One of the best retail experiences one could hope for. Vaporizers the liquids, parts, the models the manufactures can be part very confusing and part subjective. The owners maintain a deep and practical knowledge of their products.They are incredibly professional and clearly care about providing you with the best experience possible.If you are not very near their location, I assure you it is worth going out of your way for.

If I could write a 0 star I would I just spent a $100 in there last night and and the product I bought isnt working properly and they wont exchange it because there is a little piece of paint missing on the side of it... So please dont waste your time nor your money going to this place

They must get a kick back for selling certain mods. I told them I vape heavy, they pushed an internal battery unit, said it lasts all day for heavy vapers. Also said it recharges in 10 minutes. Both were not true. They refused my return. Wouldnt let me exchange it either. Be more knowledgeable than me if you go here, dont rely on their info.

Went in and they were out of nicotine. Dude said he wasnt there all weekend and that it should be handled within an hour or so. Called back in an hour and the issue was resolved. I ask the same guy for a recommendation on salt nice, he was super knowledgeable, and sold me some juice that I seriously enjoy. 10/10 best vape shop in town. If youre going anywhere else youre wasting you time and money.

Bought a hyde vape from here, it worked in store but stopped working within an hour. Called into the store and was informed nothing they could do or would do. Even asked if they would at least discount a new one, to which they replied no discounts or refunds. Will not return to this store. They dont even have a nice selection

It mayyy be slightly bias. But to keep it real & honest... this shop is super clean and extremely helpful & friendly! They usually have what I need and if they dont.. they definitely do their best to get it in stock.

1 very helpful young man the other one not so much, bought a geek vape Aegis, supposed to be almost indestructible, within a month tank had crack, went in was told need new filter, within 6 weeks of purchasing won’t take charge, was told battery, bought a new one, it didn’t solve problem went back again and told sorry warranty is up…… no was not dropped or damaged but defective and bought juice that was supposed to be the same but it was different each time, am now going a mile down the road!

This is one of the best vape shops I’ve ever gone to!!! I’m from Columbus and have experienced many vape shops most of which I would consider pretentious with unsatisfactory customer service.The employee at the Lancaster location was awesome- Super friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot like most vape shop employees! Shout out to whoever sold me the geek Vape mod on Saturday the 13th! I will be back!!! Give the man a raise!!!!

Dont shop here they dont stand behind there products and one employee will tell you one thing then basically lie about what they said. Bunch of kids who think they know what there talking about very low knowledge about vaping and vape products. I think they sell clone and counterfeit products and try to pass them off as name brand.Dont waste your time go to Uprite vapor instead

Beware Elf Box its not a Elf Bar (new name will be EB Design) just bought an elf box and it is already burnt.

My one and only place for my vaping needs definitely come check these folks out they are courteous professional and they got it going they smoked my mind!!
