High End Smoke

Shop is super nice and clean but mostly impressed with Russ. Super cool guy and also took the time to educate on what the shop offers. Russ is super friendly (having friendly employees is a hot commodity and rare in smoke shops). Needless to say, I’m from Northern Houston visiting down here and Russ really set the precedence of how a shop like this is supposed to be run. Very impressed.

Huge shout-out to Russ. Made me feel right at home my first time at this shop today, like Ive been a customer all my life. Excellent recommendation on some thca hemp flower. The selection was great and the price was also the best Ive seen in this area so far. I dont recommend going online. This is the best way, to see in person what you are getting. Zero doubts about quality or shipping and the same or better pricing.

The shop is good. Good selection. Reasonable prices. What sets it apart though is Russ. He will make conversation, recommend products, and explain things without making you feel like an idiot which I appreciate as that isnt always the case at some smoke shops. So many smoke shops around but because of Russ I will only go here.

Just moved to the area, and High End is definitely my go to for my needs. Russ made me feel like a local from the start while still keeping it professional. My normal brands were unavailable, I just gave Russ a brief description of what I was looking for and he pointed out several options in each category with pros and cons of different products. Everything he mentioned about the products I chose were spot on.

Russ was an excellent help. I got the strawberry kiwi puff bar and it was good 👍🏼 decent selection of disposable e-cigs and vaporizers. Good location and quick, efficient service 🙂

The customer service there has always been great, the fact that I can ask recommendations and get a legit answer is awesome!

Russ was excellent, he made great recommendations and let me know of all the sales they had, and set me up with the loyalty card that I’ll definitely be back to use.

Recently moved out here close and nice experience every trip. Casually browsing and very knowledgeable staff. Great products and cool stamp card that definitely has a retro feel vs the digital memberships.

A wide variety of products. Chances are you will find what you are looking for. Very unique glassware! Russ the salesman provided excellent service and was very friendly. Had a great experience at High End Smoke Shop, Russ helped me select a vapor device and Im very pleased with my selection. I asked a lot of questions and Russ was very patient and knowledgeable.

Only went to this place cause it was closest smoke shop to me I normally go to mr smoke in Webster if you want a good price on any type of ooze pen etc steer clear of this place I get the same brand same packaging for 13$ at Mr smoke this guy is selling them for 30$ a pop and I was so shocked I was like wow that super expensive every where else is much cheaper and the guy told me to go get it from them then if it’s too expensive. So long story short place is over priced who ever works in there is very rude and has no type of customer service skills and should work on how he talks to customers. Unprofessional.

Very helpful and informative. I had an issue with a leak, brought it in and she took care of me quickly and without hassle. Highly recommend. They’re a tad bit more expensive than online, but you aren’t always guaranteed to get high quality by ordering online....I’d rather hold and physically see something that I’m contemplating purchasing. Any who....great place!

For Adria: For the longest time this was my go to shop, but I went in yesterday to get bottle of cbd, not the cheap one either. It was $110 an the lady behind the counter screwed my lid back on, when I went to put it in my bag it fell over an the cap came off an instead of giving me a new bottle they said it’s not there fault so if you go in to the shop don’t let the lady touch your stuff (abossay is cool though)(sometimes)

Just moved into town. I’m a huge fan of vaping but they charge way too much for vapes. They have a decent selection on the pipes but there was a weird musty smell to the place when I walked in. Also had some weird music playing in the background. The ppl working there are helpful but can get pushy at times. Overall, wasn’t a huge fan of this place.

I bought a few non nicotine vape pens. One didnt work so I went back..she told me they were out but they had ordered more. I went back a few days later..the same lady told me they were not getting anymore in so I asked for my money back...she said she couldnt do that and that I should have tried it before I left the store. I asked for the owners name..she called a manager but he was busy. This store does not stand behind what they sell.

Beautiful shop reminds me of the old fashioned candy stores! They have great CBD products that are great for sleep and back and knee pain!
