Its always a great place to visit. They must treat their people right as theyve had the same group of people helping their customers for years. The people know me and take an interest. Highly recommend.

This would be a 5 star review BUT their vape devices for nicotine are GROSSLY overpriced! 45 bucks for a pod mod that normally sells for around 25 to 30 bucks at every single other smoke shop in town. Seriously Im glad I took a chance to see if one love was open on Xmas Eve. Not only did they have the pod I needed that this place didnt carry but their vape mods were so much cheaper. The devices one love sells are on par with red stars prices. A device that costs 40 bucks is around 65 at smokey monkey. I want to give this place a 5 star rating but there is just no way with their device prices. I can understand a little markup from a dedicated vape store but their prices arent even in the same ballpark not even close.

Cecilia was absolutely amazing in her customer service and very knowledgeable in all products and care of devices. Definitely recommend coming here. Products are priced very well and affordable. She took time to answer any and all of my questions and I felt very empowered by the information and knowledge she bestowed. Thanks girl

This has been my number one smoke shop to go to for years. Great prices for tobacco and tubes for rolling your own cigarettes. They always have what i need. Most recently, I went in to buy a hookah and they were very helpful sadly they did not have the tobacco for it due to remodeling but said they will jave it back up for sale in a few weeks as soon as the remodle is done. Deffinently recommend it for people looking for a good tobacco shop that has a variety of products and good prices.

Highly recommend this spot. Every employee I have come across have been nice and quick to make the sale which I appreciate. Their prices are also very fair, less than any other head shop or gas station in the area. They also have a great selection of every smoke-related item you might need.

Helpful & knowledgeable staff, even though we committed the cardinal sin of walking in ten minutes before close! The lady working went above and beyond for us, making a really good head shop experience that was free from judgment and pretense. Will return.

I LOVE THIS SHOP!! Always friendly employees! Especially the manager! We purchased a grinder there and it was horrible broke in the first use. BUT she was able to trade it for a new one and we paid the difference. This new one is a wonderful grinder! We always get our wraps there because they carry the King Palms, our favorite!! There is quite a bit of glass to look at! Its just a cute little shop!! Love you guys!

Bought ejuice. I went to fill my tank and the lid blew off destroying my clothes and causing me to miss an appointment. I asked for a refund and the clerk would not exchange the product at the very least. They sold me a defective product and refused to make it right

Between this place and the place across the street, I usually go to the other, but this place has a good selection on certain things as well! All in all great people usually with great service. People that seem to be passionate about what they do and I just punching a clock! Wouldnt hesitate to give them my business anytime!

Can’t recall his name but I adore the dancing young man behind the counter. All that work there are great. He just stands out because he makes me smile 😊

The bomb place. All employees are very pleasant and personable. We just walk in amd they are awesome at remembering what we get and always have them ready when we get to counter. The manager Troy is great.

I wanna shout out the lovely lady in the Greatful Dead mask who helped me out last night. She hooked it up on a new bag to stash my glass in, and a grinder. Friendly, and helpful. Great experience, Ill be going to this one for my smoke accessories now!

Smokey Monkey always has exactly what I need. Even better, there seems to be new products to choose from each time I go and I really like that aspect. The prices are good, and the rewards program has been revamped making it a little more with the times. I got $10 off today, and earned another $5 off for next time... I hardly ever shop here, maybe once a month when I go to stock up on pods and juice.

Dude I can’t even tell you enough how legit this smoke shop is and the people who work there. They are the chillest and some of the most genuine, good hearted people I’ve ever met. Not only are the people and the environment is what drives me in, but they also have a LEGIT selection from vape juice, CBD products, bongs, and literally anything else you could want. Can’t recommend this shop more. Stop in even if you’re having a bad day and need to turn it into a good one, because I can assure you they will.

Edit: 06/08/2022 Ive been coming here for about 6 years. I love the GM and Carly SOOO much. Theyve been great for all the years Ive been coming. I bet the other employees are great, but Ill never know because Im not coming back because Im sick of getting IDd by the same 2 guys every single time I come in. On their app, Im a regular. I get it for their first time seeing me, but to keep asking your regulars who are OBVIOUSLY way older than 21, every time they come in, is giving your customers extra hassle. I dont get IDd anywhere else, so Im going somewhere else from now on.Some prices on juices are pretty crazy. But they know their stuff!

I went here because I just moved to Loveland. Heard nothing but great things, so I decided to go out of my way to go here and will keep doing so because of my wonderful experience. I went in on a Sunday, two men and a woman helped me and all were wonderful. The woman was the one who helped the most (Sunday 8/26 from 12pm-130pm), and she was nothing but wonderful. Went in expecting to spend $30 and left spending $75 with not one regret. Amazing products, customer service, and options to choose from. I will DEFINITELY return and DEFINITELY suggest this place to anyone. Also called to see if they had a product for one of my customers today (Monday 8/27 around 4:30pm-5pm) and the woman who answered was awesome as well. Hats off to Smokey Moneky!

I utilize Smokey monkey up in Greeley. I am extremely happy with my service at in Greeley, however this location in Loveland is staffed by people that have no idea what product they are selling. Even when pointing out directions on how to get to what product I am trying to buy they cant follow simple instructions. Im done wasting my time driving to this location as it is has become apparent that the customer service level at this store is going to continue to suck. Probably going to stop going to the rest of the locations and find somebody else to sell me my tobacco products as I am tired of being talked down too by your CSRs. It is out of my way to drive to this location, and to get here and have somebody try to hand me red, blue, brown, and silver cans when Im asking for gold cans is getting very tiresome especially when I see two logs it sitting in the Box off to the left hand side not stocked and even though I told the customer service rep that, he continued to hand me everything but what Im asking for saying Well this is all Ive got Might be time to do some damn training. Pretty sure I learned my primaries in Elementary School.

These people never have prices on any of their products, and if they do it’s overpriced. Horrible customer service, rude staff, no one knows what anything is priced at and they just wing it and throw a ridiculous price at you. Also, you can go in there on a consistent basis spending money constantly and they will never budge on any of their prices. Weakest smokeshop in town.

Poor service...the guy that runs the place needs to smoke less pot, he makes alot of mistakes..( ran my card twice for a carton of smokes) also theyre usually a couple of bucks higher than everyone else.
