I absolutely love MY HOMETOWN VAPOR shop in OtterCreek!!! 100% in customer service and satisfaction! People are down to earth, but are experts on quality merchandise. I had an issue with my discounted Voopoo Drag, and went over the days within the warranty/exchange policy, but these peeps are so cool, Bill said hed handle it!These guys are great, and right off freeway and unto Stagecoach Road. Always have sales and always always have great customer service!!!!

This is the only vapor store I will ever go to. The selection of products and juice is the best! Bill is great! He wants to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. That goes with new customers and regulars alike. He is very helpful with people new to the vapor. Great family like atmosphere. Absolute best vapor store to go to hands down!

This place is amazing! We are beginners at vaping and Bill and his staff were beyond helpful and friendly! Not once did we feel out of place and he they spent over an hour with us educating us on everything we needed to know. Extremely patient and just an overall excellent experience. Highly recommended, would give 10 stars if it were an option.

I have been to vape shops from NC all the way to Texas and finally here. This shop is one of nicer ones around, and in my opinion, the best one around. The juice they sell is good! I normally wont buy unless I can try, but here I took a leap of faith and was surprised - Its now my new everyday juice. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

I received the best customer service that I think I have ever encountered in a vape shop. The girl working the counter genuinely wanted to help, she explained all the different options available and how to get the most out of my money. Then when I was trying to choose a vape juice she asked questions and genuinely did everything she could to find one I loved. Which Im picky so I know it was a task. I really wish I lived closer I would definitely come back here!

This place is amazing!! I always get the help I need and Bill and Lisa always take there time with every costumers. There vape juice is amazing! Ive been enjoying the store its convenient for me but today was unthinkable. My girl friend just got off work an wanted to get me some juice an my girlfriend an I have always went to the store for the prices, the I guess owner denied to sell her the juice an we both vape as well as repeat customers we both are over the age to purchase. When she got in and told me the whole situation I went to the store an wanted an explanation about it. He told me that he could be shut down out of business etc but Ive been to vape stores an this store an have witnessed customers that are purchasing products for their significant other but today was denied.

Just left MHTV, it was my first time. I didnt catch the names of the men but both were extremely nice and helpful. They helped answer my questions that the other stores I have visited blew off. We will definitely be going back and telling everyone we know they are the best. Thank You!

I looked up this place while traveling. My boyfriend and I are from Columbus, Ohio and because of all the good reviews we chose to stop here. The older gentleman was as sweet as could be! Everyone was so nice and a big help. They had exactly what I needed. :)

Best store in the area imo. There are a lot of great shops in Central Arkansas but MHTV is family. The first shop that helped me understand what I needed to do to take the next step in my vape life. They treat every one like family from the first time they come in

Absolutely love my hometwon vapor and the owner Bill is one in a million. No pressure to buy the latest mods or juices. He lays the options out and you pick what you can afford. My hometown truly means what it says. When you go visit they will rememeber you. Price is very competitive and even you dont buy anything you can still hang out all day and visit. A little expensive, but very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and honest. Many vape stores make you feel stupid if you arent an expert user and customer. This one is not one of those.

Nice folks. Very well informed and helpful. Got me set up pretty quick and even gave me a tip on where I could park my truck nearby. Will most likely be a repeat customer. I only qualify that because Im a truck driver so I never know how often Ill be back through.
