Great conversation, comfortable atmosphere, they even went to another store at one point and got me something I wasnt able to get without going out of my way.

Staff was super helpful and pleasant. We will definitely return to this location.Edit: we have been back several times and they definitely gained us as repeat customers. Colten is usually who we deal with and he is exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Braden is also super helpful and awesome!

Ok guys this is a #1 vape store! Lots of devices, reasonably priced & the guys that helped me today were so nice & knowledgeable! Just overall AWESOME! Overall great store as far as vapor goes. But if your looking for pipes or grinders etc. They are over priced and low quality af. Also the redhead that helped me and my mom the other day is also pretty low quality. She was very rude to me and my mom. All because I said that I didnt think the grinders were very good grinders. Every other employee Ive come in contact there has been a pleasure to do business with though.

Love the staff, they are all friendly and knowledgeable in the products. My interactions with everyone have been pleasant. They truly take their time to understand what you want and make recommendations. I go every Subway to take advantage of rewards program.

New to vaping. Messaged several different stores regarding the availability of a specific coil I was looking for. Vapor world was the only store that even bothered to dignify my request with a response, and had the coils I was looking for in Stock. Great customer service. I wish they still did house juices though. I was told that when they did that they were the best in town. Oh well. Great place, great staff, will definitely be returning!

One star seems very generous, but it’s the lowest option available. This was without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had in dealing with anyone in the vaping industry. I bought a VooPoo mod about a month ago. The outer power button fell off within the first week, but not wanting to be somebody who would just return something I could still get to work, I decided to just keep it. I should’ve returned it though, because about two weeks after the 14 day return policy had expired, The charger port falls out entirely, which basically left me with paper weight.I knew Vapor World wasnt obligated to allow a return. However, I work in retail and I make it a priority to take care of my customers, which often means granting exceptions to stated policies from time to time. Thinking they may have a similar philosophy, I went ahead and called to see if something could be worked out. I explained the situation and let them know that I didn’t expect a full return, but would appreciate if they could maybe work out a good deal on a replacement. I was told to come in and they would see what they could do. When I got there I find out that what they can do, it’s not take a single penny off the full sticker price of the mods for sale. I guess they figured I was already having a frustrating day so why not make it even worse by having me drive up there for no reason.At this point I was feeling misled by the conversation, so I asked to talk to the manager. I was told “I’m basically the manager right now.” Now I’ve never encountered that job title before, but nothing that happened up to this point made me feel like this associate was capable of handling this situation. So I asked for the store manager’s name to which I was told, well that would be the owner. So as we continue the dance, I asked for the owners name which I was told sorry I can’t give that out. I thought that was a bit ridiculous since a business owner’s name is public record, but it makes perfect sense thy he would try to prevent his boss from finding out how they were l treating customers. My favorite part though, was when I called the store after I left to get the name of the associate that “helped” me and was told my the other associate working that he couldn’t give out that info. Unreal. So I guess the corporate policy is everybody go into stealth mode at the first sign of trouble?At least there’s a happy ending though. After relating my experience (which I plan to do many more times) to All In Vapors in Bryant, The owner said he was sorry that I had to go through all that and gave me 50% off a replacement mod. Nice to know some people still know how business should be done.

They seem to have a pretty good variety and selection of things but I went in to the store to get a vape pen and they didnt have the one I wanted and they werent all that friendly and helpful so I myself wasnt impressed. However thats not fair to say exactly because theyre probably friendly enough to certain people its just that not everybody always clicks.

Went there this morning, have shopped a lot there, spent a lot of money over last few years, bought a Zeus tank and two boxes of coils, when I finally tried to use it, said atomizer short, emptied it and tried to open up to check coil, couldn’t get it back together and glass looked cracked, brought it to store to exchange, it took the guy 20 minutes to get it back together, told me not defective, then I tried to take apart and still couldn’t get it together. Didn’t get exchange or refund. I’ll find another vape shop. He was having a bad day due to other returns and it coming out of his pocket, sell broken stuff you will get returns.***UPDATE** 1 week after my review and no response from upper management or owner even though I have seen responses in some of the other reviews. Pitiful

Vapor World has the best service and prices in Central Arkansas. The crew is knowledgeable and very friendly. The custom house juices are amazing and they can make whatever you want. Id definitely stop by if you have a chance.

Complete liars! We bought from the Hot Springs store, but they were so rude we had to call this store to get anything done or so we thought. My husband was told multiple times they would replace a mod (defective product) when it broke only after one day. We live almost two hours away and when we are almost to the store they called and changed their mind and refused to make it right. Very dishonest business!!! This business does not care anything about their customers just $$$$$!

Relatively new to the Vape scene, but over the past couple of months I have visited at least 6 shops in the central Arkansas Area and this one is by far my favorite as far as customer service and friendliness goes. I give that a 5 star. Where they screwed up though is, I had a 15% of my purchase coupon sent to me through the rewards program. I spent $100 on a new mod, coils, and juice and they only discounted $1.20 on my entire $100 purchase. According to them, their computer said to only apply it to the lowest cost item on my purchase. So instead of 15% off of the $65 mod I bought (which they said would apply) I was given 15% off of $6.80 in coils..... I definitely feel screwed over there.

Abysmal customer service. Asked them to stay open a few minutes late as I was coming from across the state and knew I would end up right on time. Refused to do anything for me.Oh well, theyve lost a long time customer. Rogue is way better!

I got a vape last Wednesday and have only had it for five days. I have tried it on four different power levels and three different coils. I have taken the tank apart completely and put back together to make sure nothing is wrong with the tank and this still hasn’t fixed the issue. I have used a few different juices, and done everything else suggested. I spent over $100 on the mod alone and have had to replace the coil every 24-48 hours, and I don’t vape a whole lot. Throughout the course of a day I may take a hit off the vape a total of 30-40 times over the whole 24 hour period. It doesn’t take a vape expert to know that something is really wrong with my mod. I want a complete replacement or a refund because when I bought the mod I was told I had a two week warranty, but they keep trying to say that all they can do is give me a discount on future purchases.

These guys are great. They have an awesome rewards system that can be used at any of their stores. They also mix some awesome flavors. My favorite place to get e-liquid by far.

I have purchased vape juice from here for years then recently I purchased a bottle of juice from this store and got given the wrong bottle of juice! When I come back to have them fix the problem they refused to fix the problem they caused! I have never experienced customer service this horrible. I would highly recommend no one use this store for any of you vape needs.

First off, this is the vape shop for coil builders! They are the first shop Ive seen with a workbench and tools for coil building available to customers! But I digress...I travel for work and always check out local vape shops where Im working, so I see a lot of stores... That being said, I have been to two separate Vapor World locations (Marietta, GA and here, Little Rock) and I can tell you that this chain is doing many things right. Whoever runs this chain is up-to-date on the latest in vaping, you can tell by the awesome selection of quality atomizers, mods and the e-liquid.These stores also have the best selection of mechanical mods that I have seen so far anywhere. This particular location in Little Rock, I had visited just before closing time and the guy at the counter could not have been nicer or more helpful in selecting an e liquid. In the end I ended up going with the juice that I came in for and I regret it, the juices that the employee allowed me to sample were so much better then the one I came in for. Oh well, my fault, lol.Im sorry I dont remember your name, but...To the employee who recently sold me a bottle of French Dude at closing time, thank you for your time and assistance, sincerely. I will be purchasing some Max VG Space Rocks soon in your honor.
