Mother days gift from my husband. Massage was a little more rough than I expected. Facial was so fantastic and the gal was so nice. The gal who did my nails was seriously the sweetest but I was not happy with them once I stepped foot into the daylight. When my husband called, he was told the bubbling nail polish was my fault, but I was told they were dry and I’m good to go and was walked out to go pay. I did put shoes on after having my toes done first and then a manicure done, after 45min of them being painted they were completely dry, but was told they look like this as soon as I walked out of there because of my shoes. Pretty much cried my way home. Not the day I had planned.To add: I was late for my appointment, and they were extremely accommodating. So it wasn’t the worst experience, they all seem very nice. I’m just so disappointed in my nails. I live over an hour away, so it’s not an easy travel to come get them fixed.

I saw Tiffany for a gel express mani and she did a wonderful job. The space was really nice and clean as well and since they don’t offer acrylic nails there was no chemical smell. Would highly recommend! I will be back.

Had a couples massage today for our anniversary. The atmosphere was as good as you can want in Loveland, very peaceful. Nice, big,cool comfy beds (I’m very tall and my feet didn’t hang off, which is a rarity.) my masseuse Nicolette was incredible, best massage I have had in a very long time. Great pressure throughout the entire thing, very intuitive and finds all the spots. Can’t wait to go back.

Sidney is a magician. If you want a facial, ask for her. Shes absolutely brilliant, diagnoses your skin within moments and breaks it all down for you in a really fascinating way. Every time someone comes from out of town I recommend this spa specifically because of her. Shes also incredibly caring and kind and you can just tell she cares very much about what she does. Just got a Hydrofacial from her right before my wedding. 10/10 recommend.

Nicolette is great! She did an excellent job with my 10-year-old son with light massage and cupping on his shoulder. I highly recommend her for any kiddos. She was patient and did a great job explaining the process and checking in with him throughout the process.

Absolutely love going to see Cydney here at Tranquil. Ive been seeing her for almost two years now for waxes and facials. The facility is clean and the staff is great. Highly recommend!

I went in for a massage with Caeton today! I haven’t had a massage in 6 years due to bad experience but decided to try again. I am training for a marathon and have been crazy sore. My experience with Caeton was amazing! She was a delight and did an amazing job. I had such a great experience that I booked a pedicure for the next day and another massage! I would highly recommend The Tranquil Spa!

Best place to get a massage. They really understand what your body needs and how much pressure to use. The massage was amazing.I also got a facial. I do not recommend. They kinda just dump a bunch of lotion on your face.Will definitely be going back for a massage. Already re-booked it.

I went to their ladies night event and had Caeton for massage and Shelby for the facial. They both did a fantastic job! Everyone was very welcoming and the spa was such a cute place! Definitely recommend!!!

Pleasant and attractive facility. I got a pedicure and brow/lip wax. The pedicure was done dry without a warm soak. This may be a new trend but Ive never encountered it before. Its not as nice as a traditional pedicure.. I paid for the more expensive service and I felt the massage was quite minimal. For the wax, had to ask the technician more than once to be careful due to the heat of the wax. Both clinicians were young and I think they need to mature in their roles. I did get a complimentary glass of wine, which was nice. Everyone was very pleasant but I think Ill give the facility a year to mature before I return, if I do. I just moved from California and I paid more for this than I would have back there.

I had a hot stone massage and an express Mani Pedi. Both women who provided the services (Heath and Tami) were amazing! They did a fantastic job. I would probably go to my regular nail place next time though because I would get more for my money. The express doesnt include any foot bath or massage. Its basically just cleaning up your nails and polish. It was still nice, but I think its a better deal at the other place I go that specializes in nails. I would change my rating from four stars to five if the spa had a locker room with changing areas and provided robes and slippers for guests between services. It was kind of a pain having to dress and undress at various levels for each service. Its also a little cramped in there. They have a relaxation room, but its right off the lobby and not very quiet or relaxing. When I was leaving there was a giant bridal party in there and I had to wait for my polish to dry in the lobby. Im told they are going to be expanding into the upstairs space soon, so it would be great if that expansion included some of these other amenities that are provided at other spas. Half of what makes a spa day worth it is the experience before, between, and after services. Theyve got the services part down, they just need to work on the rest.

I have been seeing Christy since the beginning of opening her spa and she is the best! They are always willing to get you taken care of! They are very professional, clean, and super nice! Definitely recommend coming to see them for your massage needs!

This place is awesome! I have had several massages here. They have all been amazing. Just got my eyes and lashes tinted a week ago. My gal did a great job. I will definitely be returning for more services!

The Tranquil Spa is one of the best places were I have been regularly getting full body massages. The professional friendly staff, and the high standard of cleanliness, makes the experience pleasant and truly relaxing. One thing I appreciate most about their massages is I get the full time of the 30min/hour/90min that I paid for.Time starts when they begin; not when your changing or waiting on the table. I recommend Christy if it will be your first time getting a massage.In addition to the excellent service, they carry a wide assortment of beauty/skin/cream, products ( to much to list). But they have a pain cream I use for my chronic back pain that makes a world of a difference for me. And it’s ingredients won’t effect a drug test. Which is important to me because I am a CDL driver.

The Tranquil Spa is great! I have been fighting with acne my entire life and in a matter of months, Cydney has identified the issues and seriously improved my skin!! She is so knowledgeable, sensitive, gentle and best of all, sweet. I see Cydney monthly for a facial and follow her recommendations on products/routines. Also... this place NEVER not pushes products or services on you, but will recommend if you are asking for advice. I have had tons of facials in my time and this place is definitely legit! Even sending my mom in this week for a facial!

I’ve been going to Tranquil Spa for almost two years and always get amazing service! Cydney and Faith are amazing estheticians! Make sure you ask for them if you’re considering becoming a client there. My skin is flourishing, and it’s always a great experience. Everyone is polite, professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable about what they are doing!

I had booked an appointment back in November 2022 for my daughter (4) and myself to receive pedicures. It was her first time being pampered like this and I wanted to have a mommy/daughter date before the arrival of her sister (8 1/2 months pregnant at the time). I figured due to the high prices of both pedicures that we would receive high end treatment and although the woman was extremely nice and friendly the service itself did not hold up to par in the slightest. My daughters pedicure consisted of soaking and applying gel polish which was not cleaned up and two toes had polish fall off within a couple days. My gel polish started coming off within days as well but my biggest problem was having received chemical burns to both feet/ankles. I contacted management who then gave me a personal number of one of the other managers so I could send pictures. I was contacted later on and told I was given a credit on my account to come back and be given the proper treatment for both my daughter and I - I texted the manager back and stated I was not comfortable coming back and would rather receive a refund. I was never responded to and after a week or so of waiting I filed a claim with my bank. I was just contacted today 1/12 by a man I’m assuming is in management gaslighting my experience and telling me I was wrong about them being chemical burns and tried to say it was an allergic reaction which it is not considering I have scarring on both ankles as a result of this incident. He told me “we provided you a service which we intend to hold the charge accordingly and will be disputing your charge back with your bank” and continued to interrupt me before saying he was transferring me to a woman named Christy but hung up instead.I never write reviews and was willing to let this go but the way this man conducted himself was beyond inappropriate and completely unprofessional and would not recommend this place based on his actions ALONE for that phone call. I’ve never felt more invalidated and like my concerns/complaints were not taken seriously at a business before especially considering this was not at any fault on my end. I went in for a service and left with permanent damage to my skin and am being told it doesn’t matter - if I were the owners I would 100% reconsider having this man help run your business!!

After bouncing around local places to get massages, I have been very pleased to land with the therapists that they have on staff here. Nicolette and Heath are two of the best in the game, being both very knowledgeable and skilled in their fields, and very nice, personable, and professional. Highly recommend this spa.

Pedicure salon is on 2nd floor/no elevator...l have COPD so it was difficult climbing stairs. Basic pedicure ($37) does NOT include lotion & leg massage. Must pay for luxury pedi for that with sugar scrub. Tech scrubbed dry skin so hard & hit the bone on side of ball of my foot & left it raw. No pedi chair, just easy chair & water was in basin. I will not go back!

Cydney is absolutely amazing!Ive been getting waxed at various places in Northern Colorado for 10 years now.I started going to Tranquil Spa approximately 3 years ago and I honestly havent been to another spa/salon since.Highly Recommended!!!

Best massage Ive had in a while by far. Not worth going to those corporate places who only give you a generalized massage and cut your time. Christy really focuses on your needs and works out the muscles that need it most. My body feels incredible and stress free! Great environment and quality service. I will most definitely be returning and referring others to her!

Heather does such a spectacular job! She listens and adjusts whatever is needed for the customer’s comfort, and creates a calm and (dare I say it) tranquil environment. I have always had tense shoulder and back muscles and throughout the massage Heather would check in and make sure everything felt right, because she personalizes everything to make sure you get exactly what you need. She has a great technique and worked out all the knots and tension, and my back was painless for the first time in a long time. Massages in general usually make me nervous and tense, but Heather erased all my hesitations and I left feeling incredibly pampered. Can’t recommend Heather highly enough!!

I had Faith do a eyebrow wax, She Did a fabulous job! She listened to the shape I wanted and was so kind and friendly. The spa was clean and beautiful, I noticed they even had air cleaning System in the spa. I can’t wait for my next wax!

Had a Best friend get-a-way for the first time. We booked 90 minute massages and Blueberry body wrap with Amberlee and Erin, wow! That was amazing! We were both so relaxed by the end! Atmosphere was relaxing, quiet and clean! As a massage therapist and Esthetician myself, I would highly recommend getting an appointment, you won’t regret it.

Ive gotten massages from Christy in the past and she is a magician and working out my knots and taking the stress out of my body. Shes my local go to massage therapist.I usually dont get spray tans but I thought I would give it a try. Katie did a fantastic job. She made sure I was comfortable and took her time. I love the end result. Perfect for a pre-vacation or event glow. Definitely going back for spray tans now.

The spa is lovely with a wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Brianna did a fantastic job on my facial and I found the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. She also made excellent recommendations on products to use on my skin. I definitely recommend her!

I had such a wonderful experience here! I am new to the area, to the state and I was heavily integrated in the skin care world in the state I used to live. I am quite picky about where I get my facials done. I also hold most of my stress in my shoulders and neck. I got the Grand Facial for 90 minutes with microdermabrasion. It was so amazing. I have booked one for the next 5 weeks. Cydney was my esthetician and she was great! I would highly recommend this group to anyone in the market for facials and microdermabrasion

I was in a car accident in February & Im a hairstylist on top of that so I put my body through a lot. Christy is AMAZING!! My body feels so much better thanks to her. Ive also been in for a spray tan and the color was gorgeous. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

Kendra was so nice and very professional. She explained everything prior to my facial service. She really knew what she was doing and every question I had was answered throughly. She had a lot of knowledge with the product and helped me find what I needed to add into my routine. The spa was so relaxing and clean.

Received the Hot Stone Massage by Jamie and the Great Escape Massage by Aspen and I must say they both did a wonderful job! I was so tense and in much need of some TLC and they both delivered just that! I left feeling revitalized and completely relaxed! A great way to start off my mothers day!

I saw Kendra at the Tranquil spa for an Ultimate facial. She did a great job with my service and was knowledgeable on skin and products. The spa was clean and beautiful. I would definitely recommend a visit here. The staff was extremely friendly as well.

The gal that worked on me for my pedicure was very nice and professional. If you do the $40 express pedicure, don’t expect to get a foot soak, massage or callus removal. This is just a nail Polish with some trimming around the toes. I normally get a full pedicure for $35 with foot soak massage and Callus removal. Not worth the price.

Heather is amazing!!! She is a great listener and so attentive to why I was needing a massage. She is strong, yet gentle and so very kind! It was just what I needed to relax and allow my body to destress.Thanks again Heather! I will be back! I definitely recommend Heather at The Tranquil Spa!

Amazing group of knowledgeable people, to help you with all your pampering needs. The owners Christy and Kyle are warm and welcoming. This spa is your one stop shop for everything. They have a relaxation room for before and after your services in case you need to wake up a bit after being on cloud nine. Their dry pedicures are super relaxing, you are in a quiet room, snuggled up with a soft blanket and propped up with pillows. Ya know how you always dreamed of having someone rub your feet after a long day on your couch or bed while you all warm and snuggly. Yeah, your dream has finally came true. Its like that, but with a foot scrub, warm towels and a hot stone massage. Great for the Mamas out there to take a nap in peace. (Luxury Pedi is an hour) Whatever service/s you choose you will not be disappointed. Have an issue? Just talk to the owners. They are more than happy to resolve them.

I’ve been there once before and enjoyed it — my only complaint at the time was that my masseuse stopped my massage five minutes early to give me tips about how to stretch, which was not what I paid for, but I understood the intent. But now I’m disappointed to see how downright hostile the owner is in their review responses here. I was going to book an appointment for next week, but now I’m going to go somewhere that’s more professional.

Christy is amazing! I would definately recommend anyone to her. I have been seeing her for prenatal massage but look forward to seeing her after I have my baby and trying other spa services offered at The Tranquil Spa.

I would highly recommend Kendra for your skincare needs. She is very educated about skin and products. She not only takes care of me in the treatment room but she helped establish a good routine at home as well.

Overall expirence was very nice. I would highly suggest trying their apricot face cream if you have very dry skin like myself, it worked wonders. Also the nail technician there was a doll, I absolutely love my gel nails.

Ive received two deep tissue massages from Christy for locked shoulder syndrome. Theyve been heaven sent in eliminating almost all of the shoulder and arm pain that had made me miserable since June this year. I had sought help from physical therapists and doctors with no success. After her massages, Ive been much more functional and I can sleep better. Christy really knows how the body works and where to focus the massages to relieve that pain. I definitely will be coming back each month to have maintenance therapy sessions to prevent bunched up muscles.

Everything about this place is amazing! From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and with this being my very first facial I was very happy to have Faith as my esthetician! The gentleman up front was also so kind. I cannot wait to go back!

Booked a facial for 2:30, showed up 10 minutes early to do paperwork. Finished that and then headed to the relaxation room to wait until they were ready. I waited for 25 minutes and was headed up to the front desk to ask what was up when someone came back to get me. We get started with the facial at 3:00, half an hour after my appointment time.EDIT: The owner reached out to me shortly after I posted this review and apologized for the experience I had with the long wait time. I have another appointment in a few weeks and will give an update when the time comes.
