It was my first time there and everyone was very friendly. This was my first experience going to a spa, i met Holly and her daughter and they were very pleasant to me. It was a wonderful experience. Krystal was extremely nice, she did my eyebrows and lip wax. She did a really great job. Ill definitely be returning back real soon, I recommend to everyone to check this spa out. There prices were really reasonable. I am from Shreveport, LA and driving there was worth the drive

Beautiful salons at the main salon and the suite salon down the street. I love Shannon Payne. She always takes care to make my daughters feel comfortable and beautiful. She is a wonderful person and stylist.

**Amazing Experience**I need to brag on Israel A…. I just received the best massage I’ve had in years.Are you tired of having a therapist go through “their routine” with little to no customization based on your needs?Israel is a skilled professional and was able to find the areas in my back shoulders, neck, etc. that were knotted up and he worked each area until muscle tissue was relaxed and knot free.Fantastic job my man!For those guys who keep requesting a female therapist only to be left with your back still knotted up… Let me assure you it’s more important to get results so just set up an appointment with Israel… he WILL NOT disappoint.

I booked with Krystal and she was awesome! I have butt length hair and I have a hard time finding someone that will respect my length, and just give me the trim and shape that I request. She took her time, and made sure I was good before she made the first cut. I left feeling 10 pounds lighter and much happier. Highly recommend.

Everything FOY offers has been amazing, from facials, nails, massage and hair! Its my go to place and I even started using them for botox and filler!!! Seriouly... a one stop place for all my relaxation and beauty needs. PS-- Kat is amazing for massage :)

Absolutely wonderful salon. I took my daughter for a Mommy/Daughter pedicure and Emily and Michelle were amazing! My toes are perfect, thank you Michelle and Emily was so good with my 3 year old. It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly be back!

LONG POST BUT WORTH IT….I don’t normally do this but I want to share the absolute worse experience I have ever had today…. Let me start with I get deep tissue massages quite often! I booked a deep tissue massage with someone who was supposed to be experienced in this field at Fountain Of Youth the therapist name was Kat… so we had our initial consultation and I explained to her my expectations and what I was wanting she told me to communicate with her during the massage if I needed more or less pressure ect ect… she then told me she was going at start with medium pressure to warm up the back. So fast forward we are well into the ‘warm up’ so I said ‘let me know when your fished with the warm up I can definitely take more pressure’ ( at this point it feels like my 4 year old is putting lotion on my back) She said ‘oh I don’t feel any areas where I need to apply more pressure.’ I said ‘what do you mean I have knots I can take more pressure please’ she responds with ‘ I’m sorry I can’t provide a painful service’ umm maam this is not painful it feels likes lotion how are you gonna tell me what hurts me if I’m asking for more pressure. She the. Said hold on and walks out in the middle of our massage (about 45 min into the 90 min I booked) she comes back to tell me she can’t preform thr services I want and left… like what are you kidding… I was livid. I got up and went to talk to the owner cause this is crazy… the lady at the front desk told me she’ll get and to have a seat. I waited and waited for her to check out a couple people. She then walks to the back about 15 min later and tells me she was with a client and I can come back. I said I’m not coming back I want to talk to her. She said well you can come back there and talk to her. I said while she’s with a client? You thinks that’s appropriate? As a fellow business owner that’s very inappropriate if you ask me… she also told me she wasn’t gonna charge me the full price umm duh… I’m. It paying anything for that idk how you run a business. she never came to talk to me. So I said how about I spread the word and never come back she said ok and went and sat down at the desk… WOW this place is a joke they can’t keep employees for one and now they can’t keep clients. Please don’t waist your time or money going here all they care about is money money money. Not the client satisfaction.

It wasn’t worth of money. We did couple massage and took Swedish plus deep tissue combo for an hour. They charged us $190 and tip extra. I didn’t feel any change after an hour. It was just applying moisturizer over upper back and legs. I was hoping all time that now they will give better massage but nothing. Receptionist told me that their printing thing is not working and she will email me receipt but until today I haven’t received it. I end up paying $210 alongWith tip which is not worth it. Please don’t go to this place. All ratings and reviews are fake as I read them before going there. One star only for cleanliness.

It was not the best first experience with FOY. My friend and I booked 60 min massages at the same time for a Mothers Day gift. She was taken back for her massage timely while I waited to be called. I had asked the front twice to make sure my appointment was on the books and again how delayed they thought it would be. I was finally called 20 minutes past the appt time. On top of that the therapist had just finished a 2 hour massage which made me think I wouldnt get the same deep tissue massage that I would have with someone that had a break between clients. I ultimately decided to cancel the massage because my friend and I had plans after our 4 pm appointments and I would hate for her to be stuck waiting on me and delay our other plans. I understand that things happen but the lack of apologies and being up front about the other therapist running so very late was disappointing and really put a damper on our mothers day treat. We would have happily pushed our appointments or rescheduled if we had been notified at the time.

Updated:05-04-2024My wonderful wife suprised me with one of the most amazing and relaxing events to date. A true spa day that consists of hot tub soaking chocolate covered strawberries and wonderful wine!Then transition to by far the best misuse I have ever had in East Texas. And let me tell you that for my wife and I to enjoy this entire experience it was so affordable that we will make it a bye monthly routine.Ask to speak with Holley the amazing and very attentive and professional Manager of this establishment and you will be whisked away to place of relaxation that truly is attainable.

Angelica at Fountain of Youth Salon & Spa is amazing for a deep tissue massage. She is very knowledgeable and helped me with my issues.

Worst experience ever!! I just wanted my brows done, and it turned out horrible. I felt uncomfortable and the lady didnt even do it right. As a Hispanic I would never go there again!!

I have found my forever place. I was extremely nervous, but everyone was so nice and welcoming. Lori did my hair,and eye brows and she made me feel calm and my hair is beautiful. Thank you Lori and the Fountain of Youth. I will be back

I got my nails done by Shannon and Im in love with them I definitely recommend this place and her the atmosphere is awesome and relaxing and the staff just everyone is super friendly and sweet and jade did my sisters hair and she did a excellent job I highly recommend this place

Walking in the door you are instantly greeted with a smile from the receptionist. Staff is always prompt and rarely goes off schedule so wait time is minimum. I will say that their men’s haircuts are top tier. Jade has been cutting my hair for years! Her work is always meticulous and clean. There’s nobody else that I would trust to cut my hair. I’ve never left her chair disappointed. If you’re looking for the BEST bald fades in town then Jade is your girl!!

I’ve always gotten such AMAZING work and results from Jade Preziosi! Always a fun time and makes the time fly! I’ve never left unsatisfied with my cut either. She does wonders on men’s cuts, and women’s coloring and cuts, too! She’s been doing my hair for over 10 years! Thank you, Jade!

I couldnt recommend this place more! I cant say enough good things about Jade! She is so lovely and professional! She gives the best mens hair cut and PRECISE beard trim! Its an enjoyable experience that will leave you looking and feeling like a million bucks when shes through!

I have tried this place 3 or 4 different times and am unfortunately not very pleased. I’ve always been met with the nicest people, but services have disappointed. My most recent visit was for hair and makeup for photos I was having taken. My hair fell within 30 minutes of leaving the salon, and although I booked both services over a week in advance, I didn’t even receive a full makeup look.I specifically booked a full face of makeup WITH lashes, and what I left with was literally just foundation and eyeshadow. There was no eye liner, no mascara, no lips, and NO LASHES. I was told they didn’t have any lashes which was upsetting as they should have been better prepared. The makeup artist told me to go by the store on the way home and get lashes and apply them myself, and also directed me to buy lip stick and liner to do myself. She also advised to go home and do mascara myself… it was very disappointing as I was expecting a full face and wouldn’t have booked makeup services if I had to do the majority myself.

Went to get a shampoo, haircut, and fix. I asked if they did walkins and was told yes but was given an appointment time for an hour and half later. The young lady came out and greeted me asking what I wanted. I explained I wanted a shampoo, haircut & fixed. She washed my hair then took me to her station. I showed her a few pictures and explained what I wanted. She told me, I don’t know how to cut that. It was a basic layered haircut. Then she said her boss would help her cut it and she left the room. I waited then finally walked to the front. Her and the 2 receptionist were talking. The girl informed me her boss could cut it but she wouldn’t be in for another 2 hours. I left with my hair wet. They did not give me any other options. Wow, I would not recommend to place to anyone.!!!

Hands down the best is Jade. Absolutely wonderful personality, pleasant, took extra care of my hair. She showed that she truly cares about the job she does and wants to make you happy and experience wonderful My hair turned out beautiful, and I am very picky. She is my new stylist. Thank you Jade!!!!!

This is a very friendly and affordable place. The staff made sure i was comfortable and were very friendly. I was there for waxing hair removal. The woman was so professional and funny! The whole facility was very clean!!I will be using this facility in the future. They offer hair removal, massages, hair appointments, hot tubs and many more services. highly recommended!!!!

The bad first: I’ve had my pedicure for 4 days and after 2 days, 3 of my gel nails fell off, and now Im missing 5. Also, on the website I booked through it said my facial included extraction but i never received that part of the treatment.The good: I LOVED everyone that worked here! they were all super friendly, carried good conversation, great personality etc. My facial was great and Faith gave me some great advice about my skin.NOTE: i later read on the website (not the third party booking site) that you have to REQUEST extractions. This was misleading but I understand, am just disappointed I didn’t get to read this first.I would love to go again and update for a better review one day!

Jade is AMAZING, and once she worked her magic on my hair, I have not and will not allow another person to touch it. Kind, talented and a great personality! I 100% recommend her!

I have been going to FOY for several years now and have always had a great experience!

When I arrived the facility was very clean, calm, and smelled fresh. I immediately realized the receptionist was not very friendly. I brushed it off thinking maybe her personality was somewhat dry. After watching and hearing her other interactions with other customers I soon realized it was only towards me. And yes ALL of the other customers were a different color than myself. Mind you I patiently waited for about 30 mins as my massage therapist was running behind. The receptionist told me on 2 occasions that my therapist would be with me shortly and I responded pleasantly that I understood and it was fine. Robin was my massage therapist and the massage was great! The massage itself was 10/10 as she was knowledgeable about my specific condition. When she took me to the back the room had not been flipped meaning the same linens were still on the bed from the last customers. Again i patiently stood there and waited for her to change them out. Robin was super sweet and accommodated me well, asking if it felt good, and even giving tips on how to alleviate the pain. The only thing that would have made my massage better is for it to be more quiet as Robin is naturally chatty lol. All in all I can handle that and definitely recommend her! Lastly, I will not go back to this business because I will not be treated less than when my card processed just as fast as anyone else. I will go where I am appreciated as a customer. And yes I did tip Robin (the receptionist looked at my money like it was trash) because she did an awesome job. Its very unfortunate because I am a loyal customer and searching for a long time relationship with a massage facility. Oh well I will keep looking!

I had a Brazilian Wax done by Faith Phipps and it was a wonderful experience! It was so quick with minimal pain. She made me feel so comfortable and right at home! I already have my next appointment set up with her for maintenance!😊

I come here to get waxed, Faith does an exceptional job! She is very friendly and talkative so it doesnt even feel awkward. All of the staff here are super friendly too! I would highly recommend this place for waxing! It is infinitely better than shaving and so much quicker.

This was my first massage and facial and I was a little nervous. Faith and Israel made me feel very comfortable and explained everything perfectly. I am so happy with the results and will definitely be back in the future, RUN and book your appointments !!

I have had Lori doing my hair for the longest time. She is so great to her clients, her staff, and the community. She has got the biggest heart and will do anything to help anyone. I wont use anyone else ever or go anywhere else ever.

My wife went here for the first time Friday. She was so pleased with the whole experience. In her words I quote that place is amazing she said the lady that cut her hair listened to what she wanted and did a great job. Sometimes a simple straight cut is the hardest to get right. It was her first time to have a pedicure and she loved it. Thank you Fountain of Youth for making my wife so happy. 👍

If I could leave no stars I would. Been a couple months since I’ve been there, but would not recommend Jade. She not only is negligent to paying attention to timing with bleach but also never wanted to fix her mistakes. Not only am I going to have to suffer with my hair breaking off but so will my mother. This woman probably shouldn’t be doing anything with bleach in my opinion.

Amazing wax experience, even for newbies! Faith is incredible and will make you feel so comfortable. She is easy to talk to and hilarious! A completely problem-free experience.

The owner is amazing. I get my hair done here ALL THE TIME. Honestly all the ladies here are super awesome and nice and ready to help you choose a hair style right for you. I get my hair done by Juanita mostly. She is great with her hairstyling and makeup. I went October 31st and let me tell you. If you are getting married this is the best place to go!

Do not go here for a men’s haircut. I went in for a bald fade and it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever got. Not sure the name of the woman who cut it but she clearly doesn’t specialize in this type of haircut. Go to Derby’s just down the road instead! They did an amazing job fixing this disaster.

The workers were super nice! My husband and I got the couples Swedish massage. I almost fell asleep! They paid attention to detail in areas that needed more work. Did everything to make sure our experience was great! Highly recommend. ❤️

This is my go-to place for a deep tissue massage. They are very skilled, and they always listen when I tell them of my problem areas. Ive always left de-stressed and feeling great. I definitely recommend them for massages.

Was gifted a spa & massage for my birthday. The jacuzzi was great, the only issue was getting in the jacuzzi. I enjoyed the Champagne & relaxation. Tiffany was great with the massage will definitely be going back & requesting Tiffany. Give her a try you wont regret it.

I wish I could review each part of the spa separately. I had an appointment for a facial, manicure and cut. They took me right away, facial was very relaxing and professional. Emily my nail tech was very kind and did a great job. I wish I could give the women who did my facial and Emily a 5 star review. Unfortunately when it was my time for a cut the stylist said it would be an hour wait so I decided to leave. Disappointed because the main reason I went to the spa was to get a hair cut 🙁 my appointment was a reschedule so not sure if that had anything to do with it.

I’ve been going to see Jade for years now and wouldn’t go see anyone else. Perfect haircut, high fade with hard part, every time! Definitely recommend!

I tried several different services here and none of them were what I hoped they would be, especially for the price. First was a lash lift that didn’t take (and I still paid full price), the second was for a microdermabrasion and ‘hydrating’ facial (which was only a mask)- neither of which made zero difference in my skin texture or hydration. The only evidence of having something done was a smattering of dead skin on my shirt.My third appointment was for lash extensions. I wanted hybrids, paid for hybrids, and did not receive them- I ended up only receiving naturals. I know this as most of my lashes fell out within 4 days and had to have them done correctly someplace else. The tech who gave actually gave me hybrids showed me the difference from what I should have gotten and what was put on my lashes.Everyone is nice enough, I’m just disappointed in the quality of services.

Jessica was amazing! She made my hair look the best it has ever looked and my color is fantastic. She is personable, and funny and I have received so many compliments on my hair. Go see Jessica!

Love this place! I see Kristie about once a month for Brazilians, and I could not be happier. She is always very professional. The space is clean. I never have scheduling an appointment online or by phone. In over a year my experiences have all been great. If youre looking for a new Esthetician I would definitely recommend her, and I definitely recommend the rest of the shop as well! Give it a try!

I am only in the area for a few days and wanted a Pedicure at the last minute! I called yesterday afternoon and got in this morning, Julie did a great job!!!! 01/14/22 Update: I was able to confirm today that the credit back to my card was processed/completed. I am increasing my rating to 3 stars to give them credit for that. With that said, I’m pretty sure a ‘VOID” in their system doesn’t credit a credit back to my bank account. I don’t know, I’ve never worked in a business that dealt with credit cards, maybe I’m wrong. I don’t feel that I should have had to make multiple contacts to resolve this. The last I heard from FOY was 12/19/21, they thought the ticket had been cancelled, however nothing actually happened until I posted a google review. Funny, my Doctors office owed me about $150 a couple of years ago for months…until I posted a google review, I had the money in less than a week.Original review: I scheduled a day of pampering for myself and a friend on 11/19/21. We were both very happy with our massages. The 1-hour microderm treatment and facial were nice, but the “relaxing” room actually had a lot of outside street noise. I also requested make up application, brow tint, hair color as well as mani/pedis with gel polish. I was told (at the spa, not when I scheduled) that it’s not good to do makeup application after microderm, it could break our faces out. That was disappointing, but I’d rather not break out. I DO wish I’d known in advance. No one with gel polish experience was available to do our nails, they were all “booked” up and to busy, so we went with a standard mani/pedi. The next morning my nails didn’t look top notch which is why I wanted the gel. One lady did my friends facial, colored her hair, tinted her brows and started her manicure. THEN someone else need a facial, so she left my friend with one hand polished until someone could come finish the manicure and do the pedicure. The experience was supposed to be a relaxing, one stop fits all pampering day.I have no idea where the disconnect was, but it felt we were just kind of plugged into spots without adequate staff to cover both of us in addition to other clients. I did contact the owner (11/23/21) and received a response (11/25/21), which is too lengthy to go in here. However, the solution offered was to go back so that she could ensure we received the experience we deserved and if we didn’t want to that she’d issue a refund for the services that we did not uphold the standards of.I thanked her for her response and offering a solution. Since it was an out-of-town trip for both of us (round trips120 miles for me and 300 miles for my friend), we didn’t want to go back. On 11/26/21 I requested a refund of the nail services ($160 total).On 12/17/21, I asked her if I was going to get my refund or not. On 12/19/21, I was advised “I mentioned this to the manager yesterday, and she said she did believe that the ticket had been canceled, we will go back and look through the records on Monday and make sure.” This leads me to believe at that point they were going to cancel the entire ticket.I had advised her I was disappointed in the entire experience as I expected a relaxing, seamless experience, which it was not. With tips, we spent over $1,000.00 there for the services we did get and I can guarantee it was not worth it. We didn’t skimp on tips because we didn’t want to “punish” the ones providing the services as we didn’t know whose fault the disconnect was.Here it is January 10, 2022, and no refund of any amount has been forthcoming. I initially was very happy she responded nicely, with taking steps to rectify/avoid these issues in the future as well as offering services or refunds. However we are now almost 2 months past our visit and Ive not receive a refunding as promised.

So I booked pedicures for a large group for my birthday, all the ladies went above and beyond, even providing snacks, drinks, and a birthday bag of goodies! Everyone was so nice and we all had a wonderful time!

This place has a lovely, east Texas accented, staff and environment. The lighting is soft throughout and spotted over the cutting stations with gentle spa music and the pleasant aroma of high quality shampoo. I contributed hair to locks of love and used this place for my hair cut and subsequent styling. They were very patient and happy to help with keeping the hair orderly and cut at a uniform length. Ultimately they took the time to separate my hair into 9 sections before cutting and even helped me take pictures and play at different stages of the event. Even after all that work and time I was still given a great hair cut and style which left my wife smiling.

I have had my hair done by Ricky for many years. I have to say he has been at FOY salon for a while now and I love it! Miranda and him share an amazingly beautiful suite. I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Jade as well who has her own suite down the hall. They are all amazing and so professional! I have to say FOY is an amazing place and I love getting my hair done in such a beautiful location with a building full of professionals! I hope to continue to come for years!

This salon has a very professional staff that always delivers top notch services. The salon is always clean and stocked with a wide variety of the latest products to pamper you from head to toe. My stylist always gets me in and out but still takes the time to listen to my needs to produce a beautiful cut, color and style. They also have wonderful spa packages to make you feel like a queen! Love FOY!!

Great place! The staff are super friendly, its super laid back and the service is amazing. I had my hair colored here (by Lori) and just recently got a hair cut, shampoo and style (by Jayde). Definitely look forward to coming back here for more services.

I see Kirstie for all things face. She gives the best facials and does amazing eye brows. I cant wait to try some of the other services she offers. Her room is so calming and the bed in there is warm and comfy. Thank you for always making me feel comfortable and my skin look amazing!

I had a relaxing facial, body scrub, and massage combo from a sweet and professional young lady named Alexandra Parks. I HIGHLY recommend her!The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I found out that the spa is still engaging in a business practice that seems dishonest and unethical to me, and this practice seemed to be confirmed that it is still happening by the receptionist. A family member of mine worked there for many years (but left over 5 years ago), and the salon would deduct an extra 10% from the therapist’s commission when a customer chose to pay with a card (credit, debit or even GIFT card) rather than cash, but this practice was rarely divulged to the employees upfront and only if the employee asked about it. Essentially, the EMPLOYEES are punished if a customer chooses to pay by card of any type. While it is understood that most credit card company’s charge anywhere from a 3-5% fee, why is the card fee that is being deducted from the employee more than doubled, and also, why is this practice not communicated to employees? IN SUMMARY, PAY CASH, or go elsewhere that has more ethical business practices if you need to pay by card.

Have gotten my Brazilians done hereAsked for Rachel she’s the best. My appointment was at 4:30she had me out of there by 4:49. Quick and nice what else can you ask for.She makes you feel comfortable and at easeThank you Rachel!!

I really wanted to like this place. Genuinely I did. Its a cute place. Homey and clean. The reason Im giving it 2 stars is because I had an appointment to get my hair cut. I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment at 1. I dont mind waiting until my appointment time. 1 rolls around and they say it will be just a minute ok fine no problem. 1:15 rolls around Im still waiting. 1:30 Im still waiting. 1:45 STILL WAITING. I ask if I need to come back they say the stylist is almost done. I didnt get seen until 2. An entire hour after my appointment time and an hour and 15 minutes of waiting...for an appointment. I just felt like my time was incredibly disrespected. I cant imagine that is the norm but my goodness. If you make someone wait that long at least offer a discount or something.

Amazing! My wife and I just left here with the hot tub dip and couples massage. I had Domanique and she was sooooo good. She really straddled that hard to find line between rough enough and too light. She always applied just enough pressure! A+ service. Will come back!

Today was my 2nd visit to FOY. My first experience was better although both times I felt like the reception staff had better things to do rather than greeting the clients...like chatting with each other and eating lunch. My 2 facials were very good...very relaxing. My 1st haircut was good but i just walked out during my haircut today. After i waited almost 20 minutes after my appointment time i asked the front desk if it was going to be much longer and finally my stylist appeared. She was rushed and sort of frantic. She asked me 2 to 3 times what i wanted done and then started to try to sell another service to me. We finally got to the shampoo which she told me she would do really fast because i was in a hurry. It was the worst shampoo i have ever had. After we went back yo the chair she towel dried my hair for a really long time...it felt like she might have been on some sort of upper. After she finally finished towel drying my hair sge told me she had to go to the bathroom. She frantically went back and forth through the salon and then came back and said both bathrooms were full and grabbed her phone and headed off again. I waited in the chair about 5 more minutes but then just didnt feel good about this woman cutting my hair. I removed my apron and walked to the front to pay for my facial. I never saw her again. Im bummed out. I really needed a haircut and wanted a relaxing saturday morning but instead ill be leaving on vacation tomorrow with no haircut after having a frustrating saturday morning. Dont think ill be going back.

My Husband sent me here 5 years ago. It was my first time at a spa. I loved the staff and the environment. Very excited to be going back today. Though as cold as it is Im really not sure how to dress..lol

Everyone there is really nice. Pedicures are fabulous and u can actually interact and have conversations with ur nail tech. Also they offer skinny shots which are just vitamin b shots and they are great

Brazilian Wax cost $75 back home its $35. Esthetician didnt get all the hair I needed off probably because wax wasnt warm enough and wax isnt for coarse hair . Hair grew back in a week. Ive gotten Brazilians before and it lasted a lot longer. Esthetician was nice felt comfortable place was nice and clean

Kristie does my eyelash extensions, she is simply amazing! You won’t be disappointed in her because she made my idea come to life. She is an artist.

Was very unhappy with pedicure. I could have painted my on toe nails myself if that all that was going to be done...I had to do home and soak and scrub my feet because they were done poorly....Will not be going back

Very nice environment. I usually get my eyebrows threaded but decided to switch it up and try waxing because my usual go to was closed. WORST DECISION EVER. Lady was really nice but does NOT know how to do eyebrows. The first picture is how my eyebrows look like when I get them threaded and second is how she left me. You can even see the white around where she took off extra hair. How can you even do this😭.
