Amsterdam Smoke and Vape Store

I just bought some fake raw papers from here I’m pretty bummed. I can tell they are fake because I did the burn test and also packaging is missing some details that I didn’t notice until I got home. Unfortunate because this was my favorite smoke shop by my house.

I came in for a cheap .50 cent lighter and ended up walking out with a gorgeous new Sherlock Holmes glass pipe and bought 4/20 cleaner for the first time.

Amsterdam Smoke and vape shop is off the chain I love going in here the employees are nice the place is well-stocked and clean prices are actually good looks like theres no more vape shops on Pine I havent really checked but the this one is great I love it I just recently went here and bought a Aegis solo kit as my old Smok had bit the dust due to extensive vaping and wear and extensive wear at that and tear so hopefully this one will last longer and I got it for a great price thanks guys

I’ve been shopping at Amsterdam for a few years now. I buy my kratom powder there and they always have the brand and strain I prefer, plus the staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here and definitely recommend them. Plus they have a great loyalty points program that actually pays off.

I had called their store to ask a question on a product they had wanted the price store worker mentioned he would talk to his manage was left on hold for at least 30 minutes and hung up tried to called 2 more times and they ignored both calls was expecting better customer service from this store being a returning customer was very disappointed with the service.

So I took a walk down to the shop this morning and waited till 10:09, they open at ll am. I saw the lights turn on and the owner or manager plug in the open sign. I put my hand on the door to see if it was open, it was not. He unlocked the door and opened it for me. I walked in and he asked me, Why are you pushing on my door, I said we open at eleven? I walked in and he faced me and asked two more times. I told him you are bad for your own busines and walked out. My neighbor called as I was typing this post to ask what I was doing. I gave him the story, to which he responded, Oh, that guys an a-hole, thats why I dont go there anymore.ME TOO!

Pricey. Staff are friendly and act better than the average tweak shop. Selection is sorta average. Good location if your downtown.

KJ (? I hope I’m remembering her/their name right because I go super high after this trip. She has curly brown and blonde hair she wore in puffs!) was amazing!!! She was so kind, helpful, greeted me and guided me through the process, provided amazing rec’s and 10-mins/$55 later I was out the door. I felt so welcomed and like none of my questions were too dumb. (I was an exclusively-preroll user and finally wanted to venture but but I needed supplies.). Thank you so much, KJ!!! (god I hope my brain is working correctly, but it was just in yesterday and was wearing the green bikini top.)

Where I get all my products from earn points at a very reasonable price

I have enjoyed this place for the last few years and Ill usually be there twice a month on average. The staff is friendly and they remember you and your preferences after awhile. The have almost anything you can think of except a few things that just got passed recently. Prices are reasonable and their expertise is pretty good as well. Can get busy on occasion but the process is usually quick and they have a point rewards system where you can rack up rewards for store credit pretty quickly.

Thought this was going to be a typical tiny, overstocked headshop, but, wow, was I ever wrong! Though the store front looks narrow, the shop is deep and well merchandised; there are clear, distinct types of smoking experiences offered across the store in very pleasing displays. And the service is great.I just wanted a cigar for a special gift. He took me all the way back to a glass case with a small, but surprising variety of cigars and cigarellos. They sell quite frequently, so the cigars were a nice, deep brown. So quick and easy! They have a loyalty program that will save you some coins. Shopping was no touch and I got a free zippered bag with my purchase! Clean, friendly expert service, all in all, a smooth experience.

Been my local go-to smoke shop for 7 yrs. Store is always clean and professional. Staff is always helpful and chill. They have a rewards program that gives you money back from each purchase. Reasonable prices, large selection of glass and vape merchandise. No complaints ever.

DO NOT USE! - terrible service. I have probably spent $400-$500 with them over the past year. Despite this after selling me a faulty vape device they refused to swap it out and told me to leave the shop with no recompense for the fact the device had never worked. Apparently this is because I bought it as a backup and didn’t try the device within the first 7 days (it had been around 10 days) it was clear the device had never been used and was clearly faulty (it never charged). This is how they treat customers who have spent decent amounts of money with them and are members of their loyalty program. DO NOT USE!

This has to be the best smoke shop that Ive ever been to In My Life. The personnel there are great and very friendly plus the products theyre high-quality as well. This is going to be my main smoke shop from now on in downtown Long Beach. You can get a great selection of anything from pipes to bongs to vaporizers and even Vape juice for nicotine compatible vaporizers. Great store and very knowledgeable personnel. Again, its officially my number one spot from now on.

Just bought an amazing piece here! I brought it home and it had a pretty bad manufacturer defect. I took it back and they swapped it out. No question. Its hard to find good customer service in this industry sometimes. I am very pleased and will likely return

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When calling into the shop to ask if they had a certain product, the employee couldn’t have sounded less enthusiastic. When I arrived to the store there were no employees anywhere to be seen for 2 minutes. When two finally emerged from the depths of the building, they were stumbling lay able to kind of help as I basically answered my own questions, because these two were clueless. I got my product, a nicotine vape, with a few accessories.Upon setting the vape up, there was a very slight line through the electronic screen. No biggie. Two days later, nothing is showing on the screen. At all. Defective product, just purchased two days before, should be able to get it exchanged or a return, right?NOPE! I was told multiple times over the phone that they wouldn’t accept the return or exchange because the product brand (SMOK) has some special promo blah blah, and then went on to feed me a line about Covid precautions.Now, if you unknowingly buy a defective product from a store, logic would dictate that that store would WANT to replace that item, so you’d be a satisfied customer and become a repeat, returning customer. Right?Nope. They don’t care. Wont do anything about a piece of broken garbage they sell you packaged as something nice. This was my 4th or 5th purchase from this store for vape machines and products. After this, I definitely will not be returning, and I’ll be putting the review on my social media accounts as well. If you want to treat people like trash, your business will decline even more so than it already obviously has.Thank you for wasting the hard earned money of someone who is currently unemployed due to COVID.

Please, for the love of god, stop selling me broken, leaking, bootleg juul pods. Every time I try to take a drag, I end up getting a mouthful of liquid that taste very similar to cleaning products. It’s not a very relaxing time. This is the second time I’ve bought a juul product, and each time Ive purchased from this store, the pods leak. I’m not sure if the workers fill the pods themselves, or if they’re just defective, but each time I’ve came in, they leak onto my lips and in my mouth. Seriously gross.

Theres a good selection. But What I like most about this place is there prices. Definitely worth checking out.

They push all their customers towards Max Tank products while knowing those products taste terrible. Im not sure why they are coached to do that but Ill never buy from here again.

I went in looking to get the best setup for vaping cbd. I got advice from 2 people in the store.They sold me a smok pen 22 and an additive. They filled the device for me with the additive. When I went home and looked at what I bought on the internet I realized I got an additive and not regular vape juice. I went back and they were unsympathetic. It is a super harsh smoke.

You need a box mod? They have it,want blunts?your choices are HUGE.want papers?your choices are huge..they have just about everything you can ask for from oil rigs and quartz to clear rolling cellulose papers.im a daily visitor (sometimes come 2 times within a 2 hour period)and they show much love to me even those i see walk in they treat them the same way as they did to me which means regardless of how much you spend here...they will show you some love,say how you doing with a smile.only shop i go to and im a avid cyclists and racer and dont mind riding a hour or so just to get what I need cause they always have what youll need. its stores like Amsterdam YOU SHOULD VISIT cause you wont want to go anywhere else

I wouldnt suggest this shop to anyone if youre looking for a good vape shop. They have stupid rules you cant vape in the store. You cant test the vape juice before you buy it. They let you smell it if you ask. If your looking for a good vape shop go down the street to underground vape, only downfall is they dont have a huge selection.

If you are a grower, an operator or a patient of medical marijuana, stay away from this place. I made the stupid mistake of buying an electronic scale from this pathetic low rent smoke shop that sells Chinese glass and shoddy Hookah tobacco. Hey Ed, if you are reading this; this hole that sells your books sold me a fake scale and when I went to exchange it for an upgrade, of which i offered to pay the difference, they made up something about a BS 24 hour return policy. Not a sign in the store or a warning on the receipt about that; we had the scale in the box for literally 3 days, took it out to try it and the thing couldnt even tare let alone weigh. The little ginger pipsqueak that owns this joint didnt even have the manhood to come out and tell his customers directly that he refused to take back his dishonest product, instead he sent this poor cashier girl back and forth to be his nuts for him. This place sells bunk glass, bunk scales, bunk cleaning products, bunk hookah, piss poor everything; another symbol of the decline of Long Beach, when our smoke shops cant even get the scales right. I should have ordered it off of Amazon.
