Great ownership and very knowledgeable! He uses his own products, so therefore he knows what he’s selling. Not too many places have that.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! I accidently dropped money on the floor and called the next day. Owner had reviewed camera footage and had my money waiting for me!

Customer service was excellent! I live in the back of the neighborhood and the location is also super convenient. Worth a shot for any vape or tobacco needs!

Wish there was a zero star! Bought a battery 2 days ago and screw fell out of atomizer. He stated “it looks like it was dug at” showed me what I was expecting to see as scratches and proof of digging. No it was the hole which was slightly different then the others. Of which could have happen there as they don’t even sell it with a box or charger, there were no scratches at all( probably because it was not dug at). My comment was “why would I dig at it?! makes no sense why a person would need to dig at it” he told me “the best he could do was give me a discount to buy another” (most people would swap it out after only TWO DAYS) horrible customer service. I spent 21 for a battery for 2 days- why the heck would a person dig at a device they are using?! Had he tried to fix the situation instead of automatically assuming I dug at it he would have been told it said “no atomizer” when trying to switch cartridge. Will not return! Should of Stuck with vape king they have the BEST customer care, only came to this store because its right outside my neighborhood and I wanted to see if it was worth it. NOPE! Appearance isn’t everything and shouldn’t count for reviews!……upon doing my research on the device the atomizer has had issues. I’ll agree the store is nicely shelved however out of the three times I been in, and the three people I dealt with. This guy today was the worse!

Large selection of cigars, vapes, cbd, etc! The owner is a very kind man who doesnt treat you as a transaction. He takes the time to listen and help find what you need. He offered suggestions and great knowledge on all products. I will definitely return! He is the example of what a great business owner should be!

A beautiful interior look and feel. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They are coming from the east coast and have new product lines like ZaZa pens and carts and creams that are not available here!!!
