Made a same day appointment with Grace for a signature facial. She was fantastic throughout the entire process. I left with my face feeling clean, fresh and clear. Even made a purchase of the exfoliator Grace used on me.

I have seen Sammy for my hair and she did an amazing job on my cut and color. Very professional and she KNOWS color. She fixed what the last stylist did to my hair.Front desk Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Always coffee and water available. Quick check out and just gives me a happy I want to come back feeling .Grace did my waxing for me today and she is fabulous. She used the hard wax that doesn’t hurt at all. Very professional and makes sure you feel comfortable with the result.I have found my happy place ❤️!

I was nervous to get my hair cut, because I havent had a professional cut or style in over 10 years! But Lauryn was absolutely amazing, she is so sweet and gave me great recommendations for my hair. She did a phenomenal job, and I am SO happy with it!! I appreciate her making me feel confident, and will definitely book her for my next appointment.

They were so accommodating! My wedding day morning had a bumpy start but they were all so kind and helpful. And my stylist Lauryn was amazing!!!!! I didn’t do a trial for my bridal hair and she knocked it out of the park and is so good at what she does! I will be back to see her and for the awesome staff.

I scheduled an appointment for a haircut and color. When I came in, they claimed I only asked for a haircut (been going here for 2 years and always get a haircut and color). They tried to get me to book another appointment since my stylist left. Will never be going to this hair salon again!

Lauryn was genuinely so sweet! I came in because I had the absolute worst color put in my hair that has made me not wanting to leave my house. She treated me with so much kindness and made feel so validated in my concerns of my hair. She offered me so many options to be able to fix my hair and I could tell she was working hard to make sure I ended up happy and confident. She even went as far as finding me time in her books this upcoming week to work on it! So so impressed by her and the salon!!!!

My mom and I had gift certificates and the experience was great! Making appointments was easy to do online. I got a mani/pedi and my mom got haircut and manicure. The pedicure and manicures were both relaxing and well done. The haircut and style were perfect and a good fit. Great service!

I have been getting spray tans from you guys for years and i always love them!!! but this time the bottom of my feet turned green (kinda like a penny green) i asked my friend who went earlier today for a spray tan and the same thing happened to her. i feel like it might be because i had my spray tan in the shower but like i said this is the first time this had happened!! but other then my feet my spray tan looks amazing already

I made an appointment for a lash lift and did not see results and they still charged meThey told me pay now and the next time it would be free, and the next day they spoke to tell me that they charge me even though my eyelashes did not fit well.They are very unfair because they did not do their job well and still charged!! I pay $85 for a mess 😔

I went in to have my hair and makeup done for our family photos. My appointment was with Bridget and she was wonderful! My hair and makeup turned out great, and she is very personable. I would definitely go back in the future!

I’m usually not one to complain, ever.But…. I have no idea who did my massage because she didn’t tell me her name. The room was cold. The lotions were FREEZING. The room had NO aroma smell. The pressure of the massage was very little to none (she only asked me about it right when she got started).After the massage (no robe… just dress and undress in the room), I was greeted in the hallway with a glass of water and RUSHED to the front desk. No “sit and relax”, no checking my makeup in a mirror, no using the restroom. Plus I had to chug my water because it was in a (glass) glass.I had been looking forward to this massage for several weeks (that’s how long it took me to get in) and was disappointed. ☹️

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for eyebrow wax!! I went yesterday to get my eyebrows done and THE LADY WAXED HALF OF MY EYEBROW OFF. Very traumatic. Nobody helped me. After this I went to Ulta to buy eyebrow products to try to fix it. Now Im trying to learn how to draw half of my eyebrow.

Bridgett was friendly and professional; I received an excellent cut - very happy with the outcome. Atmosphere was very pleasant - not noisy. I will return and have scheduled another appointment.

Not the spa to go to for a bridal party/event they do not have the personnel to cover needs and do not do them in doubles only one at a time- was given 2 weeks notice after having a booking since May that they had employees “walk out” and could no longer accommodate us with facials and massages so we got 30 mins each and was unable to choose our service- and was given “the basic quick services” no discount provided due to inconvenience or anything. The LMT they do have is great and she does a fantastic job at massage!! However, the ladies up front didn’t know what was really going on at times and got our names/services wrong it was all pretty messy since booking. Unfortunately, we with a last min notice like that we couldn’t schedule at any other spa in town because they were fully booked being we had made this months earlier to come here for the availability reason…owner stated that we were given “2 weeks notice of the issues/changes so we could of cancelled therefore we weren’t getting a discount”…. You need hair or spray tans then your good to go…

I got my hair done here as part of a bridal party. They had a lot of hairstylist working so they were able to take a big wedding party and get us and in and out quickly which was really nice. They did a good job with everyone’s hair but a lot of people’s updo or curls had fallen out within a couple of hours. My hair holds curls really well but the curls had fallen out before the ceremony even started and I had to recurl my hair on my own. When I have gotten my hair done for weddings at other salons my updo or curls had barely moved by the end of the night so i was disappointed with my hair for this event and was not happy with how my hair looked in pictures.

Do NOT get a pedicure here. First of all, I have been pondering whether or not to write a review and to even call the salon to express how dissatisfied I was with my pedicure, but here I am. I feel as though this post is absolutely warranted. I have gotten my hair done at Tranquility for years and have always had a great experience, so I figured I would book a pedicure because I wanted a spa experience and to be more pampered than I would at a typical nail salon. However, that was the exact opposite. Not only was I not aware, nor TOLD that their pedicures are DRY pedicures, but their services are extremely limited. The girl who did my nails was very sweet and I could tell was very young. She was 18 years old and just started working there in April she said. As she began my pedicure, which lasted a total of 45 minutes and included shellac (which was an addition $10 charge), I knew this was going to be a less than pleasant experience. My feet were rubbed down with lotion, than an exfoliant, then lotion again. That was it. She filed my nails but did NOT trim my cuticles, do any kind of foot massage, or callus removal that was note worthy to say the least. I saw the tools that were used for trimming my cuticles and dead skin around each nail bed laying right there and asked if she was going to use it and her response was “oh no, that is like a safety hazard” and I said “oh, well if you’re not comfortable using it then that’s ok”. What?!! I did not want the situation to be more uncomfortable than it already was so I let her proceed. She started painting my nails and I asked if she was going use the callus removal tool AS she started painting my nails and she said “oh sure” …and that experience was less than delightful. I could have done a better job myself. Overall, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. The polish was terrible as well as it bled over onto my skin and cuticles as well. Not very clean at all. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere and I do not discredit the girl at all, I still tipped her after it was all said and done, however I feel like she needs alot more training and Tranquility should not be allowed to get away with charging $70 for a shellac SPA pedicure when the price merely constitutes for MAYBE a $25 pedicure. Sadly, I will never go back for a pedicure there.

I had a botched haircut at a different salon, and I came to Tranquility to get it fixed. The only way to make the previous cut work was to give me front bangs. My stylist was very understanding and tried to explore all my options with me before we came to this conclusion. She also took the time to show me the best ways to style my new hair. I will absolutely be returning here for the rest of my time in Lincoln.

I have gotten multiple spray tan packages here before and had EXCELLENT service. If you need one this is the place to go! Easy to get in and natural looking.

The massage is so great but do not under any circumstances get a mani or pedi here. They do nothing to prep your nails. No buffing, cuticle trimming, etc. The paint job looks so bad. It doesn’t touch my cuticles, or the sides of my nails, and it’s streaky. It was a complete waste of money. I just got them done and I’m ready to go to Mindy’s and get them redone. It’s bad. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wish I could get every dime back :(

I had a hair cut here years ago & the experience was so bad just occasionally driving past this place makes my skin crawl. I dont recommend! At the time I had long hair & brought in a picture of a cute pixie cut hair style I wanted. The lady that started on my hair was new but she was taking her time & doing a good job. About 35 minutes into the haircut her co worker butted in & told her she was too slow & she wanted to leave the salon on time (it was Friday evening) the other stylist took a glance at my style picture & processed to quickly ruin my hair! I came out with the worst bowl cut looking thing ever!!! Had to wear a hat for months while I waited for my hair to grow back out! Zero stars run away from this place fast. Its a boujee looking place but the lack of professionals is no good.

The staff are nice and professional. The place is beautiful and clean as whistle. And relatively speaking if you buy a package its not very expensive. I would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend this to anyone especially as a birthday/anniversary gift.

Love the atmosphere at tranquility. Such a treat to go there even though I go every 6 weeks to see Maisie who is amazing. She started coloring my hair a while back and my color is gorgeous. Also she’s the first hairdresser where I don’t have to go home and restyle and or “edit” the cut with my own scissors. I leave her chair and ready to go anywhere. ❤️❤️❤️

I had never had a massage before, Fernando was great! He explained the process as he went, and noted what parts of my body were tense. He even recommended follow up options.He made feel very comfortable.The establishment was very clean and well kept.I was in a couple of weeks ago and they were requiring masks. I had one, but had I not had one, they were selling masks for about $1.I will definitely be going back.

I showed the stylist the kind of highlights I wanted and it came out darker than then the picture. Not real happy.

The massage was amazing. Itd be 5 stars if thats all I had done. However, my mani/pedi looks like a child did it. There are gaps around all the edges and I just got home and it is already chipping. The lady who did it was very nice though

I expected a high quality experience when I chose Tranquillity for my haircut. Don’t get me wrong, my stylist (Sydney) was great and she was talented at her craft. But I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the interior. It seemed worn and run down. My guess is that a year of COVID affected the establishment as well as the employees. However for the cost it just was not worth it. The young woman who checked me out (I do not recall her name, but she had a butterfly tattoo on her finger) was kind and engaging.

Kelcie did a great job and my daughter is so happy with her hair.

I’ve always had great experiences- but I do not recommend the blowouts. I expected a typical voluminous blowout with the flip at the end of my hair. But it ended up a simple wash and blow dry. So my hair looks the exact same as before I came in just with a lot more sticky gross texture spray. Also per the website info and my phone call I was expecting a $30 blowout special and they charged me $45 for hair that I ended up washing again as soon as I got home. I asked the front desk about the price difference and they gave me no clear reason why and said they would check out what the website says. Just kind of rude and left upset

We are new to the area and I decided to check this salon out. My son was the guinea pig for this trip.The salon is beautiful looking and your impression is that you will be treated well. Wrong!!!!We arrived for my sons appointment a few minutes early and we were the only ones there besides the staff. I had to wait for them to finish what they were doing on the computer before I was helped and there was 3 people behind the counter. I was ignored and not offered anything to drink such as water but she was busy chatting with her coworker. 🙄We finally go back for his appointment and the stylist barely says anything to us. After she is done we followed her to the register to pay. Again barely any words from the receptionist and zero words from the stylist.The whole experience of being in that salon was awful. I will never return there. They sell a special line of product that I use and I still wouldn’t step foot in there just to buy the product.This is a very cold place.

I have been going to Tranquillity Spa for several years now, I am always greeted with a smile and offered coffee or flavored water. The stylist are all very knowledgeable and offer me different options when Im telling them what hair style/colors I want to do. I am currently seeing Rylie as my stylist and she is amazing, (Highly recommend her).I have had several of their spa treatments (message by Fernando, fascial by Nicole, and the new dry pedicures) they are great!!!!!To top off the experience the spa building and whole spa vibe is amazing. Very Relaxing!!They get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars from me.

I saw Fernando for a prenatal massage this evening and it was so peaceful. I am 33 weeks pregnant and experiencing a lot of back pain, he applied the perfect pressure, treating me with a lot of consideration but not like Im too fragile to receive a deep muscle massage. He was able to relieve a lot of tension. I highly recommend his services.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. didnt have a preferred stylist so just took the plunge with whoever was available. This place is so appealing to look at. I felt really underdressed in my gym clothes. They did SUCH an amazing job. so accommodating. they have Coffee or water available. My stylist did an awesome job of clarifying exactly what I wanted and helping me decide what would look best. my hair came out a smooth ombre and totally blended, not streaky or chunky at all. I struggled finding a salon in Lincoln that I loved but this is it. this is the one.

I bought my wife a gift certificate here for a pedicure and manicure. Finger nail polish lasted 4 days and began peeling. Toe nail polish Is about half gone. Never again.

When it comes to waxing, facials, or manicures/pedicures, Cassie Suiter is your girl. I’ve been seeing her now for the better part of two years and am so happy to have found her after a few bad experiences at a couple other salons in town. She’s friendly, detailed, professional, and just an all around sweetheart.

I got my hair done here and it was completely streaky. It looked like I got a ton of thick highlights all over. My hair looked more natural before I went in than after. I had them redo my hair and all they did was make it worse. I now have about 3 inches of dark brown hair that does not fade well into blonde hair.The lady who did my hair, Katie Vogt, said to me as she was doing my hair, Its not what you know, its who you know. I babysat the bosss kids! Totally unprofessional and by the way she did my hair, she is not qualified to dye hair. Then, Emily Coughlin was sent in to fix it and only gave me darker and more noticeable roots.Not only that one of the receptionists told me that these stylists have worked with celebrities in New York and when I talked to the owner she said that was not true.On top of ALL of that... I wasnt offered a discount. DO NOT GO HERE!

If your thinking of treating your special someone to a couples massage. This is not the place. It’s 3+ weeks out at all time. I asked the lady if they had any openings after 5pm. She asked is 4:45 was okay... it’s February 1st. The soonest they could get us in was February 23rd. Unbelievable

Had a gift certificate. Was a little nervous with some of the negative comments. Staff was friendly. Was there for a swedish/dp tissue massage. Fernando did a great job!! I thought the facilities were a little cramped and like a hot tub or steam room prior to massage but that is a little picky. Will use again.

Awful. Just awful. I brought in a picture of what I wanted, the stylist said No were not doing that. Asked for a cut and she literally cut 1 mm off the bottom, no layers, no shape, nothing. On top of that, they charged me extra for the balayage like I wanted, and just dyed the bottom half of my hair blonde. Run as fast as you can from this place!
