I agree with all of the 5 star rating given and would’ve done the same up until today…. One bad apple will destroy the entire bushel….. sorry to the owner who is so kind and was so generous to my daughter once not long ago! Very disappointing and surprising that someone so ill mannered and rude could be here representing such the exact opposite…. Will definitely have to dig to even reconsider a return visit

(Edited review)The owner of this shop (Jay) has good morals, I had an issue the first time at the shop, and Jay reached out to me personally to make things right. I appreciate any business that has a down to earth owner. I came in again, and the employee working (Paul) was very polite and friendly. It was a pleasant experience this time around, I compared and picked out a cool glass piece with my girlfriend., we will be back soon to see what new selection of pieces they pick out from the distributor! Thanks Jay, and thanks Paul!

Girl behind counter freaked out about my ID, created some fabricated story and caused a scene in front of other customers and then tells me “I still got your money” as I’m leaving. Really unprofessional and now you won’t be getting anymore of my money. They still accepted my ID. So it was valid. Idk what you’re talking about. Get better staff.

Utterly clueless employee who told me multiple times that 0.3% and 3% were the same thing, insisting that I was reading the package wrong, then didnt acknowledge when I pointed it out. Also had no clue whether the massive vape juice they were selling was compatible with my geekvape one pods, a reasonably new and common device

Don’t offer replacement on a vape that was auto firing. Told me no stores do but every single store I’ve been to gas replaced vapes that auto fire as it is a fire hazard.

The employees are super helpful and kind. I didnt know what type of coil I needed for my vape, and they were able to help me out very awesome staff❤️
