Absolutely wonderful!! My wife and I frequent wellness centers like this often. We’ve been to great ones and not so great. I must say this place exceeded our expectations! The owner Holly was so kind and helpful during the whole process. As she explained more about the many therapies and services they provide, we really got to hear her story more and what a genuine and authentic person! Her heart is truly devoted to helping others heal and feel their best. Polly was our massage therapist and she went above and beyond during me and my wife’s session. And on top of that the price for everything was an unbearable value. It’s located in a beautiful historic building with a very interesting story as well. Can’t say enough about this place.! A must do experience if you are anywhere near Lancaster or Hocking Hills. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I visited this spa for my birthday in February, we did not book ahead of time bc we were having car trouble. After we got the car fixed we ventured out for the salt cave and booked a last min couples massage. The lady who did our massages was fantastic. Im not much for talking to people Im not familiar with on a personal level but I felt like this I knew this lady. She also explained some of the other services they offer and suggested we come back for a full service they offer where you go station to station (salt cave, foot soak, float, massage etc) so to speak. I swear if I had the money that day and it wasnt so late in the day I would have used my last dime to get that service. In the future I plan to go back though I would love to have this spa closer to my home in WV. They are affordable friendly and helpful. None of the spas around me offer as many services as this place does. I cannot wait to go back when I have enough money gathered and I will get the full service she told me about. We walked out feeling like $100.

I have come to Natural Remedies for 5 years now and they are by far the best! The staff are always polite and professional. They provide excellent services each time I book an appointment. I have made coming to Natural Remedies apart of my routine and lifestyle. The massages have greatly improved my quality of life, physically and mentally! Would recommend to anyone!

I’m not one to instantly leave a review, but I cannot express enough how grateful I was for not only the kindness, but last-minute booking that natural remedies provided for us, a couples massage. On top of that the massages were exactly what we were looking for, relaxing and peaceful! Highly highly highly recommend if you are in the Hocking Hills area to drive over that way, and or while worth the drive from Columbus. Many thanks to the ladies to accommodate us in the evening to make that happen.

Visit date 2/24/2020. Natural Remedies Massage introduced me to my first meditation float. The room for my float was generic, dirty, cluttered and lacked the warmth we enjoy when experiencing a spa day. No robes. I had to walk down a hall in front of people in a cheap, thin towel. My float was not quiet, I heard the footsteps outside, the conversations etc. My float was not dark. The lights were never shut off. The jets came on, instead of a bell, to alert me of the end of my session. This startled me, needless to say, my eyes and mouth were full of salt water. I’m excited to embrace the practice of a mediation float but that will have to be done elsewhere.

One of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences I have ever had. As a person in recovery, my stress and cravings were sated with a magnesium float. I will be there every week as a newfound part of my recovery. Thank you sooo much for this option.

My husband and I have never had a massage before and decided it would be fun to do a couples massage for a 5-year wedding anniversary while we were in town. Everything about our experience was wonderful! Our two masseuses were extremely nice and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The aromatherapy selection they picked out was perfect, and we felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated after our 60 minute swedish massage. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Had such a relaxing morning at Natural Remedies! My family and I have been going here for years and I highly recommend it - for all the services from massage to float spa to salt room and so much more!

I scheduled a 90 minute couples massage. The massage therapists were kind, but did not start the massage until 20 minutes into our start time. We were also up charged $40 at checkout for a deep tissue massage because my husband said he liked firm pressure at the the start. Although I communicated that I like firmer pressure, my massage felt like a skin tickle. Would not return.

I had a good experience with them in 2021 very informative very comfortable and relaxing! My husband and I decided to come back due to enjoying it so much the first time. The 2nd experience not so good! 1st our appointment got pushed from 1pm to 6pm. Not a big deal because we are understanding things happen. The whole massage was awkward. I had an elbow gouged in my upper back for 20 mins. After explaining my problem areas was my lower back. My lower back was never touched. My legs were massaged but was so soft. My arms were not touched. I’m not one to complain, but after I slept on it I reached out to explain my experience. I was told I would get it redone! After establishing a day Sunday! I have not gotten a time or response. That was a lot of money for such horrible service! Do not recommend until they get more professional service.. At this point I’m just going to take the loss as a lesson to not recommend or ever go back!

Got a therapeutic message and it really helped with my shoulder mobility. Katie did a very good job. Would definitely recommend. And I will definitely come back as I have a very physically demanding job.

Amelia Miller here… I got a deep tissue massage from Dana and for the first time in over a couple years, I did not wake up during the night or in the morning with my hands asleep!! She definitely hit muscles I probably didn’t even know I had.😂 I’ll definitely be returning!

We asked for a massage and my boyfriend had a great experience but mine was a little weird. She kind of just held my body - like put her hands on my shoulders and didnt move. I swear she held my foot for over a minute. No massaging, pressure, stretching, anything. It was my first massage so I was extremely confusedEdit: changing to one star due to the rude response. It was not a “benefit” to me. The woman did not massage me. She lightly ran her hands across my body. It seems like I’m not the only one with this complaint. Maybe reconsider your massage therapists.

My life has been stressful throughout and the last 20 years have placed my body in to decline. In the last 4 1/2 years I have gone through a divorce, my lovely mother died, my son has required more care, and, now my job was abolished at Ohio University. On the beautiful side, a year and a half ago, I married my first crush and he has breathed new life in to me! To rejuvenate I am making myself a priority and I discovered Lymphatic drainage massage. I contacted Natural Remedies Massage in Lancaster and spoke with Miss Jackie. I had an appointment within 2 days and it was an astonishing experience! It was my first professional massage and I had no idea the process could be so beautifully powerful, relaxing, an emotional release, gentle, and, exhilarating! My skin is even softer from the hot rice oil. My room was inviting and Miss Jackie a master at her craft. I gave my body permission to let go so Jackie could rid the toxins from my tissues and lymph nodes. I was always comfortable and felt free! I cannot wait for my next scheduled visit! WOW!

My partner and I were in hocking hills for the week, we were both satisfied with our massages. I receive massages monthly and the massage I received at natural remedies has been the best I have ever felt. I find it hard to relax and wind down, few minutes in and I was able to relax my mind and body. Great atmosphere, friendly, and most importantly professional. Highly recommend. Ask for Mathew!

Super friendly staff. Me and my new husband wanted to get a little pampered on our honeymoon and this was the perfect place to do it. Wish we lived closer so we could come back often! The massages were amazing and my husband loved the float tank!

Absolutely amazing experience! I was running a few minutes behind today and showed up incredibly frazzled, but Miranda immediately made me feel very welcomed and proceeded to give me the best massage I’ve ever had. Even the music she was playing was phenomenal. I highly recommend giving this place a visit, especially if you have the pleasure of getting Miranda as your therapist.

My mom and sister had a deep tissue massage, I had the relaxation massage. The staff was friendly. Natural Remedies was the only massage place in hocking hills that had availability for all three of us on a short notice. I loved the relaxation massage! My mom said her deep tissue massage really worked out a lot of the knots. Since we had a long weekend of hiking, this was perfect before the long drive home. We all felt very relaxed and the massages were great! We will be back on our next visit to Hocking Hills!

I love the atmosphere! From the minute you walk in, you feel the positive energy and the love that went into every detail of their studio—you feel welcomed immediately. I’ve had several services with Natural Remedies and each were done with excellent technique and professionalism. There’s nothing about the studio, therapists or services that I would change. I highly recommend.

Amazing massage. My wife and I had a couples hot stone relaxation treatment. Dawn and Miranda did a wonderful job. This was my wifes first massage and wishes we lived nearby so she could see them often. The pricing was reasonable and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a romantic couples massage.

Did a couples massage today and it was awesome. Holly was one of the therapist, didn’t catch the name of the other. They were nice, flexible with our changes and worked out our areas of stiffness. Nice setting and clean. Would recommend.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon. It was very relaxing. We did the one hour couples massage with free aromatherapy. Leslie and Chelsea did our massages and they were amazing. Very professional and completely relaxing. When my massage was over I felt like I woke up from 12 hours of sleep. Will definitely be back again!

This place feels like home. You walk in and you are an instant friend. The energy is good, the vibe is homey, the massages are spectacular and when you pair them with the float tank you have potential for a life-changing experience. Im torn between being shocked that more people dont float post workout and during recovery but also a little grateful because I like being able to get next day appointments.The yoga classes here are for all skill levels and everyone is accepted and loved while getting a great workout.Upstairs is a HUGE party room that I have rented for many, many events including a Thanksgiving dinner, a dance, a movie night (we set up a projector), ladies night Pure Romance parties, and even for photo shoots.Hollie puts her heart and soul into everything that she does and gives back to the community everyday through various outreach programs including a blessing box and clothing rack that is filled through donations.I dont have a single thing to say about Natural Remedies that isnt positive. The classes Ive taken and the friendships Ive formed through the community at Natural Remedies has helped me find the confidence, connection, and support that I appreciate having so much.

This was an excellent experience, from the moment we walked through the door until we shut it behind us on the way out. The calm and welcoming atmosphere, the lively and engaging staff, and the massage itself were all top-notch. I would recommend a visit in a heartbeat and plan to return myself.

My husband and I decided to both come in. We had the best experience by far with the facility and what they offered! I got a Pregnancy Massage and my husband did a Float. He said his was by far the best, and helped with his overactive mind. I felt so much better after my massage and it helped to alleviate so much pain I was having. I went to Natural Remedies for a float and a massage. Even though there was some misunderstanding around booking, which was later corrected, I had a wonderful experience floating but mostly Rebecca did awesome job with my deep tissue massage. I have been suffering with pain in my right shoulder for the past year. It has been slowly recovering. After Rebecca’s massage my shoulder has more movement and strength. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist. I can’t wait to go back again.Thank you!

Hollie and her staff are amazing. My boyfriend gets a massage while I float. Hollie took the time and did a hot stone release during a deep tissue massage when a problem area was found. He hasn’t been able to walk this good in over a year. He didn’t even know there was a problem there.The sensory deprivation float tank is always amazing. Always best hour spent whenever I can find the time to get away!! What an amazing way to feel rejuvenated, balanced and replenished❤️❤️❤️

My boyfriend and I got couples massages, mine was great and the lady was very kind. However, when I looked over to check on him (he’s never had a massage before) the lady was on her phone! Several times! If I knew I would get my same lady every time I might go back but I won’t take my boyfriend back there. They completely ruined his experience and he said she had done a poor job at her massage and he didn’t feel any different or any better after his massage. I felt like it was a waste of money. His masseuse was unprofessional and not very friendly. We will go elsewhere.

Booked online, easy process. Intake form is long, so give yourself a little time to fill it out. Matthew did a wonderful job. This was my first ever massage and I was a little nervous. He was super professional and hit the right combination of gentle introduction and deep pressure to work out all that stressy mess. Very tailored individual approach. Heated beds, chill sounds, super relaxing.

The environment was nice and the people were very kind, but me and my girlfriend got the same exact massage and I was billed 70 dollars while she was billed 60 ? I had heard the people discussing it briefly with one another but with my tip it totaled to about 80 dollars. The aromatherapy was only applied to my back and I hadn’t smelled anything while my girlfriend right next to me was given the full things

Hollie gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She was totally focused. I have a bad disk in my neck Hollie worked on my neck for a half an hour. I have not had as much pain relief and flexibility for years! I already have my next appointment booked.

We are in town for vacation and enjoyed a relaxing 90 minute deep tissue couples massage. Natural Remedies was suggested from our Air BNB Flo Mines Cabin. It was hands down the best massages we have ever had!! We will be booking again when we return. Matthew and Rebecca were absolutely wonderful!!!

Great staff and very personable!! They are always surprising me with new techniques. I like switching up the therapists because each one has their own technique and personalities that make it an experience. I have been going there for years and havent been disappointed yet.

They got me in last min! Which was amazing because I had sleep wrong on my pillow or something. They did an amazing job from when I got there and until I left! The place is amazing had lots parking! Wonderful staff ! So many options to enjoy yourself! I enjoyed the salt tank. I couldn’t relax while in, but I loved floating..I could tell the benefits after sleeping like a baby. When I was asleep, I was asleep. I haven’t slept like that since I have no idea when.

Very rude and unfriendly, I scheduled a 30 min full body massage online. when i got in the room she tells me that they dont offer the swedish or deep tissue massage in full body for 30 minute time slot and I could only get upper or lower body but not both. Their website clearly says the massages are all full body. Was very rude when I said as much. then she accused me of trying to use an expired gift card at checkout. I guess they put a sticker with the expiration date on every card but mine did not have one so she said I tore it off because she could feel the sticky area where it was. I was given the card as a gift and there was no sticker on it. I know it was purchased in March and said valid for one year on it so it was not expired. When I explained this she rudely commented that how do they know when it was purchased because i removed the sticker. I just assumed that they had that information when the card was scanned. I did not know their only system for keeping track of this was a sticker on the card that could be removed at will. Seems like they should have a better system instead of accusing customers of being dishonest. I was very offended and embarrassed and upset and will never go here again.

Thanks for calling me back, I had a great massage. My only complaint is that the music in the room was one song playing over and over. Ill be back. So nice to have a place so close to home
