Resplendent Day Spa

It was my first time at Resplendent and I had a massage with Yvonne. It was absolute bliss. It was the Reverie Retreat Package. A full 2 hrs and 10 min. and she gave me every minute of it. (I’ve been short changed on time before by others. Not cool.) She is passionate about massage and gives you education on your body too. I appreciate that. She paid extra attention to my problem areas and worked them. She also made it a point to ask me what I wanted so she could tailor my massage to me. (Many have a routine and do their routine instead of asking “what would you like?”) I highly recommend Yvonne and the Spa. She provided a wonderful experience that she tailored for me and my body. I would definitely visit again! (JW)

We did the reverie retreat package as a couple. The ladies were super friendly, kind, and accommodating as this package isn’t typically done as a couples in the same room. The massages were AMAZING and exactly what we wanted/needed. Highly recommend!!! Worth every dollar! ♥️

I had a facial here. Christina was so wonderful and explained the things she was applying on my skin. I loved getting her recommendations for how to take care of my skin going forward. She didn’t try to over sell me products but she suggested things for me to add to my skincare regime. I liked that she broke it down for me step by step. 10/10!!!

Kristian did an exceptional job during my facial treatment. She effectively cleared all my blackheads and whiteheads, noticeably reducing the appearance of my pores. My skin, which had dry skin and buildup, now feels incredibly smooth.Kristian demonstrated impressive knowledge about skincare and exhibited excellent customer service skills. Her gentle approach was so relaxing that I even fell asleep during the session – a testament to her expertise. By the end of the treatment, I was thoroughly satisfied and felt that every penny spent was worthwhile.I cannot speak highly enough of Kristian and the quality of her work at Resplendent Day Spa. I was looking for a spontaneous spa experience with my daughter, last minute TLC. I called several places in Long Beach looking for an hour scalp , head , shoulders and neck massage. I am unable to lay on my stomach currently so just wanted more of a head / scalp massage. As mentioned I called 10 places in Long Beach with no luck including a Deborah at Path to Perfect Health spa who was very rude and told me to buy a shampoo and go to Super cuts ! So I was feeling very deflated and almost ashamed after that experience with Deborah on the phone for asking for this type of massage until this lovely spa was the only place willing to accommodate me. Right away on the phone I heard a welcoming voice that put me at ease and immediately looked for a good time to come in today , same day service and I’m so glad I did. It was exactly what my daughter and I needed . Professional, experienced and kind . What a gift these ladies have. We left feeling so relaxed, rejuvenated and grateful! I highly recommend Resplendent Day spa! It is splendid!

My facial was performed by Christine, who was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. They took the time to assess my skin type and concerns, and tailored the treatment to meet my specific needs. The products used were top-quality and felt luxurious on my skin.

I had recent foot surgery that is very slow to heal with a lot of inflammation and came to resplendent Day Spa for the acoustic wave therapy. In one session my pain was significantly decreased and the inflammation is already starting to improve. I will definitely be back

I was having back pain and just overall tightness in my muscles. I just happened to be driving by Resplendent Spa and decided to give it a try. I met Yvonne, who was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about muscle issues and what she could do to help alleviate my back pain and overall muscle tightness. I found myself on the massage table and soon realized she is very competent in her massage skills. Yvonne was very open to talking while providing the massage or just letting me enjoy the massage while listening to relaxing music. I felt the massage Yvonne provided was not rushed, it definitely loosened up my tight muscles and especially relieved the tightness I was feeling in my lower back. She was very thorough, professional, answered all my questions and most importantly I sleep like a baby that night, with my body feeling totally relaxed. Great job Yvonne and thank you! Just got a facial and it was not only informative but really well done. Had a few facials in the past but was definitely not attended to like I was today. Yvonne is an EXPERT with her massages! I have gone to her for different pain issues and have been very happy with the results. Most recently I went to her for my arthritic hip. I started seeing Yvonne when I was having chronic pelvic pain and mild uterine prolapse. From the first moment I spoke to Yvonne on the phone I felt very comfortable with her, she really listened to what I was going through and was hopeful that she could help me. From the very first massage I felt relief, she even taught me how to do the massage on myself to do at home in between sessions. During the massage Yvonne noticed that my pelvis and hips felt out of place and suggested a chiropractor. Following her advice, I went to see the chiropractor and it was confirmed my hips and pelvic were, in fact, out of place! Once the chiropractor got my body back in alignment, all of my symptoms were gone. I still go back to see Yvonne at least once a month for the Arvigo abdominal massage sometimes with a vaginal steam. Yvonne is very accommodating and caring. Her healing hands gave me my life back and I appreciate her and all the wonderful work she does.
