First time to treat myself to a facial. I really enjoyed it! She was very sweet and informative. My skin felt fresh and renewed! After I had an appointment with Dr.V for my neck/shoulder pain. Highly recommend!

This spa is very inviting and the staff are so accommodating. I do not have one complaint from my massage visit. The beautiful, relaxing ambiance and polite staff made coming here even better. Bren is a godsend and helped me greatly with all my muscle aches. I can’t wait to go back, possibly explore the chiropractics, and force my husband to go.

I’ve been going to this place for years now. Dr. V is amazing and the massage therapists are top notch. It’s easy to get an appointment and the entire staff is welcoming and friendly.

Been going to Dr V. For about 5 years and I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience! He’s very informative, listens to your concerns/areas of pain, and doesn’t try to push products or services off on his patients. Best of all he will get you feeling like you’re in your teens again after he makes all the necessary adjustments. This is one dr office visits I look forward to! Also he talks football while turning me into a human pretzel so it makes it a little less awkward. I’ve recommended this place to everyone I’ve come in contact with that has had pain/discomfort in their neck, back, legs, shoulders, feet…….truly a miracle worker!

Very sweet staff and a very relaxing environment. But, if you are going to get a prenatal massage this is not the place for you. I booked a 50 minute massage and filled out paperwork asking about any problem areas (which I said was on my back under my shoulder blade and my neck) but when it came down to the massage they did not target those areas or give any special attention to them. It felt like a standard routine massage they would get out of a book. (Why ask if thats what youre gonna give anyways.) overall sweet staff, but my back still hurts.... p.s I know pregnancy massages are a little stricter than regular massages, but the area I wanted targeted was not a risky area. 30 weeks pregnant btw!

Loved this place. My first chiropractor. My insurance changed. I drove 32 miles to use this excellent place. I wasnt going to let just anyone play around with my neck and back. I did research of calling and visiting locations for a full year and he was located then off hwy45. This place was a ⅓ the size when I first went so you know he has forever clients who swear by him and bring friends. I only give 5 stars when my expectations are more than exceeded. This is a necessary stop to continue moving and feeling younger.

My husband has been going to Dr. Vazquez’s office for a few years now and they both have encouraged me to try his spa. I don’t normally partake in this level of beauty services but our wedding ceremony is coming up in November and so I decided to upgrade my skincare regimen. There is a place in Midtown that I absolutely love, but I figured it would be worth a shot to try the spa here since it’s local and my husband has had good things to say about his chiropractic care.I called on a Friday and told the lady on the phone (I think her name was Virginia) that I wanted to schedule one 30-minute facial. She tried to upsell me to a longer facial on the phone and I told her no and that I’d had bad experiences with facials before and I wanted to have a basic facial to confirm that my skin would agree with their products before I made any official treatment plans with our wedding so close in the near future. I come in the following Monday morning and the aesthetician starts looking at my skin and recommending all of these other facials to me, so I tell her I’m confused because I asked for a 30 minute facial and I had only planned to have that particular facial done today. The aesthetician goes back to check the schedule. Turns out that the admin at the front desk only scheduled me for a consultation. The same lady I spoke to on the phone Friday was there Monday morning. When the aesthetician pointed out what happened the admin offered no apology or any accountability whatsoever for what she had done. I appreciate the aesthetician trying to fix the problem by offering a free add on for next time, but I had avoided going to the tanning bed for days in anticipation of this facial and tanning memberships are not cheap. Now my skincare schedule is all messed up between tanning, waxing and facials.When I call and tell you exactly what I want, you tell me I need something else, I redirect the conversation back to what I originally asked for and you still schedule me for a consult, it looks like deceptive sales tactics. I had planned on following a skincare regimen with this place until after our wedding in November but now I don’t even trust the front desk to listen to my needs on the phone and schedule the right appointment. I was really hoping this place would give me a different experience. I guess I’ll be driving all the way to Midtown where the admins are more competent and I know for certain that their products work.

Dr. V is such a  professional and thorough chiropractor. His clinical knowledge is outstanding and he is also very compassionate and caring in all aspects of healthcare.  He is motivating to help his patients achieve a level of wellness that focuses on quality of life. His entire staff are amazing at all they do.You guys ROCK at what you do! 😎Thank you for your care.

Dr Vasquez has help me with pain issues by doing acupuncture. Its absolutely amazing after three visits my sciatica nerve pain was gone. His staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr V. to all family and friends.

He takes care of his patients and listens to their issues so he can them treat properly.If you are looking for a massage, look no further. The masseuse listens to your troubles and helps smooth out any issues you may have. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed!

Dr AJ V. has given me chiropractic care for several years, fixing various issues. Today took the cake! I gave wifey and my 20 yo girl massage gift certificates and they finally used them! Now Im getting bombarded with requests for more massage gift card time for birthdays, Christmas, and because its a day ending in Y. This was probably the best gift Ive ever given :) I highly recommend the gift cards as an option.

I highly recommend Dr. Vazquez and his team. I was having serious problems with my left leg nerves and my neurosurgeon said that I needed surgery, but after a few months of treatments and therapy with Dr. Vazquez, my leg is almost back to normal. Needless to say that I havent been back to see the neurosurgeon. It was either a surgery or try Dr. Vazquez after a friend recommended him and Im glad I chose to see him. Hes very friendly and courteous and his staff is superb. The massage therapists are all very professional and well-trained. The couples massages are wonderful!

In 1997 Andrea created South Shore Professional Massage Center. I was fortunate to be the next owner in 2001 with the transition to South Shore Spa. We were also a training facility for continuing education for the entire team and others under a wonderful instructor Hugh from the local Chiropractic School. I was so proud of my team for winning awards for impeccable techniques and services, seven years straight. Creating relationships with all the local hotels, S.S. Resort and Conference Center, NASA, sponsorships with the community and being the go to place for a very famous clientele from the music and film industry. In 2007, I gave AJ an opportunity to have a free room to see if Chiropractic services would be a good fit in my expansion, everyone loved AJ and The Spa and Wellness Center was born. A short time later, AJ became the new owner. We were the first Massage Center, first Spa and I created the first Wellness Center in the area.

Dr. Vazquez has an excellent bedside manner. His staff always goes the extra mile to make sure that I get the treatment that I need. They have excellent massage therapists and a wide variety of supplements. I highly recommend the Spa and Wellness Center.

Awesome place with great customer service! Dr. V is kind and has helped me work through my lower back pain as well as routine adjustments. Massages are also very helpful and affordable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot recommend this place enoug. Dr.Vazquez is smart, talented and caring. The only Dr I keep cards on handy to give out. I have chronic pain and Could not do all that I do without him. Also, Raney and Brent are amazingly gifted massage therapists with beautiful personalities as well.

I received a facial from Paige! It was my first facial so I was a little nervous, but it was an amazing experience. I loved the results and will definitely be going back.

The Spa & Wellness Center is a great place to go for a massage or facial or a Chiropractor adjustment with Dr. V! I have received many wonderful massages at The Spa & Wellness Center and theyre affordable! I would highly recommend this spa to anyone!
