Wow, just wow. As soon as I walk in, the atmosphere captures my soul. The aroma of freshly exhaled strawberry flavored nicotine bombards my senses with an enchanting embrace. I take a deep breath and open my eyes to be greeted by the reassuring welcome of the employees. It’s as if I’m coming home from a long road trip. As my mind ponders the almost overwhelming selection of products, my new found friends converse with me like a long lost companion. I knew this would be the first of many visits. The experience of shopping at the smoke center is often the highlight of my otherwise mundane schedule. If I’m being completely honest this establishment is the sole reason I consume nicotine. 10/10 will smoke here again 👍

Out of all the Vape/Smoke Centers in East Texas- I can firmly say that Smoke Center on the Loop is the BEST of the BEST! Truly, Eddy & his wife are fantastic people. Not only does this store have the best and largest vape selection, but Eddy & management also go above and beyond for their customers. I am VERY picky on my vape and will only use one specific flavor. The brand that I used discontinued the flavor and I was in a bad spot. Eddy made a point to really understand the flavor I loved and helped replicate it to find another brand that had a great flavor and the first one I tried was the perfect one! And I am incredibly picky. So the fact Eddy knew the flavor I liked and knew his products well enough to know what exactly it was that I needed. THATS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only that but he purchased an order of those vapes for me and I was able to buy the whole pack to get me by. Eddy made sure to call me personally when the vapes were in and I really appreciate that.No matter what youre looking for- Smoke Center at 1016 w Loop 281 is the place to go! I promise you will not be disappointed! Fantastic service and amazing products!

Notice the 5 star reviewers have less than 10 reviews. This place ran a thing where u got a deal if you 5 star the store. Its dishonest!Guys comes off like he is cool but hes slimy. Offered me a deal on a super expensive banger when I was already buying a very expensive rig, and I declined, to buy the very cheap banger. I got home and realized he charged me the price for the spendy one, 40-45 dollars. Not the cheap one. Then I hit the rig and it taste like pure cologn. Im livid off that I just spent 250 with this place. I will be tell8ng everybody I know. If you have ANY EXPERIENCE outside texas, your not gonna be pleased.. May be the best longview has but it sucks. Never have I bought a rig, and wanted to cry when I got home. Its usually just a great experience. I feel like I got what was available, and then it taste and smells like cologn so strong I cant use it. What a let down

Terrible experience. Pushed me to buy something i did not want, and when i said no, i ended up getting charged for it anyways. didnt realize till i got home. The guy also put his lips to my new piece several times. that was very weird...and now, my banger cracked, after being used aroiund 12 times with low temp dabs. unreal! 40 dollars for glass bangers, stay away from this guys shop
