Flavr Vapor Lounge

I recently stopped in at Flavr to purchase my first vaporizer pen. The staff there was helpful and friendly. They helped me by making recommendations for good starter supplies, and guided me in the right direction after discovering what I was looking for. I dont have much knowledge on pricing, but I would say it is certainly fair prices. I had to go back several times for help with my new product(mechanical mod with rda) and each time they were very welcoming and helpful. They stand by the products they sell and if there is a problem, they make it right. Plus, along with the staff being really chill, the atmosphere is great! Complimentary coffee, free flavor testing at any of the tables they have set up with comfy chairs, they have nice music playing and occassionally they have a N64 running, which is obviously a huge bonus. Definitely would recommend this shop.

The shop is great, but the layout isnt as inviting. I didnt even notice the lounge in the back of the store till my third visit. My personal opinion you should have to walk through the lounge area to get to the counter, would definitely draw more people into staying. That is my only con with Flavr Vapor lounge

The employees are really nice, with the exception of Gabe, he is a little weird. Overall this store is really good for beginners and for people who have been vaping for a long time and have made it a hobby. Check them out!!!

The people there were extremely help full. very nice, and the shop was clean. i mean its a cape shop so you dont mind it foggy, but they had the airflow going even though there was a nice amount of people just there to shop and taste the flavors.right off the bat as soon as walk in the employees there are extremely happy, theyre very helpful and they want to help you with anything. If you want to try flavors there is a separate theyre two separate lounge lounges there are two tables for 0 nicotine flavors, and then there are two more tables with eight chairs with flavors with nicotine in them. If youre there looking for different juices and you want to sit there and try them all there are I believe around eight or 10 different companies of e-juices with different flavors among them. They even have them color-coded so you know which kind youre trying and you dont have to search for it, they have the name of the juice on the tank. They have the disposable drip tip covers.They sell their kanthal by two dollars per 3 feet, its actually very convenient and cheaperI drove up to Lancaster from Pottstown, an hour and a half! it was a horrible drive, it was a little bit hard to find because they dont have a big sign out yet but I bet they will soonAfter being there for a while and in the middle of testing all the juices, they all started to blend together and I couldnt taste anything anymore , I didnt want to have to get in the car again and drive just to get a two dollar drink. I asked them for a bottle water and they brought my entire group bottles of water.once we were finally ready to check out, they helped us out with how long to steep each flavor, and since we bought a great deal of juices and things and stay there and communicated they had given us flavor vape rubber bracelet things.all in all it was an amazing time being at that shop. Everyone was helpful. And if it wasnt such a far drive I would probably go there every single time I need something but like I said it is an hour and a half away.A con that I have honestly is how the sign isnt really a sign its a banner, and that when a person in the group that I came up with had Bought a RTA, the package to the screwdrivers and extra rings that was in the box of the RTA that we bought had been opened and the Allen key that was with it was not the correct Allen key that is supposed to fit in the post screws, but it fit the extra screws that came in the bag with it. So I dont believe that it was the shops fault, it could have been a manufacture packaging fault- we didnt realize this until we got home, so we called and they told us that we can come in whenever we can and they will help us with get the right Allen key for it.Just another small con that I have is the placement of the shop, its in a shopping center where theres a lot of weird stores and you cant see it when you turn into the shopping center you kind of have to drive around and look for the sign which is a tiny banner and is just swallowed by the stores next to it signsOnce again though, great customer service, I would definitely got there constantly if it was my local shop. But its not & Im sad that its not haha.if youre looking for something to do on a day that youre bored definitely come up to the shop its very nice & worth the drive

Staff was very helpful as I was buying my first mod gave me some good advice. Selection of juice was great and you could sample the juice as you shoped. I will return for sure definitely recommend checking it out.

Ok service, uneductaed staff, very overpriced! flavr basically ripped off the same theme of local vape shops here in Lancaster, but they are missing the quality. Like everyone, they claim to have the best juices, but I would rate their juices 3/10. Very amateur, cheap wine type of product, either they havent been in biz too long or theyre just ignorant, well definitely ignorant! As an experienced vape enthusiast I was disappointed to have been given blatent wrong advice/information, when I called b.s. the staff argued their point of view, which I could only describe as laughable, I knew I would never go there again. Its sure ok to be wrong, but admit it! Dont waste your time with these bozos!Jonathan S.

The TV show Cheers had a great theme song called Where Everybody Knows Your Name. Thats Flavr Vape lounge. I like walking in to a place where I feel welcomed. I drive truck over the road, so Ive seen a number of vape shops. I can tell you, this place is tops in my book.Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wide range of products. Good prices. (Get on the mailing list for deals and discounts.) Cool room if youve got time to sit.I went in today to have them figure out a tank I bought out of town. Not only did they ficks it, they gave me $19 change my babymama left there last week.Thats class.

Great shop and staff, the employees know their vape juices and their capes, and sent relectant to devote a little time to make sure your experience is just right. Wont buy elsewhere now

, most worthless staff out of any vape shop in the area,not helpful at all, i called and they told me they had a part in needed in stock, when i arrived, they did not have it after all, and instead of just accpeting the mistake they tried to tell me no such thing exists, which it certainly does,this was my first visit in months a i have been less than impressed on prior visits, but now will never go again, the staff there dont even know about products that have been out for 3+ months they are more concerned with making sure they grab thier pen as soon as you go in, so you can see them hit thier vape pen, and standing around trying to look cool, but unless you know exactly what you want and what you are doing, dont even bother asking a question, i can almost assure you they wont have a clue.not to mention, the prices are higher than anyone else in the area,and the juice selection just sucks
