I do not recommend the Loveland location. Grace is incredible with her facials but the girls at the front desk were very rude about me not signing up for their $90 a month membership.It’s no spa treatment when you leave feeling like they make you feel in fact it’s quite the opposite.I appreciate someone informing me of an opportunity to save money but a financial commitment for massage and facials is not for everyone. I won’t be going back and I would highly recommend others to spend their money pampering themselves elsewhere.
Do not use massage envy. The therapist are great but the company is not. I have a membership with them for 12 months After my first visit, I suffered from severe vertigo, the thought of having any more massages just feels me with dread. I went in to ask if there was anyway I could transfer my massages to my sister for the remainder of my membership and they said no, because she is a member. So I am stuck paying for a service ($70.00 a month) I can not use. So if you are thinking of joining go elsewhere!
Pretty terrible massage. Front desk girl was super sweet. But didn’t seem surprised when I said the massage was bad, however you should be discounted I think….Therapist was very unexperienced she kept stopping like she was either on her phone or falling asleep she used one hand a lot and had a terrible flow. She never flipped me over and kept me on my stomach for an hour. She ended by rubbing into a knot and then said ok we’re done. As a retired therapist it frustrates me so much that these company’s and these schools don’t train therapist correctly!! And then to pay $85 for a horrible experience. This is why they only have 3 stars.

Massage Envy is running one of the biggest scams out there and its only a matter of time before it comes to an end for them.I was a member for 10 years and the last few years have gone significantly downhill. I finally cancelled my membership after using up a bunch of credits on stretch (as you cant get massage appointments). Even with 100% flexibility, its impossible to get appointments for massage inside two months.I started to notice some issues the last couple of years with losing credits (they just disappeared from my account even though credits dont expire). I never did get a proper explanation on those and I stopped caring after a while of getting the run around. When I did cancel my membership, I was told I had seven credits to use in 60 days and I had previously booked appointments to use 7 credits. On the sixth appointment, I was told I only had half a credit left (even though the math said I had 1.5). I paid for half a session, called the manager and got the runaround about some of my credits from 2017 expiring, etc. (credits dont expire so that made zero sense).Anyways, I am done and not going to bother trying to recover what I lost. I am writing this message to strongly encourage you not to sign up here. I now work with a private therapist who comes to my home. This way I can get appointments when I need them.
Came in because I had a gift card and immediately was not impressed. The studio is very dirty with dust bunnies everywhere. The receptionist got snippy with me when I didn’t hear her say to have a seat then proceeded to stand over me while I filled out my intake form. The girls up front were talking extremely loud and laughing, not a relaxing environment at all. I even could hear them throughout my entire massage.The sheets during the massage were paper thin which made me feel uncomfortable with draping. The massage was pretty good but the rest of the experience was not. I was not offered water or tea before or after my massage. I have been to places that are more reasonably priced that are much more luxurious. If you’re looking to relax and treat yourself, don’t come here.
Unfortunately I have a membership at this place. I definitely do not recommend this place. The message therapist (Christina) talked the whole time, she almost had me it tears. Im pretty sure she had her phone on her and snapped a picture of something. While I was face down. Ive been trying to cancel my membership for a 1 but they do not allow it
Very unprofessional! I felt rushed as soon as I walked in the door! Was asked to give a tip before the service was done. I sat & waited for my daughter & could hear the Managers conversation because she was talking loudly. She or the girl at the front desk didnt even bother to talk to me the whole time I was waiting. And, my daughter said the girl [Jo] talked the whole time she got her facial. I dont recommend this place. We went on a Sunday but wont be going back.
(Loveland, CO) Their membership system feels like a scam. Scheduling is mostly limited to during the day so trying to get in at a decent time after work is difficult. They only have 1 or 2 massages therapist that are decent. Most recent visit in was a surprise as they changed my therapist without notice. I was not ok with this as my therapist knows what works for me. This place isn’t for people who actually need massage therapy. Nothing but frustration comes from this place.
My experience at this location was incredible! I made my appointment online, which was super easy to do! The people at the front desk were so nice and inviting. They helped me fill out all the paper work and introduced me to my massage therapist Sofia. I’m a hairdresser and Sofia was very attentive and focused on all my problem areas. She was friendly and made the whole experience really relaxing and comfortable. Hands down best massage I have ever received! Already made my appointment to go back and am scheduling something for my husband very soon!
Hi I had an appointment last night at massage envy. I paid for 60 minutes. I only got 50 minutes. And my girl Allison that I had she was a good massage person. But she talked the entire time during my massage. I felt like I didn’t really get to relax. The time before that was a problem also. The girl talk too much. I’m there to relax not to have a conversation. Thank you
Dont go here. I was fraudulently charged over $200 from this location today and have been continuously charged by them since February for an account that I am not responsible for. I have contacted them several times regarding this and they continue to charge my card. I went so far as to change my card number and they still, some how, figured out how to charge my account. There are so many locally operated places that actually care about their clients. Take your money (and private information) elsewhere.
I am still upset about the treatment I received from the reception staff this morning. I have been a member for over 10 years, and periodically there have been issues with same-day cancellations. I get it: Staff members get sick and need to stay home. However, this is the second time that my morning appointment at the Loveland franchise has been cancelled, but I did not receive a call or text to let me know. This morning, I arrived for my 10:30, 90 minute session and after an unusually long wait at the desk to check (only one person working the front desk), the receptionist told me that my session had been cancelled because the therapist called in sick. She told me she called me and left a message, and I told her I never received a message. I went out to my car and checked my phone: no voice mail, no incoming calls registered in my recents list and no text messages. I called back while sitting in the parking lot to let the receptionist know that I didnt receive any notice of the cancellation. I asked her to check that she had my correct number, and she repeated my phone number to me. She was clearly irritated that I was continuing to force the issue, but I told her I felt it was unfair that she could simply cancel without notifying me and with no responsibility or effort to make it right, but if I were to cancel last minute, Id be charged for the service. She basically told me that was the case, but no apology and no admission that she dropped the ball. When I returned home (btw, I live in Wellington, so quite a trek to get there and back!) I checked my phone records with my cell provider and they confirm that no call, voice mail or text were received from Massage Envy. My husband and I both have memberships, and weve been considering cancelling because its so darned hard to schedule an appointment with a good therapist at either Loveland or Fort Collins locations without making it weeks in advance. This makes the decision to leave an easy one.But I still with I could have gotten a sympathetic Im sorry from that receptionist instead a lot of snippy attitude.-Disappointed

I have had a membership at Massage Envy for a couple of years now. While it has been frustrating to have to keep finding a new therapist due to turnover (possibly due to COVID though), my biggest frustration is just in scheduling AT ALL. I am charged each month for my membership and receive a text each time asking if Id like to schedule a massage. I always respond that I would like to and no one contacts me back. I have received texts saying that my therapist has a last minute opening and, though I cant make that time work, I respond saying Id like to still schedule for another time and dont hear anything back. I have even called the location 4 times and left messages (as they NEVER answer the phone unless Im there to check in for a massage). No one has ever called me back. I like my therapist and would love to take advantage of the membership perks, but I cant even get a single massage scheduled for many months now. I attempted to schedule a massage online last year and it was completely messed up (did not link to my actual account, etc) and I was told that the online scheduling does not work, so to always call them... It should not be this hard just to set an appointment. I would rather not switch to another location, as I feel like it takes forever to find the right therapist, but the front office portion of this location is impossible to deal with.
This location is super hard to get in at. I know that they encourage scheduling a month ahead, but sometimes you wake up with a sore neck and you want to get in. Not possible here. Ive been a member for a few months and I can never get an appointment unless its been scheduled WAY ahead. Also, what is with tipping before you receive your massage?? The staff is quite pushy here about gratuity asking would you like to check out before your massage. Beware this means give a tip before you get your service. Makes no sense to me. Not a fan of automatic tipping. I like to tip for great service, but it puts me off when someone expects a great tip before theyve done anything.
I was in some serious pain and needed a massage to work out some tight muscles in my back. The front desk ladies were very kind but the massage therapist was terrible. She didn’t focus on the points I asked her to. I felt as if she was just rushing to get out of there. Paid for a hour and only got roughly 35 minutes. Do not recommend going here
I was a little bit skeptical because of the previous reviews but it was actually pretty legit the masseuse her name is Elizabeth and she did a pretty damn good job and she did a deep tissue and I mean she did pretty good job so it’s good so go try it out
I visited last week and I had a good experience. It is cheaper than the independent places so I like that. No complaints really other than they really push the tips and stuff.
I little nervous to go due to the bad reviews but I had a gift card and gave it a shot! My husband and I got a couples massage and overall it was really good! Would recommend- also they werent pushy about the monthly subscription as some have said.
Avoid. they cancelled my appt the morning of, yet if i cancel, Im fully charged. they wont cancel my membership because i find them worthless. its a scam with poor management
I am absolutely and unequivocally appalled by the scheduling of this establishment. I showed up, and they completely changed my appointment by one month. When I have cancelled in the past, I get charged for the full session. When they make an absurd scheduling mistake, they will not refund me at all. What a terrible management policy and an unreasonable managing system for a corporate company. Its unfortunate because my therapist Stan is absolutely wonderful however the manager Kristen who screwed all of this up is an absolutely dreadful person who does not know how to manage or live up to her mistakes. Her staff is untrained. Its sad that my masseuse looses my business when none of this is his fault. They should absolutely learn customer service 101 and hire someone who actually knows how to take charge when something goes wrong.
My husband and I visited this location recently for an hour couples massage. Massage therapists did a decent job. What was not great was the fact that we started at 6:39 for a 6:30 appointment and ended at 7:28. If I pay for an hour massage, I expect an hour massage, not 40 minuets. Not only that, parts that my husband specified were in pain were not touched. Needless to say, if I could get a good massage, that lasts the entire hour that I paid for, I would be more willing to purchase the membership that they try to push on you afterwards.

Ive been a member for a couple of years. Im just trying to use up the massages Ive paid for so I can move onto a more stable therapy place. The therapists seem to change often. Each time I finally find a good one, they quit and I have to start the process over again. If you want to drop in for a massage or for my spouse a facial its ok for the now and then. If you want to go on a regular basis and see the same people, I dont recommend it.
Amazing! Kat upfront was very helpful and gave Helen all the information she needed. Helen was incredible! She was able to hone in on my pressure points relieve them with the perfect amount of pressure! She is very experienced and takes her craft very seriously. It was definitely the best massage I have ever had. I Will definitely come back and visit Helen again soon.
My therapist Brandon was amazing, professional, listened and gave me a really good massage.Therapist was top notch. I did schedule wvery week. I just called to confirm my apointment and was told I didnt have one but had one in a week. I was like yes I have one every week. I have a workers comp claim and a weekly plan of care that includes a massage. She offered dro reschedule and then said sorry there is nothing. I exaplained this was actually a big deal and she sounded put out and said there is nothing I can do. Put me on a wait list check another location. Is scheduling not your job. Not sure if Im coming back.
Rude and pushy. Im not a fan and will not recommend this at all. I was given a gift certificate at Christmas as a one time pamper me thing. The massage therapist was wonderful, the pressure to join a membership immediately made me tense up and very inconvenient time wise. They were not personal and very open about finances. Humiliated at best I was when I repeadly had to explain I didnt have the income to continue...
Talk me into a membership in February. So then I booked my first appointment... they canceled. Re booked... canceled again. They dont up hold contact or appointments. Yet they keep taking money outta my account. Even after I told them repeatedly I canceled my membership. Seeking legal action now in August
My boyfriend and I have been coming here for over 2 years and I have been waiting to post a review. While I have found multiple fantastic therapists here, my boyfriend has been harder to please. It always seemed like once we found the right therapist for him, she would leave. But thanks to the wonderful manager, Sarah, she helped get him get with the right therapist! After one massage with Nicole, he couldnt be happier. If you can handle a deep great pressure massage, that will work out all your pressure points, I HIGHLY recommend Chris or Steve. Thank you so much to the staff for working with us to help us find the right fit for our picky needs.
Like everything else in loveland, waste of time. Got a gift card from my boyfriend for my birthday. They let me come all the way in to let me know they no longer had time to do my massage just my facial. I wanted to do them together bcz Ive been really stressed and this was supposed to be like a full day thing. What a waste I feel so bad he meant well but this is the second massage envy gift card he got me that is going in the trash. Im going to have to tell him to stop buying gift cards for this place. Their policies are offensive and really show they are all about themselves and the customers are there to serve them. Id rather pay 3 times as much at a real spa. Walk ins welcome sign on the door is also a joke. I had an appointment today but Ive walked in on numerous occasions and have never had luck. Save your money go to a place that makes you feel relaxed not more stressed than when you walked through the door. I hate this place.
Such poor cancellation process. I was in to get a massage in January and the clerk advised me should would get my cancellation complete so I would not have the payment in February. When I called today, the GM said they would cancel the contract today at that her staff had made a mistake and that she would definitely talk to them I will not return to Massage Envy.
My friends and I had purchased 3 gift cards for mothers day for our wives , the person behind the desk entered the gift cards in manually which is wrong from what Alexis the store managers says. They were suppose to swipe it through a card reader . This places customers service sucks.Long story short after be harassed before they could leave about payment . Even with the gift cards in hand my wife and here 2 friends left irritated and embarrassed I would highly recommend not going to this place ever. The management is just as unprofessional as the 17 year old girl that rang these gift cards up wrong in the first place.
I expect a fairly good rub down when I get a massage. I left a 90min massage feeling like I needed a massage. Even though I shared that my legs have been killing me, I got no leg rub here. I received leg pressure......push and hold. This method was used during the entire massage. What type of massage is that? I need to be sure I don’t see that therapist again. Not the experience I expected.
Awful and annoying. I had a payment plan set up with my original card, and instead of charging that they charged every other card on file. My sisters card was charged, my business card was charged etc. Annoying. I’ve tried calling them and calling corporate. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. So unprofessional.
Dont go here. The masseuses arent good.. feather touches and chopstick fingers It seems like theyre going to obligate me to pay for 6 months more of service I a no forlonger want,d which doesnt seem like a good business, model because theyre either obligating people to pay for services they no longer want, obligating their employees to work with people that dont want to be there or they take a chunk of money for services that arent given seems like a lose-lose situation either way.It seems like the most sensible thing is to let people end their contract and walk away, instead of forced business.

I dont recommend this place, the people who work there arent very experienced. They dont listen to their clients on the beds and you feel worse when you leave than when you entered. Please move to another area, its beginning to hurt there... she continues in the same spot for 5 more minutes. Second time, please move to another area.... she doesnt move.I do not recommend this place.

I have been going here for years now. It works for what I need, I will say however there is always a schedule change or a high turn over just when Im getting used to a masuss.
It was my first massage and facial and when I showed up I was very stif and uncomfortable but when I left I was very relaxed :)
