Always very kind and informative. Checks IDs regularly and is a very clean store. Never any judgment when I was a new customer, helped me with every issue I had. When I had a juice I didn’t like they helped me find my favorites and they also use CashApp rewards and you can earn stars. They have a punch card as well. Over all, amazing staff, great juice, clean environment. Love this place

The owners are amazing people. Store is perfect. Not a single thing dirty, no clutter, no drama from staff. Great with the public. They make delicious flavours and have had everything I have needed and wanted and when they dont have what you want they can order it for you. Tom is the absolute best at what he dose. He knows his stuff and he knows it well. He is also nice and beyond helpful. Him and hunter help us each time we go and I would most certainly recommend going there for your vape needs!

I enjoyed hanging with these guys, who were all Very polite...He taught me how to use my new device, and mixed several flavors till he got one that I like! Then he put together the new device I liked & bought, & he filled it up for me...he even made me a custom mouthpiece, after listening to all I said about not liking the lil short ones that come on the devices...We had a few laughs & I left their shop feeling good about my visit & my purchase! :-)This will be the only place I go from now on!

The few times I have been here, the staff has been helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of great flavors and they always have my coils in stock. The store is really open, clean, and well designed. There’s tables and whatnot where you can sit and vape.

This review is specifically for the new Gilmer Road location, but I have never had a bad experience at any of thier stores.Great customer service, knowledgeable about the products they sell, and the owner is great to talk to.So happy to have a location so close to my home. Ive used Mafia Street since I started vaping 5-6yrs ago. They have always be really helpful and nice. Many other places Ive visited has treated customers like they are just dumb and dont know what their talking about. Their juices are perfectly priced and not to expensive unlike alot of other places!

Still give it a 5 only because juices are off the chain and coming during the week is fine. But not ever coming back on Sundays. I went in there and waited, it wasnt any how you doing or be with you in a minute.Not much on waiting.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. You can get juice in increments of 1 mg, and they adjust how sweet or bland you prefer. The only place in Longview Im aware of that can do this.

The folks there dont treat me like Im stupid for not knowing something and the guy there now walks us through step by step what matters and what doesnt when discussing coils, nic mg, salts etc. Just an all around great vibe in there. Hate going to artisans because of those exact opposite reasons. Mafia will always have our business!!!

Set in the lobby for 10 minutes without anyone coming out to even greet us. At least 2 employees in the store. We called them while in the lobby and they said they would be out in a minute. Q0 min its later no one still came out. We will never go back. Horrible customer service!!!
