Do not purchase glass from here. It is all extremely cheap and overpriced. If you do purchase glass, make sure to inspect thoroughly before taking home. The bowl for the piece was cracked on the stem. The bong itself does not function properly. Two percolators in the piece and only one works. I brought it back only a couple hours after purchasing and they couldn’t even tell me no, just sorry. I was willing to pay the difference for a liver piece from them but they denied that as well. $150 piece that functions like $60 beaker. They also did not mention that it is buy as you see it or their return policy, which does not exist.I have always liked coming to Smoke Tokz for other smoking needs, so it is sad they are not more accommodating to the people who support them.P.S. I did not use the piece, I only filled it with water and that is when I could tell the top chamber does not hold water ergo the top percolator would not function and where the bowl sits, would overflow with water.***Edit***Manager was able to help us out, told us to come by the shop the next day to exchange the piece with something of equal value. Took this offer up and am happy with the exchange.4 stars b/c while the manager was awesome and caring, the two employees we interacted with face to face did not seem to care about customer service or their product & sales.

I love this place and Vina especially! Very family oriented people and their products are eye catching, it even smells so good and the vibe and the music here are 100. Always coming back to this place. Overall, the best shop in all over Missouri and Kansas City Detroit area hands down!!

Karson is quite an excellent salesperson, and genuinely cared about setting me up the right way. I will keep returning as long as Karson is working for Smoke Tokz. Good guy. Good vibes.

Bought a disposable, left and first hit started burning the coil came back and they wouldnt switch it out. I get the policy but there are times when stuff over rules a policy that was only in place to prohibit people from stealing. The customer service is terrible, wouldnt buy anything here again.

Went in to get a Quick Fix Plus & asked the lady if I can see the box, I pointed it out & she didn’t take it off the shelf. Then asked her whats the difference between the UPASS & The Quick Fix so I can see the comparison. She read it for herself not out loud for me to hear or even gave me a chance to touch the box until I made a purchase. I’ve never been to a smoke shop where I asked for an item & don’t even get a chance to check it out for myself.

Right off of the bat, good and clean atmosphere. Ram was the only employee working but was super friendly and professional. He knew the products (I was there to buy disposable vape) and gave not only his professional view but personal view as well. Very personable and courteous, I almost felt like I was visiting a friend. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. Thank you Ram

Love this place!!! Literally some of the most up to date products in town and very friendly service. The best part about it is the customers are eager to educate someone that doesn’t r know much ie. ME!

Horrible Customer Service. The guy acted like we were bothering him with questions. Horrible attitude. We were the only customers in the store. High prices also when he finally told us prices with a tude. I hope he isnt the owner. Visited on 6/13/22 approx noon ish. We walked out and went to Vapor Mavern which I highly recommend!

I loved the Place.You guys carry a lot of cool stuff.Especially Ram he is soo cool I like the way he explains about every product.Always choose the best for me everytime I visit.

Horrible service and long wait. I sat there for about 15 minutes while the girl that was working helped someone and just chatted for about 10 minutes after he finished paying. this smoke shop is super unprofessional and not a place I will ever recommend to someone. They really need to look into getting new employees especially the girl with dyed hair.

Cashier very unprofessional,Called me customer an idiot said I look a mess , made a phone call at register speaking in her language while customer waited to receive products was literally arguing with me being rude hateful n mean that’s why she went to social media to harass me pathetic n I will b suing you!

The best vape shop in the area. They got products ranging from cheap to expensive ones and all them are of good quality and top products in the market. Huge selection of e juices, mods and vaporizers. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store is really clean and well organized. Definitely coming back again.
