Rich is the man!!! First time customer today and the vibe was every bit of amazing! I can’t wait to go back again and try new products. Nena was so helpful today with helping me find what I needed.

The signs don’t honor their actual prices, nor do they “price match” like the neon sign in the front window says they do(why they might possibly deny ever existing after this, but I have video). Hand written a ign says 51.99 for best whip.. came out to $60 plus tax, the employees response when I asked about it ”I only work Mondays” , asked if there was anything he could do, he said “no, he can only charge what it rings up as” fair enough I get it you just work here… they also don’t accept American Express, but that’s not a deal breaker for me as I paid in cash (they didn’t have change for my cash, and refused to accept my Amex Platinum). Hope they get it together, 35 years here and this is what things have come to around here? Sad

It was 8:34 on Sunday morning, and no hope of having a new battery, as mine had exploded in the middle of Saturday night prior to my “fun times”, friendly guy answered and says “we’re here!” & said on my way! I went to the wrong store and called AGAIN, guy was still super nice & even walked outside in 48° to check the closest stores to direct me. Also, didn’t have change and instead of asking if I had .26 cents, he just gave me a whole $1back, which I gave back to him for his drawer. Helped me immediately, made sure I had the proper charger, (I didn’t) thank goodness. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone else! 10/10 from ME! -Gabes mom.Just editing to add, the battery was 80% CHARGED!! He said they came factory preset to 80% and can be used immediately. Saved me a fight with my partner, an argument, and 4 hours of waiting, as NO ONE is open on Sunday mornings. (Except gas stations & tried 3 no luck) I’m delighted with my visit & 100% will be back. Reading these reviews it seems everyone is happy here! Great store!😃

When I first moved here it was so hard to find a new smoke shop that I liked & didn’t waste my money on. When I found this shop, Rich and his family of employees came thru and always helped me! Have been a regular since they opened 2ish years ago. Rich is the man, always has a friendly attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, Dakota, Peirce and Trinity make sure visits are quick and easy, and can also chat about the biz for some time. Always a positive experience coming here. Theres plenty of other shops around and I always make sure to come here.

This place is like a candy store haha. I found & seen everything I could ever ask for here! I was politely greeted as I walked in by Nena & she happily assisted me in deciding which brand vape to choose. Dont think about calling to ask their prices because they will answer and give you a rude attitude if ur having phone issues (which i didnt have calling other vape stores in the area but 🤷🏼‍♀️) gave me hella attitude because they stated “its a business” and that im essentially wasting their time by trying to call to get prices because they cant hear me through their store phone.update: came in and their phone is broken lol the girl was really apologetic and nice tho, she tried to help me with a vape flavor recommendation and ended up on the strawlemon elf bar which at first hit (when checking for leaks) i did not like the flavor (tasted like straight lemon and was very bitter to the point i thought it was leaking) they do have a no exchange policy and i do not really like the flavor. i ended up paying about $22-$23 after tax for the elf bar (they have cuvies at the same price and lost marys are about $25-$30) i do not advise purchasing new flavors from here due to the policy but its a decent sized smoke shop if u know what ur looking for. they did not have the flavors i was looking for and will most likely be visiting another shop that can better help recommend other flavors in that situation, but still a decent smoke shop overallupdate #2: i have had this vape for barely 2 says now and it tastes and feels very light. normally an elf bar will last me 3 weeks to a month under heavy use. i havent vaped in months and this was the first one i have picked up due to it being the only shop near me that was open but i feel like the vape will not last me that long. if it does end up dying before the time it usually lasts me, i will update the review with how long it lasted me.update #3: the elf bar lasted me from saturday 1/20 until early 1/23 i do not recommend going here or buying an elf bar here

This shop literally has the best prices on glass, but they also have mad sales! I bought a 16 beaker for less than $80. Richard is homie- excellent service!

My woman who suffers from fibromyalgia had gotten some cream and indica strain from VaporRocket late night because she had no more medication from the doctors so we took a chance with Richard and have no regrets.. Richard is a very knowledgeable guy who told me about his mother also having fibromyalgia and what he gives her to sooth her pain, I really appreciate his honesty and for helping me out late night when we had no where else to go .this guy is the place to go God bless him

I usually dont do the review thing but in this case I am gonna make an exception. I live in Boca but I work here in Lake Worth. Normally I buy my new favorite RAZ disposables in Delray or Boca. Earlier this week I grabbed the almost dead one on the way out and so I googled and found this store. Seemed like a good store until they told me it would be like $34 dollars for a Miami Mint Raz and if I wanted the Apple/Cinn it would be almost $40 bucks for one because its special. When I asked why here they are almost 40 and in DR and Boca they are $16 to $20 for the 9000 puff ones I was told You are probably buying fakes by the clerk. Needless to say I walked out and will not be returning. Justifying your crazy high prices with every other store in two cities is selling fakes wasnt a good look. Maybe train your daytime staff a little better and dont be so greedy. K thanks

I found this hidden gem per advice of a friend I was visiting in Palm Beach county back in September 2023. The staff on that particular day was so informative and helpful as I am new to vaping. I was a cigarette gal for too many years and had stopped. The vap I chose is so delicious Strawberry/Banana HQD put an end to my insatiable need to constantly eat!!The next month when I went down I stopped by and met the manager Richard Candelaria, what a great personality & businessman. He offered more insight into the total cost of vaping, other shops mark this product up by about 40%. I could not believe what I have been paying vrs. the pricing at Vapor Rocket!! Good, honest, and informative staff and management. The vap stores here in Sebastain will be missing out on my $$$. I go through Lake Worth,Fl. every few weeks and plan to make the stop @ Lake Worth Vapor Rocket!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💋

I’ve been coming to Vapor Rocket for about a year and a half. Very happy every time I go there, they have everything I need and the staff like Trinity and Dakota. They help me every night I’m come in, holding down the night shifts.

Im submitting this review because I like this place and would like to see a change. This is specifically for the store manager.Ive been a customer of this store for quite some time now and I must say its been a very frustrating experience for the most part. I like the store because they always have my favorite products and parts (Yocan). However, what frustrates me every time I go is the fact that the store changes employees more than I change my shirt. As a result, every single time I go in there I get into minor verbal altercations with the clerks. Typically that involves me telling them they do sell the products and them arguing with me that they dont. I usually tell them to call the manager and ask and that usually fixes the issues.However, in my most recent experience, the clerk refused to call the manager and I was forced to take my business elsewhere.Dear Mr. Or Mrs. Manager, please tell your employees to reach out to you whenever they are not able to find something or if they are not sure you sell it. This way you can avoid losing money and customers. Ill change my ratings as soon as this is addressed. Thanks 😊.

This place hasnt had the Swedish salt nic by candy king since before Xmas. They keep saying that candy king is out of it. yet, I go to other shops further away, and they have it. Also, more times than not, the pods are duds. I bought a pack of two, not in a box, and both were dead in a matter of 3 days. Its time to take my business elsewhere. Been going there for over a year and more times than not, its a fail. Goodbye, vapor rocket.

The two guys I met and helped me, are excellent! The manager, (Joseph?) is really great at educating me on the proper way to set up the perfect Vape. The right juice for the mod. They also customize my juice with the desired Nic amount. Love this store, close by and always accommodating.
