Elements Massage

This was my first time with Elements massage. Front desk was very attentive and offered me water/tea. Facilities are very clean and inviting. Theres a calm environment from the moment you come in. Mary did an excellent job assessing my needs and focusing our time on the parts of my body that were in the most pain. Also I loved adding the salt hot stones to my massage!!!

I feel like I just died and went to heaven and have been given a new body. My massage therapist Sarah has the hands of an angel, 100% recommend! I’m not one to usually get massages, but my experience at Elements has changed that. From the great massage to the nice and professional staff I most certainly will be back. You can tell they care about the quality of experience their customers have, you will definitely not regret choosing Elements!

From the moment you walk in, the reception area invites you to start relaxing, from the music playing to the beautiful smell of the essential oils. I have been coming to this location since January 2024, everytime I leave extremely relaxed and very happy. The person responsible for this is Sidney, shes amazing! She has a gift for this job. She helps you to relax in a deep way that you feel like you are floating in the air. Sidney is very good working on special areas, she listens to me when I have areas that need a little more attention. Thank you so much Sidney for taking me as your client.

Front desk lady was very nice but the 90 minute massage was one of the worst. I told her what I really needed before we even started and she did none of it. She did not ask me at all how I was doing or if her pressure was enough. I had to speak up and tell her that I needed more pressure, she said ok, and went a smidge more firm for about 2 minutes and then went back to very light pressure. I like firm pressure but it wasn’t even medium pressure. She did not work on my neck or lower back. Which is what I told her I needed. To be honest, they charge so much if you are not a member but how am I supposed to try it out and find which therapist I like? Unfortunately this is the third time I have tried them and third time I have been disappointed.

Allie N. is pure magic. I have had many massages and this is by far the best massage I have ever had. I booked 60 minutes and wished I would’ve done 90. $30 off for first time clients! 😊🥰🤤

I saw Sara for my massage and I can honestly say it was amazing. She was so kind and attentive , made sure to ask questions before beginning the massage. I had an amazing experience. The place itself is super clean and has a very pretty look to it. Caylee checked me in and was also very welcoming and kind!

I was gifted a 90-minute massage to Elements Loveland back in July of 2023 where I booked with Preston & I signed up for a membership immediately after & have been back every month since! I only book with Preston, everyone in my life knows he’s one of my favorite humans because he’s so good at what he does! Relaxation, & especially knowledge in sports massage & working with stress & tension from being active. Thank you ❤️

Unfortunately, what was a good experience has turned into a huge financial hardship. My wife and I went for massages for her birthday. I also experience a lot of health problems so it was very great for me, so much so that I went again. Signing up for their monthly membership to get a gift card too. After combining the next message we paid for with the subscription + the gift card for a 2 hour massage. My wife and I, that night told the receptionist that we needed to cancel our subscription due to finances. Well now months later we find out that she never canceled our subscription and we are out hundreds of dollars that we do not have. This had impacted our life and until the situation is fully resolved, I will not recommend them and keep my rating. The relief you were able to give this person suffering from disabilities feels undone by the stress were now in.Update: it has been months and this company has ghosted us with our money taking next appropriate steps.

I have been going to Elements Massage for over a year and seeing Sydney. She is amazing and has helped me work through some injuries and muscle soreness from exercising. I would highly recommend her.

I’ve seen Heath twice now and he’s the best! I use to get massages all the time but by far Heath might do the best. I’m a disabled vet and a healthcare worker so massages really help with my health and I always leave feeling so much better and definitely need to start going more routinely because I feel like I’m leaving as a whole new person

Wonderful experience through and through. From the moment you enter youre greeted with warm hospitality that remains consistent regardless of who youre interacting with. The atmosphere of the entire studio is tranquil, clean, and soothing. Sarah is very kind, receptive, and has the heart of a healer. I look forward to coming back!

I have been going for months now with Sydney and she is phenomenal. I have chronic right shoulder pain for years with TOS, and she was very attentive and observant.She is also very knowledgeable and gives great advice for home care and self care. Highly recommended.

New favorite spot for a fantastic massage! Pro tip: request Kyle! Never in my life have I felt as though I was levitating during a massage-WOW!! His technique is absolutely flawless and will make you feel as though youre being lifted up to heaven. Only bad part is that it has to end! Book AT LEAST a 90 min!

I saw sarah for my massage and she is absolutely incredible! i’m not usually one for massages, but sarah made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. the place is very calming and relaxing, very clean and friendly staff :) i thoroughly enjoyed my experience and i will be returning!

I called this morning trying to get in same day due to muscle spasm/pain on the right lower back. The gal on the phone stated she would note this in my appt. Upon arrival, I explained my pain to the therapist when asked what she would be working on today. The massage was anything but focusing on that pain. Not only did she not target that area but her technique was terrible. It was like I had a child rubbing my back. Upon checkout I told the front desk how disappointed I was and that she didn’t target the areas I came in for and their response was “oh you should see David then, he can help work on those areas” seriously?! I do not recommend this place at all. Waste of $80

I have been twice with two different therapists. Both did an excellent job. They asked if I had specific areas that needed work and focused on those areas. I loved the aromatherapy! Ill be back.

Heath is awesome!! Im definitely a fan of the cupping- I tried the cbd massage the other day and didnt find it much help as far as the cbd helping with pain but definitely recommend cupping

Very clean, new facilities . I was visiting from out of town. The massage tech seemed to not wear deodorant and unfortunately it was warm out that day, so... Not the aroma I was expecting. That aside, he didnt keep track of how much time he was spending on each area of the body so had to skip my arms/hands and kept asking about the pressure, when I asked for it to be more firm, his pressure didnt change.

I felt like a baby riding a freaking cloud! Sarah, you rock!Very professional, individual rooms, made me feel comfy as Im new to that experience.

I really like the service I receive at Elements particularly from masseur Sydney. She always makes sure to check in on the pressure and always seems to find the problem areas.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage from Elements Massage! The woman I worked with, Mary, was experienced and thorough. I left feeling some relief… and realizing how much I need this on a more regular basis! It’s been over 10 years since I had a massage… Mary was able to help me with this arm pain that I have had for a while. I highly recommend her and love the Elements’ peaceful environment.

Had my first ever massage here and it was amazing!!! The staff were fantastic and the therapist was outstanding! She knew exactly how to ease the tension in my back and we had a small, pleasant conversation. I was once a person who never wanted a massage but now I’m good for at least once a month.

Been going consistently back to this spa for nails to painted, and have designs on very friendly, comfortable, quiet, elegant, serve wine, just a relaxing time, I love that you just show them a picture and they do exactly what you are asking for. If not, they will show you what they can do and you will more than likely go with that because it’s also something that you would have picked goes along with what you had already picked. Will keep continuing to go back. I’ve been to so many nail places here in Fort Collins and elsewhere different states and I really like and appreciate this one. I’ve experience migraines for over 15 years and Heath is the only person who has been able to find the trigger point in my head/neck to help relieve them. He’s a magic worker! Everyone at Elements Massage is super friendly and the atmosphere is great

Brandon is a great massage therapist. I always feel relaxed after my massage. He hits all the spots of tension I point out to him. He always makes sure I am comfortable. I highly recommend him. I will continue to schedule with him.

Always love going in- the gal at the front desk I believe Emma is always so sweet and treats you like family! Today though was extra! I had a massage with a different therapist there, Max and it was one of the best massages I have ever had! He truly has some amazing talent and was meant to be giving massages! I was able to identify my pain points and he was able to work on them to get muscles to relax. Then he was so kind to make sure I left with some things I could do at home to make things easier between now and my next massage. He was very professional, allowed me to enjoy my massage by not talking the whole time but was up for conversation when I was ready and took the extra time to check in with me and give me “homework”. Max thank for an amazing morning!

I had bought a monthly membership and was happy with it. When I had to cancel the membership I was informed that I couldn’t do it over the phone. I was also informed that if I canceled 28 days prior to my next withdrawal I’d have another payment taken. It has to be a minimum of 30 days. It would be a lot more convenient if you could call in to cancel.

Beautiful, clean facility. Ive had two massages with two different therapists. Both have been great and the therapists were very professional and good at their job.

Elements has the most amazing massage specialists and staff, as well as great pricing. Highly recommend! This is my go to from now on.

Everyone was very friendly! Theresa was the MT that did my massage. She did a great job I loved that she performed trigger point pressure, which really helped to relieve some of the knots in my neck/upper back that were causing some discomfort and headaches. Their prices are very reasonable, especially if you sign up for the monthly membership!

Very clean and professional atmosphere. Got a massage from Brandon, was a great/very relaxing massage. I appreciated that he tailored massage to my needs, and wasnt very chatty... but still very polite. Felt very comfortable , and loved that they were not pushy about their membership or setting up a future appointment.

Hurt my back and happen to have a couple of 1 hour massage giftcards I got for Christmas and booked an appointment with David who was terrific! If your looking for a deep tissue massage Davids the guy to go to! He was very professional and courteous. I will be recommend this place to anyone looking for a massage therapist!!

The environment was so tranquil and just took you to this amazing and peaceful retreat away from the real world. I immediately felt the zen as soon as I walked in.

The massage therapists here are great and really address your needs. I’ve seen multiple different MTs and have enjoyed all of them and have left the building feeling way better than I did when I walked in. It’s a very clean environment and everyone is super kind and respectful! It’s also very easy to schedule!

I have been coming here for several months and it is the absolute best!! Meshell knows exactly what to do and gets all my problem areas!! She’s amazing! It is a must for self care and I will continue to come monthly!! The whole atmosphere is great! So friendly and inviting!

It was a very relaxing massage. The heated bed as well as the scent in the room really added to the experience. Meshell did an absolutely wonderful job.

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Both the waiting area and the massage rooms are clean and welcoming. I saw David W for a one hour session. He did a great job of listening to what I was needing and tailoring the massage to address my specific concerns.

I’ve had a ton of massages in my life and very few therapists who have been able to really get into the core spots of tension in my body and have something actually release & shift - but he definitely did. So grateful to have found this place, I can’t wait for my next massage!

Brandon Jones gives the best massages! He’s my guy for deep tissue work. He’s great at finding tension and knots and getting my muscles to relax.
