Usually, no problem, but they sold me a non working vape and wouldnt replace it 20minutes later. Regular customer disappointed 🤷

Store is never open on time, they need to change to a later time of you do not intend to open your store until 9:30 or 10:00 am. I get being C late on occasion but this their reoccurring problem.

I love this place and the people here, but the last 4 times I’ve been in they have absolutely nothing in stock that I need, and no date as to when they will have any back in stock.(I’ve never seen a smoke shop out of all butane every time I go in!) I had to find a new smoke shop.

I used to like this shop. They repeatedly do not have the flavors that I Vape. They tried to push you to buy whatever vape that they want to sell you.. I was also incorrectly recommended a vape that I really didn’t want to try and when I did it tasted burnt and they wouldn’t allow me to get another flavor.

My “go to” smoke shop! So many dope pieces and the owner has the best customer service. Treats you like a friend. Hands down 5 stars!

Consistent issues with having the open signs ablaze yet nobody inside. doors locked for 30+ minutes, and whenever people are inside, the selection is bare minimum, as others have said.

My first visit was absolutely satisfied. The boy that was helping me was very helpful n friendly. I was looking for pod for my vape, but I really dont know what Im looking for, so he was really good finding it. N I let him picked a juice flavor for m n I really like it..this is going to be my new vape store shop from now on.

Bought a defective vape. Brought it back within 24 hrs and gave receipt and was told they don’t do refunds or replacements

Went there right before closing. The gentleman behind the counter was really nice and helpful, but not hovery and not seemingly annoyed at my arrival time. The prices were good. The lower end of average I would say. The selection of glass was good, several that satisfied the type that i wanted. Id be back for sure.

Had my 4 year old in my car. The gentlemen came out & serviced me so I didn’t have to wake up my child. AMAZING customer service & quality nicotine/vape products! 10/10

Went into the store yesterday to buy a vape battery. The young man that was working there greeted me with the phrase another day another dollar. It turns out he should have said another day another $50 Im ripping you off because this is what happened. The worker talked me into buying a vape battery that looked like a pipe it was $50 it was about 10:00 at night and the store closes at 11:00 so I charged it for a couple hours and I could never get it to work I tried endlessly to get it to work I could never get one puff off of it so I took it back in to see if they can get it to work and if not get an exchange so the next day I went in and guy remembered me they remembered selling it to me and they tried to get it to work they charged it and they try and they could not get it to work either so the product was not a good product I asked if I could exchange it I was willing to exchange it for something that cost less than $50 just so that I would have something to he said no it was store policy I explained the store policy was just somebodys decision and that they could exchange it for me if they wanted to and not good business practice to not stand by the product even for 24 hours He said he texted the owner and that the owner offered me 15% off my next purchase Bad Business practice do not buy from the store they rio people off and hide behind a policy. Never going back.

THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP IN LAKEWOOD! They really do care about you and give the best service ever! I came here one time and forgot to book mark this place and spent an hour driving up and down to find this place. I will only spend my money here!

Not what they used to be every time I come in here their pod and coil selection is bare minimum. If any their devices are bare minimum if any only thing they keep in stock is disposables and bongs….

Recently, theyve been out of my coils and juices I get. This is my place to go and have been forced to go vape shop hopping to find another vape shop that carries my coils and juices
