Id give 100 stars if I could! Ill drive clear across town to come here or bounce over to see the crew at The Chill Room (their late night [til 2 am!] affiliate store, only a few miles away, that impresses & raises the bar to a whole other level!) if I need a new mod, battery, coil or bottle of juice...no one works harder or later than these guys! Youll NEVER get that kind of service from a franchise or ANY other shop! Its really impressive when the staff starts greeting you by name after just a few visits! Their always up to date with the best & newest e-juice, hardware & vaping supplies but if by chance they dont have what youre looking for theyll take the time to order it if its available to them. Theyve got an awesome rewards program & their prices are comparable or at times even LESS THAN what youll pay online which is incredible & just another reason Ill go in to support this local store every time! Its really great to see a family build up a small business to the large, diverse company theyve become! Even more impressive is to see how much they truly enjoy doing what they do & the passion they have for their work! Its always fantastic to see Joey, Jess, Robert or Mama C (not on 1st name basis with her yet but she always greets with a smile!) or even better to see the fun they have together while they work! The staff theyve got are also very devoted & helpful! Brandon always knows the flavor profile e-juice Im looking for & Gabe makes fantastic kava drinks over at The Chill Room! I hope theyre around for many years to come & Im very confident they will be as theyve truly devoted themselves to the vaping community & all that encompasses it! The only way they could improve for me personally is to open up another shop in the Wellington / Royal Palm Beach / Loxahatchee area...or all three! Thats just selfish though!😉 You guys rock! Im a loyal customer for life!

Amazing shop!!! I love it here. They always have my coils in stock and my favorite liquid. The staff are incredibly easy going and the owner is EXTREMELY helpful and will answer any questions you have.This is now becoming my main spot for all things vape related!!!!

Best vaping store around. Joey is so helpful. The store looks great and the prices are good. Purchased the ijust2 and havent had a cigarette in 3 weeks. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Terrific selection of juices. Owner Robert and his family have set up a comfortable shop where u can try out all the selections.

Wasnt expecting much when I heard the name, but I was genuinely surprised when I walked in. They probably have the best selection of juice and hardware in the West Palm area. The staff is very knowledgable and their builds are on point !! Definitely my go to shop from now on.

I just have to say this is the most amazing vape shop Ive ever been to! I live in East lake Worth and drive all the way west to jog and lantana specifically because of the guys that work there. They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and ways to help me not only fix my vape thats broken or not working properly but actually teach me the right way to do things theyre all amazing Josh Kevin and Brandon ! my thanks to all of them for their continuous help and support I definitely recommend this vape shops all of my friends and family.

The people here are so nice and chill. I just started vaping and Im clueless to all the different things that go into it. They help me out and set me straight all while giving it a laid back feeling. The store itself is very nice and clean as well.

Great shop. They have a huge variety of juice and great hardware. And they were able to hook me up with a whole set up for a great price. One of the best shops in the West Palm Beach area for sure.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my first time vaping and in this shop. Brandon was the employee that helped me and showed me how to set up my unit. I will be going back again and would definitely recommend the vaping store

The guys in there are so kind and extremely knowledgeable on all the different types of vapes, huge choice of e-liquids. I am 65 am trying to stop smoking Robert, Joey and Angel were so very nice to me. Wish me luck on stopping those darn cigarettes. Thank you guys for all your help. I definitely will be back.

Ive always been a fan of vape shops but I got talked into buying a vape I dont like. Called up there and asked if I could return it within the two weeks and was told I would be called back because manager approval is needed and have not been contacted since. I would give zero stars for not letting me simply return a brand new box mod.

The vaping store is one of the best shops for all of your vaping needs hands down. I saw that there was a new vape shop opening next to where my friend works. There were a few people doing some work in the shop setting the place up. So I knock on the window expecting a weird look and someone telling me to go away. Right? Nope the owner comes out and asked if he could help me. I said I saw the sign and ask when the would be open and what level of vaping his store would be meant for. He told me it would for people of all vaping preferences. Then he said the store opened in a week. So a week goes by and I come back and its not open.😢 I look in the window and the owner comes out and said they are finishing up the last parts of the shop and that they would only be able to take cash😁. I went in and said hi to everyone who was working and the owner looked over he inventory with. Then ask what I wanted to get. I was looking for a uwell crown and I bought one that night. I got to this shop for everything I need for vaping wire, coil heads, cotton, tanks, rdas, mods, and the biggest Varity of premium e-liquids anywhere at the best prices anywhere. The employees are professional, polite, friendly, and know what they are doing. The owners are professional, polite, friendly and if they dont have what you are looking for talk with them they may be able to help in some way. When I was looking for a new mod I talked to everyone in the shop to see what may be good for me. They never pressured me with their own opinion. They just help with information on what they had in stock. So if you want a great experience or need information about vaping. The place to go is the vaping store.

Had the chance to visit here and had the pleasure of dealing with the owners daughter who was very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I loved the store itself its comfortable and inviting. The variety of premium flavors is out matched in the palm beach area and im excited that theyre going to add house juices (thats a big plus in MY OPINION). I suggest that if your a vape head and are in the palm beach area that you visit this place.

Excellent knowledgeable and helpful staff a great variety of products and flavors. The place itself just has a good vibe, I recommend it to any one already into or just looking to start vaping alike definitely pay them visit.

Came here becuase i was out of vape juice and on vacation from the west coast. All i gotta say is, i was impressed. The store was well maintained and the staff was pretty helpful. I ended up staying longer to hang out and chat with the employees.

First time visiting overall had a pleasant experience they were very helpful and found me an awesome new flavor and had the coils I needed in stock will definitely come back for more.

The best store vape store in lakeworth hands down, super chill lounge area and the best customer service ever i walked in with a vape i bought online (NOT EVEN FROM THERE STORE) and didnt have an idea of what to do, i was lost! Then joey an employee there really helped me out alot and explained everything to me helped me set it up, and then i came to find out the vape i got online didnt even have a battery sp he hooked me up with one too at a great price and the juice selection is massive and not expensive at all if your looking for anything to do with vapes stop here i promise you will leave happy and wanting to buy more 5stars all day

Horrible experience trying to make a return I bought a tank that cost me $40 that makes the $45 worth of oils I bought there as well taste burnt, almost no smoke comes out of it and because I used it they refuse to give me a refund how am I supposed to know if it works if I don’t try it out I don’t recommend and I will not be coming back
