Love this place. EyebrowsLashes, lash lift & tint! She is fast yet the quality is amazing. My lashes last a very long time and I always get the best compliments on them every time! Would 10 out of 10 recommend! Lux is also very sweet!

I’ve been going to lux since 2016! The best place in town!!!! Very nice environment! Every time I go to lux they take good care of everything I need done! Very affordable! Her daughter does amazing with hair removal and lashes and takes good care of me!

I try not to leave negative reviews because I really believe that most people are trying their best. This was my first time at this salon, and I went there because I saw lots of good reviews. I just wanted my eyebrows tinted, and was very specific to say that I did not want them dark because my hair is not dark. I also said I did not want them too thick, and asked to follow my natural brow shape. The very nice young woman seemed to understand. I dont know if she shook her head yes but really did not understand, because I walked out of there with brows that look like they had been drawn on by a child with a Sharpie marker. They were much thicker then my natural brow shape, and much darker than light brown. Maybe it was just poor communication, but I really believe I explained what I wanted and really thought the young woman understood. If you go there, be very sure to communicate clearly and that your expectations are understood. Again, they were very sweet, but did not give me what I asked for at all.

I love it love it love it here. I get all my wax needs, my lashes and have tried multiple services and I’m always satisfied. Very polite and great customer service. Best prices around.

I enjoy going to Lux. She is quick and aims to please her customers. I love how she does my lashes and eyebrow tinting. Make an appointment or just walk in, you will not be disappointed!!

I love coming here! Lux is the best in town! I drive all the way from jacksonville, a 30 minute drive, due to the excellent customer service. I have been coming to her for over 7 years. She is a specialist in threading! From getting facial threading to eyebrows and brazilian waxes! Lux is the best and alway understanding. So helpful and the best quality! I highly recommend Lux. Last visit was total disaster. I been come in here for a few years now and the owner do a grate job but she has been gone for a while so I tried with different lady. I showed her the picture how I wanted but she did totally different and charged me $10.30 I never pay over $9 before!! This was my last visit.

I have been going to Lux for over 7 years and I won’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows! She’s the best in town! I just get mine threaded but I have seen her do tinting and eyelashes on other clients in her shop and they look AMAZING! Give her a try you won’t regret it ☺️

I was very disappointed on my last visit. I have been going to Lux since she began. I have been cut on the face which the facial should have been free but they took $5 off my price. This should have been the last straw but I went back. This young lady was new to me. I asked her to thread my face. She didnt do a great job and afterwards asks me if I saw any more facial hair on my face. I am the customer of course I could not see. I asked if they was going to charge me the entire $40 and Lux says yes. I am done. I will not be back. Take your warning ⚠️. Trust your gut.

I recommend this place for anyoneeee on a budget! They do AMAZING work for AMAZING prices! And they are fast as well. I went in 30 mins before closing time for lashes, eyebrow threading, and tint.. I was in and out in 15 mins! GO See them!

LUXE always makes sure I’m comfortable. Gives me what I want and makes sure it’s right. I get my Brazilian waxes here as well. I’ve come while I’m pregnant and before! Difference in pricing for eyebrow waxing for men and women. I have well kept brows, better than a lot of women. But was going to be charged more for my waxing because I am a man. Eyebrows are eyebrows.

When I tell you she is the best at threading she is definitely amazing!!! She is the only person I will allow to do my eyebrows. She is courteous, professional, timely, and proficient. I have been going to her for years and that will not be changing.

I have walked in twice and was ignored both times. Very rude staff and I will never go back.

I have never been there before and I walked in and no one greeted me at all . I did not know to sign in its their job to tell the customer that. Another lady walked in and signed the book thats how I knew to sign in. Still no response from the two ladies working there. Sorry but this is very unprofessional.

Lux does fantastic eyebrows, threading and waxing. As well as fabulous eyelashes. My eyebrow tint is always on point and last at least 4 weeks!

When I was living in Arkansas I would always go to her , she is the best that I’ve been to yet now I’m living in Texas and there is still no comparison, so every time I come visit my family in Arkansas I make sure I come to her for my eyelashes and my eyebrows she is the BOMB you will not be disappointed coming to her I can promise you that !!!!

Good hours and convenient location, unfortunately she took a very noticeable chunk out of my eyebrow right in the middle of my forehead. So much for getting my eyebrows taken care of before vacation, cant believe I paid to look lopsided.
