This is the best smoke shop in the area and the employees are really great.

Best customer service, products, and prices! Ive been looking for a new dab rig to use with my MiniNail for almost a year. Saw this beautiful Illuminati chromatic recycle and fell in love, but was worried about clearances fur MiniNail. The salesperson let me place an in store erig to confirm kit and I purchased. Best of all they only charged $149 when its $225 from website. Side note I also purchased a cool 14mm bowl for my beaker, and mentioned being in the market for something with dual honeycomb Percs. When she saw they had none I appreciated not being pushed to something I didnt want.

Got 3 puff bars from the shop. We got home I noticed all 3 packages were different. I looked the validation codes up to ensure they were real. And just as I figured they were all counterfeit

And they have better natural wraps then a lot places.I enjoy smoking on their goji berry cones.I love their local art and glassThey have amazing t shirts aswell.If your spiritual or have an interest in metaphysical things they do have a small section for that aswellI totally recommend visiting this shop one day to anyone🥰

The shop was cool. Had some cool pieces here but I feel like I wasnt too impressed with the selection. Also, while we were there the people working were having a conversation with someone who was just hanging out and it was a little difficult to get questions answered. They seemed really nice though.

I don’t usually review places, but these are very nice and helpful people. I stopped in looking for a cheap battery, and the Guy working the counter was Super Helpful and very friendly. They have all kinds of Glass at Very reasonable prices. They have my Business!

I went here looking for information about different products and was impressed with the knowledge of the staff. They took time to explain the difference in the products and help me make an informed decision about the product I ended up purchasing. Kudos to the staff!!

Customer service is 5 stars at this place but the selection is a little low and the pricing is a little high. Although I purchased a pipe from them and the guy showed me one that was better for only five bucks more and said hed throw in 3 packs of screens if I wanted this nicer one. He claimed I could drop it (maybe not on hard concrete) on tile and it wouldnt break. He was correct. Ive dropped it multiple times on my tile floor and its holding strong. Really nice people in there.

This is a great place to visit. They have a wide variety of glass, as well as clothing, vaporizers, e-juice, incense, etc.. The staff is very friendly, but their best asset is by far Jesse. Ive never met someone so passionate and knowledgeable about the products and industry. Its never a high pressure sale, but more of a fun education with an option to buy. Oh and he happens to save lives.

The people at this Asylum treated me with respect, joked around with me because I was having a hard time picking out just what I wanted, and they were extremely helpful and insightful! They also have almost all American made glass, which is awesome!My only complaint whenever I go in here is some of the prices. Most of it is moderately priced, but, some of it is a bit up there. Thats with any glass selling place though.

Staff is friendly and seem to have basic knowledge of the products being sold. Kratom prices arent bad. Highly recommend a visit! Variety of cool products no matter what your budget. Ha FYI. Not a paid goober. Just a goober customer .

They have awesome glass pieces! They are really beautiful works of art that just caught my eye. They grabbed me with their attractive display and just had me. It was like a mini gallery. I can appreciate ALL kinds of art!

They were out of the particular product I was looking for..no biggie it happens .. However the staff was awesome and the selection of hands pipes and water pipes was amazing ! They also have every thing for your concentrate needs. Ive been to hundreds of headshops but this one almost felt like a museum.. A piece for anyone and everyone..no matter what budget!

Tried this place because of my normal place being closed. Great selection and they have something for every price range. The chick that works there is super sweet and knowledgeable. I didnt catch her name but she helped me find the place and find what I needed when I got there. Definitely recommend. The customer service alone is enough to make the trip.

The staff is always so friendly when I go here. Any questions I have about anything they are more than happy to answer for me. Even when I ask a million and one questions about every single item! The kava is delicious, the tea is always brewed fresh and the environment is so inviting. Everything is always clean and displayed clearly! I love the two ladies who work up front Krystal and Tamara. Stopped in to the store on Ulmerton yesterday and there were 3 employees, 2 customers. Me and a young woman. 2 were helping her and 1 was stocking shelves. She said hello and went back to stocking.I looked around and when I wanted to look at some pipes because I couldnt see the prices.I stood there looking around and was ignored for a couple of minutes. So instead of spending the $100 there,I took it elsewhere. They do have a great selection of glass but their employees suck!

Great prices for everything you may need, the staff spent a considerable amount of time helping me get a multiple pieces. Discounts for medical patients was a huge plus. Skip the other shops around the area, this should be your first stop!

I was sold a faulty product, and on the same day, about 2 hours after the purchase attempted to replace the product, they refuse to, due to their policy... well I find it very awful to sell faulty products and not care to have your customers satisfied since they literally threw money away in your so called “establishment”. Not the first time I got a product from here and wasn’t satisfied, in both the cases the staff just didn’t care enough to check their products before allowing the customer to leave...

Very professional and knowledgeable. Incredible variety of top quality everything you can need or want to enhance your smoking experience. Big assortment of goodies for concentrates. Tons of stuff for your vaping pleasure too. Id give it 5 stars if I felt they had great prices. Then again, I do get a lot of my stuff online. But these folks are very competitive in the local smoke shop market. Very conveniently located on Ulmerton Rd. Its in a little shopping center on the north side of the road. Theres a gun shop next door. Incense, posters, etc... its a big shop. If it were more convenient for me, this would be my to go shop.

The best place in town to get your smoking supplies. The staff is amazing: professional, friendly, helpful, and above all willing to educate consumers on the health benefits of their botanical drinks! I strongly recommend the Kava drink. Remember to ask for your military / veterans discount!

Walked in, had a short conversation with the shopkeep, got exactly the pipe I was looking for and was out in under five minutes. This place has a great selection and Ive never felt the least bit uncomfortable in the shop.

This little smoke shop has all your tobacco needs! They have nice little tobacco pipes ranging in size from Big to small and they are all decently priced! I tell some of my friends to go here if they ever want a tobacco pipe that is made nicely

I had gone here for years for any of my needs as they have good prices and good selection but over the last 6 months, they have continuously gone down hill in customer services and employee stream lining. On multiple occasions ive had employees argue with each other about their policies and how to handle a situations in front of customers. I went in on a Tuesday and was told that they couldnt help me with a warrenty on a product that wasnt working after 22 days. On Wednesday, the next day, i went in to buy a different brand and a different worker did the warranty and replaced the product on the spot and told me the other worker was in a bad mood and didnt want to do her job. Her words, not mine! A few weeks later, i was going in for my monthly purchases, and that same worker sold the same product to someone and told them the exact opposite thing she told me weeks before. I orginally gave them 5 stars but recently i had to drop it to a 2 for good selections and price, but 1 star for their staff and how unprofessional they are. I would stay clear of this location and go to their 49th street location for good prices and respectable employees. Dont be lied to by employees who dont care about their jobs...

I picked up a tank, for my vape and a nectar collector, for my girlfriend. They have a decent variety, their prices were reasonable, and the staff was very helpful! I will definitely shop there again.

Unpleasant experience, nasty customer service. Not worth my time when there is a bigger competitors down the street that sell authentic and sterile products at a lower cost. I would give 0 star but is not possible. Most not willing to use products made in a bath tub . The other comments with 4 and 5 stars are employees or family members of the owner acting like customers to help boost their reviews in a fraudulent way

I just left Asylum for the first time and Ciara and Monica both ensured that I WILL be a repeat customer 💪🏽Both ladies were not only knowledgable on the products but the company policies as well. The music was a whole vibe and so were these ladies 💯

HUGEEE selection! They even have a local made selection. Staff if super friendly and knowledgeable(not just the fake stuff some places read online and pretend their part of the industry). Authentic owned and run shop! I have been multiple times and never left anything less than pleased! Very clean and professional as well.

Tea was ok it did taste good. But yet all 3 times i tryed your kratom it left a dirt after taste. When i asked why it was tasting this way i just got a shrug and an i dont know. I have had kratom at lots of diffrent locations and never had that issuse. I gave you three diffrent chance and it still tasted awful. Never again.

Its a smoke shop that sells things pertaining to vaping, hence why I started visiting. People there are chill and will actually talk to you, not just push items on you. With atmosphere, personality and a decent selection, this is a great place. If youre into smoke shops even if you dont vape, this is probably where you want to be. Tons of accessories and selection.
