Ive been a customer for a few years now. Chris and Kasse have been great to me since I became their regular. Ive seen several other faces and names float through the shop but By far Joe is the best person to work with them so far. This team of 3 have never disappointed me as a customer. I used to live in Olympia and this is still the only vape shop Ive gone to for my mod (Ive picked up disposables elsewhere a few times) but this store will always be my go to. Management are going fantastic at building a good, customer oriented team.

Always a please to stop by!I went in the store today, and spoke to 2 young ladies one names Cassie and the other named Jo. My fifth time going in and they always assist! Helped me find the perfect vape with a decent nicotine level. They always are there to make me laugh, and explain everything throughly. Truthfully the best service I’ve had! Thank you to both of you! Will definitely return because of you 2! Thank you for making my day better!!!

I walk in being a customer here for about 3 months ( started using vapeorama across the street because of the price difference) anways, I returned today because the shop across the street appeared to be closed, I couldnt find the same flavor I usually get so I told them I would step out for a minute, I felt like I was taking up space standing around the counter with others actively purchasing. I took a moment outside to double check the shop across the street, still appeared closed. When I re entered the shop I was approached by an employee asking if the purchase was for myself or for another individual...I informed them it was for myself (maybe they were just being careful) but was immediately spoken down to and told my actions were suspicious. I explained to them that I was just looking for a specific flavor that only the other shop carried, and was just stared at awkwardly. Very passive aggressive. No need for it, the entire vibe was just bad. Well wouldnt ya know it...when I left, the other shop opened up and had the exact product I was looking for. I explained what happened across the street...yeah we shared a laugh. Anyways never had issues with this shop a few months back but why I was treated like some sketchy idk what, I have no idea. I was in military uniform. Just felt there was no need for all that. Additionally....place is overpriced in comparison to vapeorama.

So Ive been coming here for a while now and have never been disappointed with service or quality of products! I was just in today and Chris was a huge help! Very informative and kind! They treat you like youre an old friend 😊

I went in and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. My grandmother passed away from lung cancer 3 months ago. That made me want to quit smoking. I went into vapor gear and a man named Bruce was soooooo nice and helpful. He gave me %20 off. He genuinely cared about my health. I will be going to this shop from now on. They support people who actually want to quit smoking. I love vapor gear all the locations are very nice with knowledgeable staff and low prices.

The staff are knowledgeable, professional and polite. Ms. Kasse is often who I end up seeing and she always offers nothing but outstanding service and is part of why I only go here for anything vape related.

There is this man named Chris who was soooo nice and fully explained the benefits of buying a new mod and juice. honestly he was so good at his job I will definitely return just because of him. I hope the company recognizes how hard a worker he is gives him acknowledgment. thanks again Mr. Chris!!

Always have an awesome experience coming in, staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Chris helped me setup my first drag x and even gave me some pointers on how to properly juice a coil.

This vape shop is amazing. Im new at vaping and was sent to this store by my brother and his wife. Bruce helped me and he was amazing. He explained everything and helped me set up my new vape!! Im very pleased with there products. They have an extensive& wide variety of juices too. They are also doing a raffle for smok mode!!! Got hooked up with quite a few tickets for my purchase, so Im hoping to win..... Anyway I would definitely recommend this shop to any and all vapors..

I love this place, its one of two vape shops I go to. They always have good stock on juice and mods. The staff is knowledgeable and informative and they always have music or tv on. Not to mention a couple arcade games

Really cool shop! I like the fact they have fresh popcorn everyday too lol. Their selection is massive and the prices are more than fair.

Meh unknowlegable staff worker seemed more interested in television than answering my questions as to what o rings they carried couldnt identify a basics pro tank or what atomizers fit it didnt know which juices they had said what ya see is what we have I dont get paid enough to remember the flaovs of our stock wont be going back
