Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I was fortunate to find out a long time about the healing qualities of massage and have been getting them ever since. By far, Jessie is the best female massage therapist I have worked with in my 22 years of receiving massage therapy! She is professional, thorough, intuitive, and capable of targeting the areas in my back, neck, and shoulder blades like Ive never experienced before. You will get your full session time here and not be rushed along like other places tend to do. Im an athlete and put my body through the ringer, but Jessies massage and the serenity created at RuYi restores my mind & body every time. Grateful to have found them, and Ive been a client of theirs for years now. The therapy rooms are always clean, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time and asking for Jessie. (Please be respectful and patient when talking with them over the phone and in person. They are incredibly kind and do their best to accommodate everyone and different languages.)

I just came in and had the BEST massage ever. I didnt get to catch his name but he was wonderful. I prefer to be quieter during my massage and he didnt force any unnecessary conversation (hard to relax when talking in my opinion). The establishment was clean, welcoming, and so charming. Jessie gave me a fabulous 90 minute massage. Back home my masseuse is able to start out by walking on my back. This place does not have the safety equipment to do that but Jessie crawled over much of my back which was just as good. Hot stones are great. Great value - $90 for 90 minutes.

A great massage with a great staff. Very friendly and always I leave better than when I got there. This is a great place for husbands and wives to go together and get a relaxing foot massage. If you need a quick 20-30 minute chair massage. They also do cupping which helped me immensely after I had a back injury. They were able to get me to have a restful nights sleep after my injury. These are good people and offer a clean environment and friendly staff. Just call ahead as they might not have walk in available.

The man who gave my massage was amazing. Wish I grabbed his name to request him. He used a lot of pressure to where it hurt sometimes but I like that! The only thing I have to say about this place is they leave the room to deal with customers so the massage will be broken up a bit.I’ll become a regular there. The prices are affordable, he used hot stones and warm towels. I felt like jello after. ❤️

Excellent massage! They made me feel welcomed and very good during and after the massage.I asked for a service not listed.. a 60 minute combo and they agreed to it. I didnt ask the price and it was $49. Which is in line with other 60 minute combo massages Ive received.My massage therapist was very attentive to my bodys needs and seemed to know the tight spots without me mentioning them to her.A couple of times she paused briefly & whispered a question about the pressure and my comfort level.The massage started off in the large open room. While my feet were soaking she worked on my head, neck and upper back & then my arms.When she got to the feet I was relaxed enough and felt I could nap. She worked on the feet and legs for a while. She hit all the right pressure points and that relaxed me even further.After that, I was moved to a private room with a massage table. The table and sheets were soft and comforting. She worked my back and neck areas really well. Again hitting the right spots without being informed of where they were located.By the end of the massage, I was completely relaxed and wish I had time for their 75 minutes or longer massage.

Great place for massage, in area for work and wasn’t sure of it at first but after 90 minutes was left completely relaxed! Good communication and perfect pressure, will be my goto spot whenever I am back for work in this area! Edit, hate to give away but Jessie is the Best! 🙌🏼

What a lovely place! The decor is very nice and calming. This is only the 2nd massage Ive ever had - so I didnt know what to expect. First place was at a fancy hotel spa. I originally went in for a foot massage and ended up doing the full body for 90min. Jerry was my masseuse. He was very professional and did a great job! He focused on areas that I didnt even have to point out. Im so glad I got the full body. I will definitely be back!

I will say that I travel globally for work and am an avid massage person. The staff here are some of the best I have ever received a massage from in all my travel! Sarina gives the best table and foot massage I have ever had. She is so strong and can work the knots out. She is fantastic and really knows how to give a massage. Then there is John and he gives the best chair massage ever. He is strong and can kneed the knots out of your upper body. I would highly recommend these guys, they are fantastic. Can’t wait to go again!

Let me preface this post by saying that I’ve had my fair share of massages…..I had an appointment for 4:00pm. I arrived at 3:45pm and was taken to my room for the massage (no paperwork, no you are too early, and no how are we going to figure out why you are here 15 minutes before your time. The massage therapist took me straight to my room and asked how much time i wanted. Once i was on the bed, she asked if i wanted hard or medium pressure on my massage. When you start to drool during your massage, you know it is good. Enough already…i am going back.

Foot massage and 90 min from Mike! He did an amazing job!This is my 2nd time here and they are all so nice and polite! Very welcoming!

WOW! This place took me as a walk-in. It is beautiful and tranquil inside. The foot massage was amazing as was the chair massage. Definitely worth the money which is much less than a majority of other places. If you go, you will save money, therefore, contemplate on tipping them the remainder of the money you had just saved. I will most assuredly be going back. They were able to relieve my physical stress.

My experience at this massage parlor was extremely disappointing. I stopped in for a foot massage because I was having a SUPER painful plantar fasciitis flare up. I have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis as well. The massage therapist took one look at my psoriasis and proceeded to tell me no, She cant do it. I explained to her that its not contagious and that I only wanted my feet done. She refused. But I think maybe it was for the best because that place was filthy.

My masseuse didnt really speak English AT ALL. She answered the company phone to book appointments and took off her mask DURING my massage (I didnt see her maskless until the part when you turn face up)I really do wish my experience here was as good as the other reviews say, but the good didnt out-weigh the bad. Those things I mentioned are definitely not okay.

Jessie is amazing. Very very clean and definitely get your moneys worth. My wife and I both go often.

I usually go to the Fort Collins location with the same name. Thought I’d give this one a try. I was unimpressed. My massage was not nearly as good as the Fort Collins location. They only did a foot massage- even though I asked for a combo massage. Pressure was too light. I will stick with the Ft Collins location.

Rude massage therapist. She answered the office phone while still doing my massage. She tried to upsell several times me saying a clear no each time, lead to interrupting my experience. At one point I told her it was to much pressure and she tried to upsel again. No lady its your pressure thats too much!

20 min chair massage, excellent! I carry most of my stress in my neck and shoulders. They have the strength to loosen those tight muscles!

To be blunt, if you have had any injuries or have any, go someplace else. They took no care to what I said and they did not respect the parts of my body full of metal and are painful. I have a broken ankle, had it covered, and they kept trying to twist and massage it. It was a very disappointing experience

I was waiting for a haircut next door to Ru Yi and was curious I walked into Ru Yi and was greeted immediately by a very polite man. He showed me the price list on the wall. His English was quite limited.I returned after my haircut and received a one hour massage from a petite Chinese American woman who couldnt have weighed more than ninety pounds.I thought that she would be completely incapable of giving me a deep tissue massage sufficient to my needs I weigh 193 pounds and am six foot tall.Ive had a spinal fusion as well as neck fusion and suffer from fibromyalgia. Ive also had Orthopedic surgery on nearly every major joint in my body with plates and screws in some.Im very active, and am retired law enforcement. Ive had full body massages before.Never have I received such an effective massage. She knew her craft She used amazing leverage and techniques unknown to me. Im still a bit baffled about how she was able to do this...She was very polite and nothing inappropriate occurred nor was suggested. The facility was spotless, quiet, and relaxing.I left feeling fifteen years younger and completely without pain. I nearly floated back to my vehicle.This business is a Godsend to Loveland and all who suffer physically and mentally.I recommended them to my wife who drives clear up to North Fort Collins for her regular messages.Try Ru Yi out! They are very inexpensive and Im convinced youll have a wonderful experience!Note: This is NOT a paid advertisement

This place is clean, employees friendly and nice but I went in just to get a leg and foot massage. Language barrier is a problem …. They did a full massage even though I asked just for a leg and foot massage…… at times the pressure was painful and they kept wanting to add more $ than original quoted. I won’t return because of this.

The person who took my call was able to answer my questions without any hesitation. They were very pleasant and upbeat in their responses. I have had a long relationship with this company and each and every contact that I have had there has been very positive. They are true professionals at their business.

Absolutely great massages but the place is freezing cold.

Had an appointment for 6. Got there early at 5:40 (that’s on me), however the girl told me it would be an hour because her boss had left. Gave it till 6:30 and I left. During my time there the girl didn’t give me any updates on timing or came out yo ask how I was doing. Won’t go back.

I will be coming back!! I have been suffering with back and neck pain for months!! So bad I could not sleep or move. The nice older lady 👌 she did such a wonderful job that I wanted to cry because when I was done 😍 I felt so relieved!! Thank you again for the excellent service 👏
