Booked a massage for today but accidentally left my purse at home. I needed to update my card in file due to credit card fraud.Even though I had two massages paid for and 4 credits, I was not allowed to have my massage today. Id already paid them for the massage I booked, I just didnt have a card on file. So I paid for a service, but they wouldnt let me actually use it. She had the audacity to tell me it was my lucky day and she wouldnt charge me a cancellation fee... as I was standing in the lobby, on time for a pre-paid massage.Im canceling my membership after several years. (Oh, but they won’t give me my money back or let me use those last two massages by the way.)

My wife took us to massage heights for a couples massage. Linda and Alexis were very professional and did an amazing job. We will definitely be going back soon

Lily is a miracle worker!I have metal holding my spine together - so massage is a medical necessity for me.Lily has an incredible ability to find my problem areas quickly. She is very careful, but simultaneously amply strong. She is beyond professional. Lily has an extraordinary knowledge of anatomy and massage technique. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t be able to function as well as I do.The front desk is usually very helpful and welcoming. The entire place is always clean.

Savannah is amazing. Ive been in 2 rollover accidents, a sideswipe and been rear ended, so my massages are physical therapy, not relaxation. Savannah does an amazing job digging in as deep as I need and releasing pressure and tension. She also has an amazing personality, always smiling and down to earth. If you need a DEEP massage, shes the gal to see.

My go to place, so so relaxing and definitely take the time to make sure you are comfortable and find where you want a massage.My grandma in law has even been here and will be recommending to more of my family and friends, would recommend 10/10Get the face massage, it’s such a nice add on, and only an extra $25.Love when a business takes its clients seriously and treats them correctly, best place ever ❤️

Always enjoy massages from there. My go-to therapists are Gabe, Nick and Ethan. All tier 2 therapists but worth the upgrade.

My wife and I have been coming here for almost 2 full years. I honestly wish we would have canceled our membership months ago. When we first started we were very impressed. Enough to get a membership. Theyve done nothing but go downhill from that moment on. Now it seems all of the good masseuses have left. The front desk people are always brand new, and they changed our 90 minute membership to a 60 minute membership without any forewarning. No emails no nothing, and the price pretty much stayed the same when they shortened our massage up. Its disappointing that we ended up canceling our membership here as we used to get monthly couples massages. I guess at some point my masseuse thats been seeing me the entire time left and the front desk lady is so new (as usual) that she doesnt even know who she is. Never even heard the name. If you are planning on getting a massage I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Especially if you are looking for a long term thing. If its a one off massage you can hedge your bets but good luck.

My daughter was seen by a therapist in Loveland and had a poor experience. They were late coming in, sniffed the whole time like they were sick and then she was massaging with one hand(possibly on her phone) obviously not paying attention to the client. When I called in the receptionist made excuses for her, and she was very rude and then never apologized! I never complain about anything but for the amount of money we pay the rudeness is not acceptable! I cancelled my membership and will never be back!!

Very surprised to learn that my 60-minute massage was only 50-minutes. When I addressed this with the front desk they said that 5 minutes is for me to get ready and 5 minutes is for me to clear out. My expectation is that if Im paying for 60 minutes, I am getting 60 hands on minutes. Setting aside 10 minutes for me to undress and dress (and to count that as massage minutes) is misleading and Ive never had any other massage studio do this before. Definitely disappointing.

This is the worst experience by far compared to the other places I went. Due to work, I was traveling a lot so I cancelled my membership. Since I dont travel as much so I start looking into finding a massage place. I saw the website about the intro special for $69, so I make the appointment online. After the massage, the front desk told me the price is $139, they cant give me the intro special since I was a member in the past. I was a member a long time ago. The front desk should have told me when I first arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. The massage therapist was not very professional. She kept drinking something, running noise and sneezing during the session. I could feel she doesnt care from the massage. She just going thru the steps, no pressure, not focus on my areas in pain (shoulder, neck and lower back). It felt like her mind was somewhere else and she did not like to be there at work. My neck pain was worst than before the massage.If the front desk told me about the Intro special when I first arrived. I would understand and be ok to pay the full price and possible to join the membership. With both of these issues, I will not join membership and I will not come back. I will tell all my friends and people I know about this experience. I felt like I got scammed. I paid a lot of money for someone to put lotion on my back.

My husband gifted me a subscription for Christmas - the quality of massages was ehhhh, and each time I found someone I liked they would leave for one reason or the other. I cancelled in writing at the end of the year and they continued charging us through June and then would not refund, saying that I doctored the Cancellation email in January. So want to pay hundreds of extra dollars for mediocre to bad massages? This is your place.

Amazing massage! And scheduling ahead on the app made it super easy, just walk in, give them my name, and then they call you back when its time. The only down side was the speaker in the room I was in sounded like it was broken. It was playing nice soft relaxing music, but with all the static, it wasnt very relaxing. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars!

I try to always go see Dylan here, hes fabulous. But a few times I had other massage therapists, all were very good.

My hubby and I have a membership here. They’re very reasonably priced. We have had great massages from a ton of massage therapist. All of them have been amazing and the staff is always very sweet!

I visit Massage Heights monthly and have always received great service from the time I walk in until the time I leave. Its convenient to schedule online, and the front desk has been very accommodating when Ive needed to change my appointment time. Not only do I receive a great massage, but I am also usually shown a few different stretches to do at home to help alleviate pain until my next visit.

First of all my massage therapist was really great for the time I was there. I definitely did not receive a full 60 minutes. It was probably 45 minutes of actual massage time at best. Which honestly that is the worst. Place was cute and well put together but nothing to write home about... pretty standard as far as massage places go. Totally not worth the price tag at all. They also will try and sell you a package which in my opinion is not worth it. Plus who wants to be sold something after a relaxing massage? Not me!

I went in for a massage a couple days before christmas and Charlee at the front desk was so helpful and answered all my questions I had and walked me through the fill out and gave me the best person for my massage and it was amazing and so relaxing!

Just had a 2 hour massage with Bri and it was seriously amazing!! She is so personable with a very professional approach. Checked in often about level of pressure/comfort and made me feel very relaxed. She is definitely my new massage therapist. Thanks so much ❤️ Can’t wait for my next one.

I have been a member for 7 years and my membership started in Loveland Colorado Ive been moved 3 years ago down to Broomfield and three times my membership has gone up. The reason I joined was not just that it was a nice place but the membership said that the price would not go up .SincerelyMichele

I have used this location for years now, I had a membership, recommended them to coworkers, friends and even purchased gift cards for family members.The front desk employees told me 2 times I had 2 hours of credit.So I scheduled, recieved my service, paid for a tip and then was told again that I had one more remaining hour of credit. (Thats 3 times they failed to fix this miscommunication)This is all on tape and documented by their system.Days later I was hunted down for a payment due to a computer glitchWhen confronted by management, I was told that if I didnt pay theyd file a police report. All they could offer was elevations for another visit. They also mentioned that they wouldnt pay my therapist until my invoice was paid.I decided to settle since I did receive the service and am a decent person; however, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for any services. They are disorganized, misspeak and will threaten you over $70 on a mistake that was 100% theirs.I hope this was worth the loss of a group of loyal customers.

Do not come here. I have filed a complaint with better business. If you don’t believe me just read other reviews. This place scams you into a contract for 70 dollars a month and they don’t tell you that you can’t cancel. Almost like a cell service or gym membership. The scammed my pregnant fiancé and myself. Then threatened me over 70 dollars. A ton of people come in thinking they are getting just one message. Do not give them your bank information by and circumstance

After a year I have not found anyone that will listen to do a simple swedish massage. Your time starts in the lobby, so you are really paying for a 45 minute massage, and I find it to be even less most times. I will be cancelling this as the year is over. What a waste of money. They keep saying they have recommendations that will be a good fit. Never happens!!

I subscribed to a monthly package over two years ago as a loyal client. Even paying for the membership during the COVID closure. I recently canceled due to a nearly 50 percent price increase. I had several hours built up at the time of cancelation. They let me continue to schedule appointments to use the hours. I had an emergency at work on the night of an appointment and had to cancel. They charged withdrew a cancelation fee of $54.00 from my account instead of taking it out of the pile of hours I accumulated over the years. I was told by the extremely rude receptionist that was company policy and they would not be flexible. After all the time and money I gave the business, even when times were hard, they just take my money and not from the hours I built up. This tells me they are not about the people and only care about the dollar.

This was my second time coming to Massage Heights. The first time was sub-par but I figured I would give it another chance. The second time was absolutely horrible. The massage therapist talked non-stop! I booked for a relaxing massage but received the complete opposite. She talked from beginning to end and stopped and looked at every single one of my tattoos. She asked about my personal background, why I got certain tattoos, and talked about personal life she was dealing with. Due to these two interactions, I will not book through Massage Heights again.

I did a couples massage with my wife in June 2020.The massage was good not great. And I felt a bit weird about the lady who checked us out pushing the monthly packages (though this could have been a deal if you went often / wanted to).Positives were that it was relaxing and they were able to accommodate us relatively last minute.

The staff is nice and polite, the massage was alright but not the best Ive ever had though... They really push you to get the membership and well even with the membership its still extremely pricey. Since it was my first massage there it was 60$ for 60 minutes but if I were to go back without a membership it would be 120$! Thats just stupid. Unfortunately I wont be coming back here.

I got a 90 min. massage because I was experiencing severe tension in my neck, traps and shoulders. I could not bend or rotate my neck. I voiced my symptoms to Kenna and it was literally the best massage I have ever gotten. I have been getting periodic massages for over 12 years and I have never had a better massage. It was like she knew exactly where my trigger points were and I felt so light when I left. The next day my neck, trap and shoulder pain were almost non-existent. I made another appointment in two weeks. If you aren’t sure which therapist you want, I highly highly recommend Kenna! You won’t be disappointed. I got medium pressure and it was perfect for the level of pain I was in.

This place is absolutely STUNNING inside! Staff is wonderful as well. The lady, (I cant remember her name and I feel bad because she was amazing!) listened to me and did exactly what I asked her to do. Very relaxing and calming! The 2 hours flew by so quickly. I definitely recommend this place! I will be certainly be returning!

Michele is a phenomenal esthetician!!! I loooove going to her because of her knowledge, personality, and her meticulous details for my skin! I highly recommend her and I feel better every time I go to her. I get my massage then head to her for an hour and a half facial. I feel like a new person every time!

Was very relaxing. Perfect for our sister day!! I am especially thankful for them allowing me to use a room for pumping in between facial and massage!! I am a nursing mom and it was nice to pamper myself but also stay on my usual pump schedule!! Thank you for your understanding!!

Massage Heights Centerra has been AMAZING! I go at least once a month and receive services from Rhori. She is THE BEST with massages, as well as added tips and advice for overall wellness!

I love the place but my last massage was less than worth my time. I told them while there and wasnt an offered an amount to reduce my fee. Later I called to complain and they offered 1/2 of my fee which I took but honestly, a bad massage should be reimbursed fully.Every other time Ive been there its been awesome so Im almost sad that Im not 100% satisfied due to this last experience. The owners are incredible people so this is NOT a reflection on them.

I haven’t even made it into Massage Heights but so far my booking experience has been incredibly frustrating. So much so that I haven’t even been able to successfully book a massage. I’ve tried online twice, phone, and email. My poor back, full of knots is crying for some proper customer service!Edit: I was contacted first thing the next morning and was able to book a massage for that day. I was offered an upgrade for the inconvenience which was nice but I declined as I just wanted a massage. Rob(?) gave me a great, firm massage and I felt wonderful at the end of the 90 minutes. I’m glad I made it in.

I have been coming monthly for almost a year and it’s by far the best massage I have had. Ian is amazing and does exactly what you ask the first time you ask. I have seen other therapists but Ian is my favorite he finds all the problem areas and leaves me feeling relaxed and comfortable and the relief I get from my body aches is gone for at least a good week or so. Absolutely amazing I love the staff, there is no judgement when I come in with crazy hair and looking homeless lol.

Weve received excellent customer service here. They treat us well. Its easy to switch therapists, we most always like their recommendations, its scrupulously clean, and the therapists are attentive and very skilled.

Friendly customer service, but the massage was not great.The 1 hour massage started 15-20 minutes late, ended 5-10 minutes early, and I didnt even get the facial after verifying twice that I wanted one. The person who did my back sat down the whole time so he could only reach my shoulders.

My husband was a new man after his surprise birthday message. He is currently going to rehabilitation sessions for his shoulder and after his message he actually felt better with minimal pain in that shoulder. Heidi was very helpful.

Whenever I have needed service on my car, I have been able to get in right away and the work has always been completed quickly and professionally. The warranty on the tires is amazing! Ray is especially helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this Big O Tires!

I have been a member of the monthly massage at loveland Massage Heights for several years. I have never been disappointed! Yesterday, Cheyenne gave me the best massage I have ever had and I feel like a new person today. The girls in front are so helpful, sweet, it’s immaculate, and a real treat to go.

Best massages Ive had. They have great customer service every time. I had my first facial and the therapist walked me through it every step of the way. She explained everything she was doing and every product. Her voice was as calming as the music. I then got a massage. I have had a few of these but this is the 1st time I truely relaxed. I got deep tissue. Other places are too rough and leave bruises. Some places might as well be a tickle. I melted into the table and did not quite sleep but went into a sort of meditation. The therapist was not a chatty cathy and just let me relax. The whole experience is worth your time and money. The only bad thing at all is the line I got on my face from dang near falling asleep on the table!

The one thing I wish massage heights would change is the music. I usually have to bring my own pods to listen to music that is more relaxing. They play the worst elevator music. It is hard to find a good therapist there since most have just graduated from school and you do have to try a few to find the perfect one that fits your needs. The girls up front are sweet and helpful. Will is the best.

AMAZING AMAZING!.. Ethan was my therapist today and he was sooo professional and caring. I have been a member for 6 years and Ethan has ALWAYS been superb. I tell him where my tense spots are and he knows what to do. He has new techniques EVERY time I go I am so thankful! He is excellent with deep deep tissue massage and very helpful with suggestions of how to take care and stretch correctly daily. Thank you Ethan!! I must also give kudos to Will.. My daughter praises your techniques, shes a work out addict and he massages her grumpy knots out :-)! Id recommend this place to ALL.. AND TO TOP IT OFF... For an amazing facial.. Best spa in town! I can always seem to call in last minute and still get in with the therapist I request. The front desk staff always greets me by name and asks how I am doing. Definitely recommend booking in advance since they do get pretty busy.

Alicia is best therapist that I have ever had in my years of having massage therapy. She has taken my pain level from a 10 to a 5. Her knowledge of body mechanics and intuition is outstanding.

I have had a membership here and every massage gets cut 10 minutes at the front and back. Today I paid for a 90 minute massage from 3-430 and I’m already home at 4:35 from my massage.... you should only charge for the amount of massage given, not the time you kick people out of the massage room to prep for the next

My husband and I have been clients here for over 2 years. We have had the same therapists that are amazing! Our therapists make us feel totally comfortable and we always feel rejuvenated and refreshed when we leave.

BEWARE OF CONTRACT!I agreed to a one year contract being misled by a front desk girl that one year was all they offered (finding out later you can do a 3 month) with Massage Heights and have sorely regretted ever signing up with them. Their massage therapists are average, and they have a high turnover. I complained several times for many problems, and they would not address the issues. I finally tried to terminate my contract at the end, and they refused to do anything to help me. One of the managers there by the name of Heather was absolutely awful to me, and stated “I did not have to keep coming in for massages but they would continue to charge me until the end of the year. I was outraged by her response to my several complaints over several months. They ONLY care about your money, and not pleasing you. Most of the therapists have no idea how to use hot stones, and are doing unethical chiropractic work. Caution!!!

I have been in 3 car accidents in the past 3 years and Massage Heights has helped me recover from my injuries from these accidents. I have had major neck and back pain that has completely subsided because of them! They have great therapist who are good at different pressure types and they are able to relieve pain. I have been going to them for 2 years now and I am also very please with their customer service. From the wonderful front desk ladies to the pleasing therapist they have all been great to me. If you need a massage and want an enjoyable experience I would hands down recommend Massage Heights! Thank you Massage Heights for fixing me!

I’ve never had a bad massage. Anytime I tell my massage therapist what’s bothering me with my body, they are able to target the pain and relieve it. Everyone wears masks, there’s hand sanitizer everywhere and they take your temp as soon as you walk in. It’s much needed during this tough time.

So not really into getting a silly massage but my back was so bad I couldnt even catch my breath and an hour with Lilly fixed it. Highly recommend.

BEWARE THE CONTRACT! I went to this location for over a year and found one therapist that I really liked. Most of them did an average job. I had to leave town and they would not work with me to schedule the massages I had remaining. They held me strictly to the terms of the contract which state you must use your massage within 30 days. It is unfortunate that they care more about keeping my money than making sure we end on good terms. Poor customer service and inflexibility lead to BAD REVIEWS online. Buyer beware.

They will charge you for the full amount of the 12 month term that they are intentionally vague about***) I received a great dual massage with my girlfriend and we signed up for continued massages. This makes them just as affordable as the questionable asian locations but without the stigmas and creepy environment.

Contract wasnt explained to me. Now Im paying off Massage Heights years later. I wont have anything to show for it once its paid off. Just a sour taste in my mouth.

Felt worse after I left. Had a headache after I left. I asked for lighter massage and didnt get it. Couldnt relax because it hurt. . Had this foot thing done didnt know it would take away from my massage time. Didnt get full hour of massage. Front desk sound like fast talking car salesmen to get you to buy . Slow down and explain a little better. Bad experience...not happy...wont go back for sure.

We have been getting messages for about 6 months, and my boyfriend started with huge issues in his hips, shoulders, and neck. Each month we both feel amazing after leaving message heights and Hiedee and Dominic are defiantly the best!!

Massages are good. Just depends who you get. My complaint is that this is a sham of a business. If you want to be strong armed into a membership thats almost impossible to get out of, then come here.

They will keep pulling money out of your account even though you have canceled their service. They go under an illegal name and code so your bank cant block them. Cooperate will be contacted. Absolutely not okay. Terrible business.

The most terrible experience with a massage parlor I have ever encountered. The masssge therapist assigned to me was lazy, complaining, and unhelpful from the moment I entered the massage room. It took 2 minutes for me to decide to walk out and never return. Horrible Anniversary present!!

Terrible terrible service! Not only was the service not relaxing, (you can hear people walking/talking outside your room). Then they hook you into a “subscription” membership where they rush through the contract, don’t give you a copy, and then when you try to cancel, they refuse to let you! Poor poor service and terrible business practice!

Love this place ! most relaxing 90 minutes . The staff is very knowledgeable and very professional . . massages all my stress out of my body . My massage therapist also give me exercises to do at home to keep my body feeling better. THIS IS A great place !!!

No aroma therapy, the room was very stark, kinda weird. Nothing offered after massage. Other places at least give water. Was supposed to be with CBD. Dont think it was as I had one before.

I feel metaphorically blueballed if I dont have Kevan as a masseuse. Nobody has come close to how good he is.

I have been going to Massage Heights for over a year now and LOVE it. Great staff and great therapists.

I dont know much about this place, but I do know that when I call twice and get put on hold for 10 minutes each time, its not worth waiting around to ask about scheduling an appointment. How annoying.

Wonderful place to get a massage. Although it does get a little crowded at times its clearly for a good reason.
