Cig star smoke shop is by far the best smoke shop I’ve been to. They have great customer service and great prices. There prices are so reasonable it actually blows my mind compared to these other smoke shops. I bought a new geek vape today that has 15,000 puffs for such a great price only 25$. This is the only smoke shop I shop at.

Purchased a glass item at the shop and before ringing it up I asked the clerk to verify the quality because he did not let me inspect it after taking out of display case. He said it was fine and during our conversation mentioned I could return it if it was defective. Upon purchase, I walked 20 feet to my car. Inspected the item myself closely and noticed a crack and deteriorating material on the item. I went right back inside and was given a hard time when I asked for the situation to be rectified. The clerk claimed that I broke it, when I told him about the defects. After grilling me repeatedly he finally exchanged for a different item. All good until he yells at me on the way out: Dont break this one! in front of another customer. I get it, nobody likes to work weekends, but that was out of line.

Lost me as a customer once I finished purchasing my item found out the guy added in a lottery ticket for himself.Same time my card went through lotto ticket came out seem very odd to me

This place is awesome the owner super chill he will work with you unlike a lot of other shops. I just wish they were open later but they still get 5 stars cuz the deals they give you are great. And they have ceramic nails

On the 08/16th/2018 Thursday night from 7:50 pm to 9:pm I bought a esmart twist pen 280 mah and it wasnt working correctly seem to lack of power to heat up any cartridge. I live in Anaheim don’t drive so I couldn’t get a ride till Sunday 08/19/2018 to try to get a refund. They only offered exchange of same product I didn’t want same product for any future problems hey couldn’t give refund without a receipt so make sure u ask for a receipt becuz I told the guy they didn’t even off a receipt he replied with it’s my fault for not asking for a receipt. I told him he could keep the battery that wasn’t working correctly a fault he said he was just going to throw it away.

Went here to purchase a detox drink. Shop owner is really friendly! Chatted for a little bit, and he even offered me some tea. Purchased the detox drink Test pure PLATINUM MAGNUM FORCE! and it worked, although it was taken after already having been sober for ~21 days.

The place is a rip off. Went there and they told me one thing and when I came.back they were trying to jack up the price by another 20 dollars. Two thumbs down

The prices are insanely over priced and even if you look at the suggested retail price on any of the packaging they overcharge like crazy I don’t like to ever go here I took a friend here because they wanted to go here I go out of my way to go further down WOODRUFF because they were people off and I can’t stand them

I dont understand why you are open and no one is working the store. The girl does not work there or know the prices of anything, dont understand why she is in there or why I have to wait 10 minutes for the guy, Henry , to come back from the store. If youre on your lunch close the store.
