Ok so I came in here today to buy a cigar and sit in their lounge the guy behind the desk knew nothing about cigars when I bought an Arturo fuente king t cigar when light it immediately showed to the cashier and he said there is nothing he could do about it now I go to smoker friendly all over colorado and wyoming and any other sf would have swapped it out as defective unasked what they keep their humidor at and they say it doesnt matter they have a large about of patrons sitting on the floor dont know who runs this one but I would not take the trip here youbwould be better off in longmont more knowledgeable and definitely better custo.er service loung is very untidy ashtrays are full and trash everywhere once again would not recommend this sf to anyone and hopebtheybcan fix it for future patrons

Some pretty lame reviews here...I live in Denver and smoke at a lot of different lounges. I like this place a great deal, fantastic selection of cigars, the humidor is kept properly (probably some of the best kept cigars I have ever smoked in Colorado) and the lounge is quiet and not full of people.I will be coming back here again for certain!

Great shop! Helpful staff AND they had a product I couldnt find anywhere else so they have a lifelong customer here 😁

Trying the local cigar lounge while on a work trip. Very relaxing place, good attention from the staff and a good variety of cigars. Enjoying one of the Smoker Friendly Connecticut trying their brand out for the first time.

Entry to the store sucks with the barcode scanner off your drivers license or identification card, but its not them its the City of Lovelands doing to ensure no underage sales. But employees are very genuine and friendly, usually. Store is clean and stocked always.

The guy working the register is professional, and an awesome dude. I let him touch my ID because its his JOB. two thumbs up. 5 stars. Ill always come back to this store because the employees are always nice and easy to talk to.

I enjoy shopping there and the cigar selection is pretty alright. My problem is that the price tag is deceiving. The price says 10.19 not each just 10.19 period. I was not a happy person when I found this out! I believe that this is very deceptive and misleading!

Friendly staff. Clean store entering the store to get some smokes security gate is due to the Colorado age law Im glad that they have the DL to enter the store

Very limited glass and seemed a bit over priced. Other then that the customer service was nice and friendly! Clean store! Wide verity of vapes (batteries, juice, and disposables). Great verity of cigars! Good merc. Is always a plus and they have some pretty good stuff. Unfortunately they just didnt have what I was looking for the first time I went In there and then I went in 2 more times for some small things and it seemed like both were a few dollars over what Im use to. Still not a terrible experience at all and Ill definitely be back for some stuff for my vape and some merc!!

WARNING: $97.00 err made by employee at register, held our money for close to TWO WEEKS. Admitted it was THEIR FAULT, we received NO compensation for the LOSS of money being bound up for close to 2 weeks! They couldnt even comp single packs to match a carton price of which they Hijacked our money on! BEWARE!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR CUSTOMER APPRECIATION HERE - ALL LIP SERVICE!

This place is a joke, I understand state regulations and requiring ID but if youre not from the state no other ID is accepted. Not my passport not my drivers license. Again I understand state regulation and if theres a manager or owner there they can review that out of state ID and accept you to come in but these people are never there so none of the employees can accept your ID. Staff is super friendly and feel bad every time so no way do I blame them.

I just came back from an awful experience at this store. They are rude, RACIEST and extremely aggressive, as if we are not paying money for their merchandise, which can be found in lots of other friendly store. PLEASE STAND BY YOUR NAME AND BE FRIENDLY

Dont go there, they have old dry, stale product, theyre trying to force you to buy without a refund.GOOD LUCK WITH THAT ONE!Was just asked not to return (lol wasnt going to happen anyway) for making sure the product wasnt stale. By squeezing it,(did not open) thats when I was told that if I broke it I had to buy it. A dollar and a half. Heres a clue if you squeeze the package and it breaks, or crumbles into pieces, the seal has been broken and it is stale. Ive recieved stale and crunchy product more times than not FROM THIS STORE. Taking my businesses to the fresh side town.

You guys have one big guy that is a total jerk I will never step foot in that place again

This store is nice but theres a weird scanner at the front entrance Ive never seen in any other smoker friendly anywhereI scanned my ID it let me in then the dude asked for my ID again and I showed it to him but informed him I dont like people tocuning my ID . Then he started acting threatening and told me to get out . I told him fine fk u Ima report this store to FBI to find out why they want to be double scanning people personal Info not recommended at all dont go there

I enjoy going to store. Employees such as Eric and mike are great and friendly. They know who I am and what I want as soon as I walk in.Unfortunately just recently they put new manager in who I dont think should be. I have seen things that already arent good. Why they didnt promote Mike is beyond me.Just saying.

Prices are high, but oh well the employee was extremely helpful and super nice! Will keep going back.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could... 80 degrees outside and sunny... I have my 9yr old daughter with me. They wont let me bring her in to make my regular purchase. They would rather I leave my daughter in the car, unattended in the summer heat and sun that allow her in with me to spend my average 75 dollars a week purchase... You lost a customer and I hope this review loses more for you!!!

I moved to the other side of town, but I still go back and buy my smokes here. The store is clean and well-organized. Theyve never been out of my brand, so whoever does the ordering is on top of things!The people who work there are super nice and helpful. Plus, its only a few doors down from King Soopers, so its very convenient!

Ive been a loyal customer of Smoker Friendly for about 8 years. I was in the store recently, two days in a row. The three employees I encountered were not wearing masks. Customers wear masks to protect each other, but employees do not have too. I asked what was going on and the rely was, We have breathing issues and can not wear masks. All three of them! Very disappointing when we should all be getting together to get this virus under control. I will not be going back.

Arrived at store eight to find door locked with customer inside. Clerk looks at me and makes rude tapping on watch gesture WHILE helping other customer buy cigars and supplies. I guess my money isnt good enough which is to bad because they are one of the few stores that stocks General Snus. Oh well, I guess its time to spend my money elsewhere.

If you look young, go elsewhere. They wont sell to you even if your ID is legit. Dont waste your time, theres no fighting it.

Great shop. Good selection of cigars and the staff is really friendly. The cigar lounge is legit! Bunch of leather chairs, TVs with plenty of channels, mags, coffee, good venting, etc. Its a good place to camp out and enjoy a stick

Well I only got a couple of sodas, but the staff was friendly and the store was clean and the prices were good. So yes I would recemmend this store to others. Or wait! Was that the one that closed right when I got there??? NAW!!! Just kidding. Its a great store in a good location. Later!!! peace

Smoker Friendly lives up to its name. The customer service is friendly and informative, while supplying many types of fine tobacco and tobacco smoking products. They also have a great selection of cigars, as well as a cigar lounge in the back with leather sofas and televisions. If you enjoy tobacco, then this is the place for you.

Always get our tobacco here. We arrived with 3 minutes to closing and the kid looked right at me and locked the door and shut off the light. If thats how you feel about your customers Ill shop elsewhere. We will shop at the Smokey Monkey.

Super good CIG shop. Sad that they moved the store front to a different area in the shopping center because now you cant smoke in the store anymore😔 but regardless, its a great place to save some money. Nice selection of cigars and pipe tobacco too!

Lovelands best smoke shop bar none. I buy all my supplies & Cigars at Smoker Friendly Loveland because they always have the freshest tobacco + the place is spotless never short on any thing I need. The folks there are always friendly and light up when you arrive whether its to ask questions on the best products whats new or any deals available. At my age I dont bother worrying age any more but I know for a fact that Smoker Friendly will not allow under AGE anyone in the shop as a matter of Law and Morals as well. You have an ID then thats the ticket to enter and enjoy quality modest priced smoke products from Top Shelf to everyday tobacco products.P.S. I love the fact I can have a smoke while I shop, dont see that anywhere anymore and I love that! makes me feel at Home. Bob

Got what I needed the 2 clerks who were working seemed a little bit paranoid and the store was very clean and organized.

Old man in front of me was denyed his smokes because his id wouldnt scan this guy was in his 70s absolutely pathetic. Id scanned at the door

Should be called Smoker Un-FriendlyI went by this morning to enjoy one the cigars I had previously purchased in the lounge. The extremely grumpy lady working the counter in the morning stated that she didnt carry my brand of cigs (Pyramid) as they are cheap gas station cigarettes. She said not many stores sell them, when in fact nearly EVERY store carries them, including the King Soopers 30 feet out her door. She then ripped a cig out of my hand, broke it in half, and threw it away. My only response was Wow. When I went to smoke my cigar, she stated that my normal shop: Edwards Pipe &Tobacco in Ft. Collins had no idea what they were doing and had been ripping people off for years. Again, not true as Edwards is a great shop with a stellar reputation. She proceeded to tell me that not a single business in CO allows inside smoking, when in fact...TDevons Pub in Denver & Cleopatras Bar in Lakewood are just 2 examples of business that advertise the ability to smoke inside. Additionally, I have been to both Cig King & Smoker Friendly (Gasamatt) in Ft. Collins, both businesses were happy to engage in civil conversation while smoking inside.I decided to take my business elsewhere. As I was leaving, I said Ill just go outside to smoke this then She SCREAMED at me to get at least 25 feet from the door.Sorry to tell you Smoker Friendly Loveland...you employee some extremely rude & ignorant people who have no business being in customer service.

The lady that works in the morning is super friendly and really knows about the products she sells.

The employees are always friendly and their shelves are always well stocked.

This is by far the worst smoker friendly in Colorado. Horrible service and the manager has no idea how Colorado ID laws work. Do yourself a favor and head somewhere else
