I have been going to Kathy Hart, Echo Hair Salon, for years. I have followed her through 3 other locations to this one at Phoenix. I absolutely LOVE how she cuts and styles my hair. I have wavy, thick hair and she always makes it look great. I had her style my hair for my sons wedding day and it stayed in place for the entire, windy day! I couldnt have been happier. I highly recommend Kathy!

Sway Barbershop is highly recommended. Truly professional and attentive. He has the sharpest, smoothest clippers Ive ever seen. My gave me a great cut and lined up the forehead just right. He touched up my beard and I came out looking sharp. Real sharp. His shop is a no-drama getaway for men who are serious about their appearance. Ill be back!

Mr. White was not just on time, but he arrived early! The establishment was very clean and welcoming. With this being a trying time I felt very comfortable as he wore his mask throughout the entire service and wore it properly. He was very professional and I was more then pleased with my son’s hair cut. My expectation’s were exceeded. I’d highly recommend this shop to others!!

Sway is the only barber shop I want cutting my 4year olds hair. We were looking for a barber we could TRUST and count on after moving from Nevada. Isaiah is VERY clean, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. You can tell he takes pride in his craft by the way he takes his time and explains the entire process from tools to technique. He also makes his own conditioner that leaves hair looking and feeling RIGHT. I am so grateful for my experience and will always be back.

My 7-year old son had great experience getting his hair cut and is very happy with his new look. Mr. Isiah listened to what my son wanted and was very gentle with his sensitive scalp. Lots of smiles! Thank you!!

Zeke is very professional! Always on time and provides amazing service! My son use to hate getting his hair cut and would cry hysterically. When Zeke started cutting his hair, we would have no problems! My son looks forward to going and he doesn’t cry! Zeke is very patient with him and engages with my son while cutting his hair. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!

This is truly an experience. Isaiah is far more than just a barber who cuts hair. He addressed all my haircare needs and dealt with issues my dermatologist could not fix. He is knowledgeable, professional, and is providing services that I have never seen in the city of Cleveland. I went for a hair cut and left out a long term client

So I dont usually leave reviews that are negative. however, When you call this salon you can NOT talk to anyone. My hair stylist cancelled 2 times. 1st time an hour before the appointment and 2nd time No warning just a text from a auto system. And then she BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK so I couldnt message her to ask any questions. I am shocked. I never used them But I was impressed by the online photos. SO now I have a bad feeling and taste in my mouth and will never use them or refer them!!!! Good job Stephanie Wood - If you are having issues you should inform your clients in advance so they can make other arrangements for these services. #Unprofessional!

I get my haircut at buzzed by Olivia. Ive been going to her for years and she been great. Shes got a quirkiness to her that tells you shes an honest and forward person. She has the professional acumen to steer you in the right direction. She also manages her business well - communicating clearly and flexible with rescheduling.

I had a terrible experience I had a hair appointment ready for 10:00am. I was their on time and no one can figure out what was going on. I talk to different hairstylist and no one seem to cared. I mean come on different hair salons in one place and it just doesn’t seem organized at all. Hello I had an appointment at ten is it that hard to get in? Even talk to a manager and she didn’t even care because she said I take care of you but never came back. Finally a person came to talk to me and said everyone was booked wow what great service! Bravo!

Luna boutique and wellness is great! Had my hair cut there and my eyebrows waxed. Send all the women I know there for nails as well after Kelly gave me a manicure and they all loved her acrylic work.

I would 100% recommend Theresa with any of your skincare and facial needs. She is energetic, positive, and will make you and your skin feel radiant. She helped recommend services and products that helped get rid of my acne scars, and helped me feel great in my skin!

5 star ⭐ service! Isaiah is very professional and in tune to the current pandemic climate with his cleanliness. He gives top notch service and the hot towel to get the hair off at the end is great touch! Definitely recommend for all hair styles and backgrounds.

I had an appointment with Stephanie Wood at Black Sheep Salon. She rescheduled the day of saying she was doubled booked. Then a week later she did it again stating I am friends with a girl she does not like and is uncomfortable. Seriously! How conducting business this way??From reviews it is not the fist time. Please beware of scheduling and wasting your time.

Had my first cut in over a year with Katy. Private suites, so no one to worry about and we were both masked. And I got an awesome trim!

Amazing barber I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and every time it’s been amazing he’s helped me clear up my acne with the products he has and the advice you gave me to help clear it up because the stuff the doctor provided me made it worse all his clippers are clean and don’t bite like other barbers clippers do place is always clean and the vibes are great.

Very nice shop very clean and the professionalism of the owner is next to none me and my brother had a very terrible experience at Urban cuts rite up the road just got a really neg energy like we shouldnt have been in there and so we stopped here and he got us rite where we needed to be great environment anytime Im back in Cleveland and need a cut this is where Ile go no doubt

The people that work their are courteous,my hair stylist have good tips as to keeping my hair from drying out and she really took the time to ask me questions about how l want my hair lighted very comfortable experience 🤗😊
