

There are no facials or nail services compared to the reviews saying they hvae it idk why. This place made me feel uncomfortable at the end. I ordered a refloxology massage for 1 hour, it was $30 but at the end the woman only did it for 40 min. and demanded me to tip her in cash because she knew I got change from the cash register up front.....I offered her a $5 because it wasnt even 1 hour long and she said it wasnt enough. I felt harrassed by her and wouldnt go again so I gave a bit more to leave.......even the woman by the front desk who was watching tv in their living room asked Youre all done? I wouldnt come here again. :) if youre going to advertise 1 hour of a service, dont be lazy.

The massage I’ve everything been to. Very kind and gentle. Very experienced in what they do. All the masseuses are great especially Rina. Very pleasant and nice lady. She really knows what she’s doing

Employees are super friendly & you can leave your kids in a playroom while you get pampered. Highly recommend it for massage & facials.

So welcoming and free daycare. Ive had a facial, body wrap, sauna, and Massage and I keep going back for more.
